Asked for a return or refund but all they could offer was free shipping for ordering a new part. Customer service was nice but I’m unfortunately out of money and have parts that aren’t even compatible with my printer

supply chain issues - I am very happy with the printer, but spare resin tanks, build platforms and resins (specific colours) are constantly sold out. Means you are doing well and items are flying off the shelf, but that is a real problem!

Shipping was terrible. No updates whatsoever. Come home from work package looks like it was thrown onto the entrance of my driveway like an old newspaper, without a care that I live on a main street. Box is destroyed. Not sure if my product made it to me functional or not. Will update

Everything was great till I received the package. I have never ordered filament from a supplier and had them all tapped together instead of all in a sealed box. Some of the spools were damaged and would be unusable if I was running a system with AMS

A broken nozzle and the printer is out of order for over a month. There is no way I can rely on a printer when necessary parts are unavailable for that long. Even international shipping would have been acceptably fast, but nothing in the local warehouse and you are hung out to dry.

The machine did not fully function out of the box.The bed heators did not work. Although the tech helped me work out the problem after 5 days. It will take about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. Hopefully the parts will correct the problem. But it is still troubling.

The prints won't stick to the plates found out everyone is having this problem so I had to buy a third party plate. So haven't really used the 3d printer cause of this

it started fine, was alittle odd to try and feed the machine, then worked for 4 prints, immediatly the print head cable messed up, then the mother board connection to it was not working, took it apart to troubleshoot it, didnt fix it

Normally I love Elegoo's filament and buy as much as I can in bulk when it goes on sale. Normally it's perfectly fine. But in the last year every single order I put into them comes weirdly packaged. They typically ship in 10 kg boxes. What they've been doing lately is splitting the boxes up to split among multiple shipments and since these spools are cardboard the cardboard spools get trashed and I have to respool every single roll. The price when it's on sale is still worth it even with this annoyance but it is something that people should be aware of.
I'm still waiting for product to arrive . I bought the worry-free delivery paying extra for it and all I've done is worry if I get the product. When I bought my printer it took 48 hours to deliver it . I placed this order on November 17th and I'm still waiting for it. The tracking on shop said it was partially delivered on the 18th that was the last update.
The solder on a circuit board broke immediately after first use. Replacement part is going to take 20 days. It's been 3 days since the part was requested and still no tracking number on the shipment. I'd love to give the actual printer a review but can't.
Choosing and buying from website was great. Delivery was appalling. Boxes with printer and extras I ordered was just left on doorstep in full view of passers by. We live on a busy road. Drivers not knock or anything. Boxes clearly showed what was in them. Luckily my wife was at home waiting for delivery and heard driver shutting gate on his way out. Emailed elegoo about delivery and still awaiting reply.
