Prior to purchasing ELEHEAR devices, I used a pair of Phonak hearing aids for more than five years without any significant issues until a speaker wire eventually broke. Rather than spending approximately $6,000 on a replacement set, I decided to try the Adult ELEHEAR Beyond OTC Hearing Aids. While they are not comparable in quality or performance to my previous hearing aids, they initially worked well and I was generally satisfied with my purchase.
Unfortunately, less than four months after purchasing them, one of the hearing aids began producing constant static and became unusable. When I contacted ELEHEAR customer service, I was informed that I was beyond the company’s trial period. It appears that the company offers only a 45-day trial period and does not provide a meaningful warranty for defects occurring shortly after purchase.
After several communications, ELEHEAR agreed to replace the defective unit, but only if I paid an additional $25 shipping fee. While I disagreed with this requirement, I paid the fee in hopes of resolving the issue quickly. I was then provided with a tracking number, which showed the package being picked up but never progressing beyond that point.
After waiting more than a week without receiving the replacement, I contacted the company again. ELEHEAR agreed to send another replacement, but I still have not received it. As a result, I have now gone weeks without a functioning hearing aid.
This situation has created significant hardship. Hearing aids are not a luxury item; they are essential medical devices. Being without one affects not only my ability to perform my job effectively but also creates legitimate health and safety concerns. Given the importance of these devices, I expected the company to treat the matter with far greater urgency and concern for its customer.
Due to the defective product, the additional costs I incurred, and the extended period without a functioning hearing aid, I believe I am entitled to a full refund of my original purchase price as well as reimbursement for the additional shipping fee and a set of their top of the line hearing aids. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and accountability demonstrated throughout this process.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ELEHEAR products or customer service.

After a long time looking for a solution for my hearing issues, I found Elehear. I tried very expensive hearing aids. I have to recognize that one of those was a little better. But not $3500.00 better, Elehear solved my hearing issues for a very affordable amount. After more than a year of using Elehear, I am looking to upgrade it to the pro version.
Several years ago, I replaced my hearing aids with ELEHEAR Beyond. I'm a disabled vet and have hearing loss from flying. The hearing aids the VA gave me didn't really work for me at all. From the first minute I put the Beyond model in they were great, still are. Between a 3- year-old grandson and a puppy, one of the ear buds got damaged. Customer Service was very helpful in explaining how to order just the one bud and how to pair it. When I heard they were coming out with new Delight - I was delighted. They work very well for me. I have several pair of glasses, and some don't fit well with a behind the ear hearing aid and some do. Now I can switch back and forth depending on what I'll be doing and what glasses I'll be wearing. If I could, I'd trade the Beyond hearing aids for the new Pro model as I do like to listen to music when doing yard work. I can't recommend ELEHEAR enough, great company.

I was going through pair after pair of OTC hearing aids until I found and purchased Elehear. Spending thousands of dollars on prescription hearing aids was just not in my budget. I researched OTC hearing aids on the internet endlessly. After finding and seeing the reviews of Elehear, I felt like they were the best option in my price range. I bought them and I have never looked back since. They are absolutely the best hearing aids I have ever used. The quality, versatility, features and craftsmanship are second to none. I have paid way more for OTC hearing aids that did not last and could not compare to the quality of Elehear. Not even close. I have had mine for well over a year now and have never had any issues with them. They sound great. Love the bluetooth also. Highly recommend these. Fantastic value at a great price!
I am amazed by how easy these Ele hear hearing aids were to get used to. The blue tooth addition really helps me out. I will stay a solid client for as long as they make such solid and excellent product.

Working fine, my only concern is battery life. I am in Sales, and by 5 PM my batteries are getting very low. Your marketing says up to 20 hours of battery life on a single charge, and that is not my experience. I need to drop them in the charger at dinner, and then I can put them back in and make it the rest of the day.

