Our family has been using Elehear Beyond hearing aids now for nearly two months, and they have completely changed our way of life for the better. My father's hearing and quality of life have improved significantly since this purchase. He can hear much better and participate more in everyday conversations. The customer support has been excellent whenever we have a question or concern. Our experience has been that their support and customer service have been fast, responsive, and attentive. For those that aren't the most technologically savy, you may struggle as the setup is primarily done via smartphone, but I was able to help my father navigate the process. We are deeply satisfied with the Elehear brand, their product, and their customer support. They are an all-around great company, and I am very happy I chose this company over ones that had similar offerings. I would recommend this company if you are looking for an excellent choice of hearing aid for the price point.
My experience w Elehear is over about 6 weeks now. I have the Beyond Pros and recently added a pair of the Delight. I don't have profound hearing loss; it is mild-moderate at some frequencies but it is associated with severe tinnitus. I researched the highest rated OTC brands and tried the Beyond and then the Beyond Pros. The customer service is fantastic. The hearing test is done over the app with the hearing aids and an audiologist sends settings for you to try. The Beyond aids worked well and the tinkering with the settings by the app to optimize them was easily mastered. I traded for the Beyond Pros and found them equally excellent and their chip makes a lot of the adjustments with much less input on my part via the app. Only a couple of choices are needed in the app. Elehear was gracious and responsive when I requested the trade. I am a physician but I am not giving medical advice, but my interest was because some percentage of tinnitus sufferers experience relief with improvement of their hearing. Not only do the devices have a tinnitus masking function, but in my case my tinnitus decreases markedly minutes to an hour after I put them in. This was the result I was hoping for and I wasn't willing to go the expensive route to find out it wouldn't help. I ordered the Delights as a spare and having a different profile device sometimes fits my needs. The original shipment got lost and I contacted Elehear and they followed up promptly and sent out another pair. As far as function, they do what they are intended. Hearing is improved although some experimentation with the app settings and choice of dome is required. Bluetooth pairing with a phone is very convenient; they are not high fidelity earbuds but function very nicely for occasional use to listen to music. The online support and the pushed reminders and instruction literature is excellent. I have had not trouble switching the wax protector plug, but have only done it once since I regularly swim laps and don't have wax accumulation in my ears. I highly recommend this product as it is technically one of the best in the OTC category and has a reasonable price point. The work you have to do is simple and for most people is learnable from their literature and aids. Prescription aids would require visits to the audiologist for detailed adjustments. I have done fine for myself. You have to judge for yourself whether a 10X cost difference is worth the effort on the customer's part; for me to learn it helped with my tinnitus it made a lot of sense and I am thrilled with the results so far.
The product was not effective and the support and return awful. Select this product and company carefully based on my experience. They take your money immediately but wait until you try to return. Dumb and unacceptable return policy.

Very quick responses to questions and correcting a problem that was my problem. I thought my Elehear pro left ear was becoming more and more faint, (hard to hear). I had arranged and they offered to replace both of my hearing aids when I tried to switch the hearing aids and found our that it was actually my left ear getting worst and the aid was just fine. They had already sent the new replacements when I let them know it was my problem not the device, we made arrangements to return the hearing aids. Will purchase again and reefer anyone that I know that needs a little help to Elehear.. Thank you for a great job.
Their support team is very responcive. I have had my beyond pro hearing aids for almost 2 months. There has been minor issues but they get back to me quick with resolution. My experience has been great, and my hearing has improved.
The hearing aids seem to work well. They amplify everything around me. One thing I wish they could do is provide noise cancellation. The battery life is good b the app is not good at all. Needs major improvement. The customer service is ok. Before I purchased the aids I was contacted several times for the sales pitch. They even knew I had them in my cart. Was given the pitch how good they were, the quality etc. As soon as I bought them, I never heard from anyone again. No one had called, emailed or texted to see if they are working, if I’m satisfied or need any help. Figured I would have got a follow up call. But the aids seem to be worth it.
I was using Audien Ion Pros and was generally happy with them except for restaurants and large noisy spaces such as gyms. Audien had no way of providing a firmware update and wanted me to purchase their new Ion Pro2. After some research I discovered Elehear was getting excellent reviews and used Deep Neural Network DNN that could easily and regularly accept firmware updates OTA over the air. I had just visited an audiologist who recommended a set of Oticon Intents for $7600. I gave the Elehear Beyond Pros a try and I am so glad I did. They are Awesome, Amazing, and Affordable and get an AAA rating from me !!!
As a professional real bearded Santa I depend on being able to hear children's Christmas wishes and even in the off season children spot me and want to talk. I purchased a $5000.00 set of hearing aids 7 years ago and they were the best money could buy at the time. I was baby sitting my son's dog and she decided to chew and destroy my hearing aids. So i went shopping. My wife suggested to get a back up pair first. I purchased the Beyond Pro and never looked again. These hearing aids are superior to the more expensive ones I owned. I sent my current test and they matched what I had. While in a loud area I pulled out my phone and set my noise on max and could hear the child I was talking to clearly. Just what Santa needed.
