I appreciate forwardbuy.com for buying and shipping to my house at a suitable price. It's not very expensive when the shipping cost is $34 because the package arrived in a very short time. It only took three days to see my product. When I unboxed it, I am very impressed at the way my product have been wrapped and packaged very carefully. Even my product is kinda small, just only 0.4 kg however the wrapper is huge. Although, their customer service is a little bit slow. I wish that they could fix that problem and everything would be perfect. My item is limited, so I hope the forwardbuy.com team will work faster to offer the product to a seller. I needed to place my product at three different sellers because the service is slow and it was leading the seller have been sold the product. I lost my chance on a very good deal on carousell of Singapore. If you ask me if I'm gonna use their service again? Absolutely because it's a good deal, why not? My advice for those who want to buy limited items is that you should contact with seller first and then ask them to keep it for you. Very well-done forwardbuy.com!

Customer service communication could have been a lot better and quicker. It was hard to get hold of customer support. My package spent longer than expected waiting to be shipped out to me. But I did get my package safely and in good condition, even if it was the quickest, it did arrive and it wasn’t weeks and weeks or months once shipped
I ordered a laptop to be ordered and then delivered. Ordering was very easy. Agent also helped to even get me the best deal when it was noticed that initial quote that I had used was out of date and the new deal ended up cheaper. Everything else followed through their clear process.

The package was stuck in facility due to tax, the department tried to contact forwardandbuy but they don’t reply. Just 1 day before package was trashed because it kept in facility too long, forwardandbuy just sent me notice email to pay tax without instructions. Don’t use this service! If your package stucked somewhere they won’t take responsibility!!!!!

For customs duties, they are payable by buyer/consignee at respective country during delivery through assistance from courier company. For payments of duties, we understand you are guided by courier company directly and we understand you had issues in relation to this. Unfortunately, we were not previously informed by yourself or courier company for this and hence we were not able to assist.
Extremely helpful service, allowed me to get medicines that weren’t otherwise available in my country. They were helpful with the purchasing process, the shipping process. Ran into some issues with the shipping costs but that was quickly remedied by providing me a direct PayPal link. I am thankful for this service.
I'm in the US and arranged for a package to be delivered from Singapore to a relative in Canada. We used the 'Shop For me' service and ForwardBuy did an excellent job handling the entire process from the purchase of the item from the seller to the international shipping. I bought an item in Singapore to be shipped to the U.S. and the service was excellent. They have a shop-for-me feature which is perfect for stores that don't ship outside the country they are in, and it works great too. Fees are very reasonable. Would definitely use this service again. I just wish they do business in other Shopee-Asian countries!

I completely enjoyed my experience! Forwardbuy was extremely fast and responsive. I purchased a specific monitor only sold in the Asia region. They purchased it same day and the monitor arrived not even a few days later at their warehouse. I was able to pay for photos of the contents to make sure it was what I wanted before paying for shipping costs to get it sent to the U.S. I will definitely be buying through them again.

I purchased a laptop from Singapore through ForwardBuy.com because the model is not available in the U.S.
The communication was good. I was asked to wire transfer the fund to them first because it's a high value item, so I did. They told me every step in the whole process, they asked me how to handle the bonus the vendor offered.
I received the laptop, everything looks great. I gave them 4 stars because the shipping was a little slow, it could be on FedEx part though, but I'd like to have the rating reflect that regardless.
Overall it was a good experience, I'd use ForwardBuy again if needed. As a first time buyer, wire transferring a relatively big amount of money needs some trust, I think ForwardBuy deserves it.
