Horrible. Tried to cancel my order within minutes of making it. He offered me all these deals. I said no cancel it and they shipped it anyway. Now they won’t get back with me on a return. I have contacted you multiple times? PayPal is also trying to get you to respond and will refund me after so many days of you ignoring them as well they said?

I have several times attempted to reorder another item to replace the one out of stock. I am contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. I SM TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME HERE

Today I received the replaced initial order (replacement due to out of stock the item while I'm forming the order, I was too slow, I agree with that ;) ).

I initially ordered two items for my wife for Christmas, received one and the other was out of stock. After a few weeks of not receiving the other item I contacted support. They informed me it was no longer available and offered to replace it with any item on the store. My wife had a lot of fun choosing. Great service! Will definitely shop Futario again!

I received a small and in fact needed an extra small. They quickly responded to my request adding the were sending me an extra small. This was done with no headache. Just a few emails. Would definitely buy from this company again. The quality of the jacket was excellent.

I am Astounded by this company so far! I ordered a velvet jacket, shipping was fast and when it arrived I really was suprised at the quality of this piece. Total homerun.. BUT it didnt fit. When I messaged them on chat for return exchange info It was too good to be true!. They did everything they could to make this an easy and satisfying experience. I am waiting right now for the replacement jacket to arrive and I can bet you when it does I'll be posting pics! Ihope Futario is going to be my "Go To" shopping place for a very long time!

I can’t begin to describe the disappointment with this company. The photo of the item I ordered was laughably incongruent with what I received. I ordered a light jacket for over $100. And received something that might have pennies to make. After multiple attempts to request an address to return the item and receive a refund, all I have received in response is an offer for exchange. No address. No mailing label. No options otherwise, besides a $20 discount on an exchange. Please stay away from this company. I beg you. UPDATE: I received an address but not the tax ID required for customs, making it impossible to ship to China.
UPDATE: in response to the company’s response below: I’ve already tried the support address they provided in the response, several times. All it does is give an automated reply, asking me to go to the website to check the status of my order which just gives information that the original order is complete. Is a useless email address. Looks like the response below to this review is only for the purpose of customer perception. My issue remains unresolved. All I want is send to a jacket back for a refund. They are making it impossible.
