Size according to chart is wrong. Recieved the suede jacket today and I’m horrified at the cost versus the results. Never again with this place. I have a dress that’s coming that’s already been ordered. My last time dealing with them. I don’t expect an exchange as I will have to mail the jacket back on my own expense. Almost 200 USD thrown away.

I only have good things to say about this company. I have spent quite a bit of money with them online and if there is ever a problem like something being to small they will always replace it, and they ship you a different size and don’t ask that you return the item that didn’t fit! The clothing is good quality and well worth the price which is fair considering the quality of each garment. I love this place because I don’t have to worry about getting what I expected. Not as shown in marketing videos and pictures
I came across this company on instagram and loved the clothing in the videos and pictures, the stitching looked handmade and really details so I bought two for my wife for Christmas.
What I received was so far from looking like the videos that I was embarrassed when my wife opened them on Christmas Day, I had to instantly show her what they should have looked like in the marketing videos and instantly requested a refund!!
What we received were thin cheap and machine stitched patches on to material, completely different to what was advertised, I was shocked, I would compare the quality to that which you would find in decent fancy dress shops. Certainly not everyday clothing that you would get from a shop in your local town.
I would love to supply pictures of the marketing and what I was received but I can’t find the ability to do this as it’s shocking.

I was really reluctant to order from this company. It clearly is not a US company. But the styles were EXACTLY what I was looking for, so I took a huge risk. Everything fit true to size, and some items didn't take a long time to ship, and one took a very long time. Their return/exchange policy wasn't very clear, so I was worried. Especially when I realized that one item was too small on me. My fault for ordering the wrong size. I reached out to them via chat, and they said they'll send me the correct size. They didn't say anything about sending the original dress back to them. I hope it's true!

The Vintage Teal Floral Velvet Tailored Blazer was even more beautiful than I expected. The colors are a little more vibrant than the photo, but just as gorgeous. The blazer does run a little small compared to other brands I wear so I reached out to the company and they agreed to expedite a larger size to me free of charge.

This is the first time I've bought from Futario. Like any online shopping I was a bit leery of ordering but hoped for the best. Well, the customer service and speed of delivery of items exceeded my expectations. 3 of the blouses I ordered were a bit too tight so I wanted to exchange them for larger sizes. I used the both their online chatbot and email. They answered all my questions within a few hours every single time! I find that amazing. They were very polite, friendly and accomodating. Besides getting exchanges for the 3 items that were small I've already ordered other items because I love the quality of everything I ordered. I do alot of online shopping and I've never encountered a company that was so responsive and helpful. The quality of the garments are excellent as well. Highly recommend.

I needed to return an item because it wasn't fitting properly. Ella, the customer service representative, was very helpful and offered to send the correct size without having to return the original item. I LOVE the blazer and button up I ordered. Very good quality and exceeded my expectations! The customer service is superb. I needed to exchange the button up for an a different size due to my bust (always an issue with button ups). I requested an exchange. They answered immediately and my new shirt is on the way. They asked for my measurements to assist more but I just needed to size up and they immediately accommodated me. Zero issues with the return. I will buy from them again in the future!

Loved the jacket I bought but it was too small. Contacted customer service and they are sending me a larger size for FREE and letting me keep the original coat free of charge. Customer service was very responsive! Waiting on new jacket now. Very happy with outcome and the service!