I bought Elehear Beyond Pro and my experience has been so great. I have had a few problems with my right hearing aid and Fiona at Elehear has helped me every step of the way. They have replaced any faulty units asap and responded to me in less than 24 hours most the time. The company, In my opinion is stand up. If you need hearing aids these are great and they stand by them. They will also stand by you in your time of need..that’s kinda rare these days!!
Their support is excellent. I was able to send them my latest Audiogram and they returned a setting almost immediately. I also needed a longer RIC cable and they sent those out free of charge.
All in all this has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend dealing with these people to anyone with hearing issues. A+++
Overall, I have no complaints with my ELEHEAR beyond pro hearing aids except for one thing. The frequency response curve on these is horrible. There is very little to no lower end while there is a huge bump in the higher frequencies. To the point of being irritating. While I wasn’t expecting high end ear bud quality of sound, I also wasn’t expecting dollar store cheap earphone sound either. They sound like paper. Crumble a plastic wrapper and you get a loud trebly out of phase sound where it dominates all other sound. I’ve worked with the app, volume and tone settings etc with no avail. Streaming music to them works well but sound quality is so treble and thin sounding that you won’t listen to music. There is nothing natural sounding about them. Sorry, but it’s the truth, plus it’s the one thing i value if I’m going to use hearing aids.
I purchased Beyond hearing aids after I had been using others which gave no clarity. I am amazed at these new elehear aids!! I am now hearing everything so clearly. Have been wearing them for 2 weeks with no issues. I cannot do with out them now. They are comfortable to wear, so much so, I don't realise I am wearing them. Certainly has made a big difference to my hearing without breaking the bank to do so. The service and correspondence was excellent, especially as I dealt with the company in the U.S.A. The delivery was fast considering distance. Definitely recommend.
I’ve had my ELEHEAR Hearing Aids for about 3mos now. Twice I’ve had need for customer support. Both times, communication and service were outstanding!! Thank you. I’ve had some rough experiences with other companies since having to wear the prosthesis, but ELEHEAR has been top notch. I highly recommend if you’re in need of hearing aids, ELEHEAR IS the right company to work with. They partner with you, not against you. Thank you for what’s so far been an amazing experience. G-d Bless.
My first experience with hearing aids was with Jabra Select that cost around $1700. The aids worked well for my moderate to severe hearing loss and the batteries lasted about 16 months and I needed to replace them. I was not going to spend another $1700 for a new set of Jabra aids so I purchased a set of Elehear Pro's on-line in July 2026. The Pro's work as well or better than my previous Jabra units and customer service was great. Richard G (MN)
i worked with Ann, who instructed me in how to correct an issue I was having. She ws responsive and knowledgeable and it only took a coupl of emails to get things reslved.
I have used hearing aids since 2016 and second set needed to be replaced a few weeks ago. The average of the 2 sets i have had was about $3,100 each. The company had went out of business forcing me to search for another audiologist and brand. I knew OTC hearing aids were improving so I thought I would take a look. Elehear popped up as number one on many searches so they were on my radar. Most of the reviews were from first time hearing aid users so they had nothing else to compare. Coming off using $3k hearing aids I figured I should get the high end Beyond Pro. At $640 out the door and 45 days to try them it was an easy decision. Coming off using $3K hearing aids for almost 11 years I didn't have high expectations for $600!aids. I was willing to sacrifice some things considering the price delta but I knew 2 days after wearing them they were great. I had to experiment with ear domes to get the right sound. I also needed a linger wire and a size 3 set was sent free of charge. The app works better and the music/phone streaming is better than my old $3K aids. I have them in ~16 hours a day and have no issues with battery life. I sacrificed no features or sound quality, they are actually better, and would not trade them for my old ones.
After getting used to having something in my ear all day, I have found the Beyond Pro aids barely noticeable, both by myself and others. I love being able to take phone calls through them, but I find that I have to hold my phone up for people to see that I am talking on the phone.
Overall, the sound enhancement is helpful, and it seems like the wind noise is less noticeable now. Maybe a recent update?
I considered switching to the Delight, but feel they would be too noticeable, and people would think that I was listening to music or podcasts all the time. I also would not like the shorter battery life.
I just checked, and I have logged over 5,000 hours with the Beyond Pro. Have had 2 replacements due to electronic defects, but overall have found them to be reliable and functional. The charge lasts all day - I have only gotten the "battery low" alert a couple of times, right before bedtime.
My only wish is that there would be a way to get high quality music without having to change earpieces. But that is just an added benefit.
I have no problem with the customer service. My problem is with the product itself. My left hearing aid stopped working after just six months. They sent a new wire which fixed the problem, or so I thought. Now, two months later, it failed again. That is a product defect. Over the years, I've worn hearing aids from ReSound, Rexton, JVC, Lexie and Elehear. Elehear is the only one that failed. Twice. I'm sure Elehear would happily send another wire free of charge, but what's the point if it's defective?
I’m very happy with my Pro’s, had them for 8 months. While they don’t solve all my problems (noisy restaurants are still an issue) they have definitely helped my hearing. The customer service is great, I recently had a problem with one aid, and the customer service rep gave me a checklist of things to try, and when that didn’t work she sent me a replacement aid. I highly recommend Elehear.
