Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. It’s great to hear the Hyper Pro lived up to what you saw and then some, especially when it comes to build quality. Glad our team was able to jump on the pad issue quickly and get it sorted without hassle. Enjoy the training and thanks for the trust.
Thanks for taking the time to share this, really glad to hear you’re impressed with the Hyper Pro and had a smooth experience getting the mistaken bench order resolved. We’re here if you ever need anything else!
Really appreciate you taking the time to update your review. We’re sorry again for the issue with the pad, but it means a lot to hear that the team handled it the way you’d hope. We always want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we’re glad we could earn that trust.