I purchased the Beyond pro last march and since then I wear it every day. My wife does not have to repeat everything two times…(a great change in my life too).
I can ear better conversations in restaurants.
I will recommend this product for persons who have a moderate to medium earloss.
I only need one hearing aid and was using a 4 year old $2500 hearing aid when the battery started dying. I barely made it through the day with it. I started looking at other options including Costco where their version of the $2500 hearing aid was only $1600 (same company made for Costco under a different name) Costco said I could buy just one for $850. I found ELEHEAR when searching for OTC aids. They arrived a couple of days after I ordered them. They came with guards for earwax build up and several different tips to fit my ear. This was compared to the $2500 ones which came with one tip and one guard which got plugged up after a couple of weeks. Since ELEHEAR sells a pair for less than half of Costco prices I have a spare. I just wish they made a BAHA version because I’d buy it in a minute. Also every time I contact the company I get a quick response.
The overall quality of these Hearing Aids are truly amazing for the price point. My old outdated >$5000 + a variety fees and expenses for my RX aids were no real match compared to these.
I have had some learning curves to get by a couple of issues that were a bit different, but manageable.
The Updates on the AI portion of noise control sometimes catches me off guard when loud noises occur and the Aid drops the sound quickly on the side of the noise, this is nice, just catching up to it's speed. Then it readjust back to my settings.
Overall impressed for over a year of use now.
Your site offered easy-to-read and -understand information on various models, with a limited trial and warrantee period. This was reassuring for one who has never worn hearing aids before. The app downloaded quickly and was relatively simple to navigate. Sometimes the volume on the hearing aids goes to full volume, seemingly on its own. The wearer then opens the app and adjusts it there because he can see the associated numbers indicating volume for each ear. Earpieces mount stable, and the variety made choosing less stressful. Cleaning tool is useful. The hearing aids work very well! The wife is VERY relieved that the husband can now hear. He should have had these 20 years ago. People do not realize the negative effects on everyone around them when they cannot hear well. Social, family and work relationships suffer unnecessarily until people throw off their ignorant and stubborn pride and invest in their hearing health. Some areas in life have suffered irredeemably. He just has to move on from here. It's like wearing glasses: you cannot function fully in life unless you can correct your vision. So it is with your hearing. Thank you for clear-sounding, adjustable, lightweight, durable hearing aids. they have changed his life for the better.
Elehear changed everything and I will be forever grateful. Never has so little money improved the quality of my life so much.
My poor hearing made me socially isolated and due to a difficult economic situation, $5k hearing aids were off the table.

Don't waste your $$ on the other stuff, just get the Elehears!
I've been using my Elehear Beyond since about mid-February. And they are the best investment I have ever made for my hearing loss. I worked the deck of an aircraft carrier for 4 years. Various machine shops for over 40 years and a volunteer firefighter for more than 25 years. My hearing was shot, and I developed tinnitus almost 15 years ago. Many of the cheap OTC "hearing aids" I tried are just amplifiers, not worth the money, time, or effort. My Elehear Beyond is outstanding. The Elehear app on my phone is easy to use. After I got used to wearing them, I took the hearing test available in app, and Elehear's audiologists emailed me back suggested settings according to my hearing needs. I have been primarily using the audiologist setting with minor personal tweaking and I can hear wonderfully again. Tinnitus has no cure, but the masking feature in the app is wonderful. It helps train your brain to keep the tinnitus noise at much more tolerable levels. I use the masking feature in total about an hour a week, 10-15 minutes at a time. Would I buy an Elehear product again? You bet! I've decided that once I get a few years in on my Beyond, I will quite likely upgrade to the Pro.
The aids I purchased were 1/4 the price of the ones I bought before from an audiologist. Those stoped working after the warranty period.
My ELEHEAR aids work just as well as my previous ones, with advanced features like Bluetooth and smart phone interface. Also, the interaction with the staff was great. The audiologist was able to help me fine tune my aids to make them just as good as my custom ones that are no longer working.
The Beyond Pros are worth every bit they cost. They are so very much better than the Jabra aid that I had prior and are 1/4 the cost.
Comfortable fit, easy to adjust. I'd definitely buy another pair if I had to.
