Excellent tech support. The staff was available through what’s app to help me get the eSIM installed. Traveled to US. Couldn’t get connectivity in Florida but once I got to California and New England, it was excellent internet service. I’ll buy again when I travel to Europe.

Activated 2 sims

Accidentally activated 2 sims at the same time, the etravelsim team were easy to communicate with offering prompt and informative reply’s. And the issue was sorted with no hassle. I’d recommend etravelsim

Excellent customer service!

I was having trouble installing my eSIM. So I contacted the customer service team. They talked me through everything I needed to do, checked the information I sent and I had in fact installed the eSIM but not activated it. The team was patient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

The esim is great

The esim is great. Works straight away. At first I had some issues but customer service sorted everything out very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I bought a data eSim for my trip to South Africa - 10gB over 30 days. Simple to install; worked perfectly. Excellent service. I'd definitely use again for the same and elsewhere. Highly recommended.

unlimited 15 days plan it's a fake

I purchased the unlimited 15 days plan, it only worked up to 1gb daily then reduce to a speed that is unusable. Totally misleading product description. It's not unlimited.

Good coverage & very easy to set up

I purchased this eSIM for a trip to Anguilla. It was easy to set up & the coverage while we were there was excellent. Reasonable price too! Very impressed by etravelsim as there is a good list of countries where the service is provided & due to the ease of use I will be using this service for future trips in other countries!

Simple quick and works well.

Simple quick and works well for Morocco. I had never tried an eSIM but this was well explained and worked a treat. Pro tip is to set it up before you travel but either way you’ll need WiFi to do so. And get more data than you think you need as mapping is essential in Marrakesh. I have since found out that the eSIM can added manually if you only have a single device to hand or by scanning a qr code if you have access to a second device. Excellent

Bad Internet Connection

Installation and everything went perfect and in time. But unfortunately bad internet connection almost 50% of the time... So I can not really rely on this eSim and I have bought another one from another Provider. Very sad.

Amazing coverage

Amazing coverage Never knew about this and I’ve also had huge data bills after visiting the USA . The coverage and quality has actually been amazing Will def use again and recommend to friends and family coming to the US I set it up in Ireland before travelling to the USA and it has been great . Bought it for ten days and extremely reasonable

Quick, easy and no messing around

Having struggled with alternatives wanting multiple factor identification authentication (that would fail without explanation) this service was refreshingly quick and easy. I spent more than $50 on roaming charges trying to sign up to alternatives whereas this one was a breeze! Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service that I could not fault. I purchased an eSIM in the UK for India in arrival to India I was struggling to set up the sim, I contacted customer service on the live chat who guided me through the process with screen shots and messages. I would like to point out the problem was my lack of technical knowledge but with the help they provided my sim is now up and running. Superb customer service and a company I will highly recommend to others.
