When I found an ad for Futario, I was impressed with the clothing but weary of the website, not having heard of it before. I took a chance and placed an order and I'm SO happy I did! This is a wonderful website/company to purchase quality clothing. I bought a cowhide jacket that was absolutely darling, and the quality was superb.. We had some challenges, figuring out what my exact size would be, but they worked relentless with me with me until we got it right. They were always super fast to answer questions and very helpful. I highly recommend using this website/company and I adore my jacket

Stay AWAY from this company! First of all, it is a bait-and-switch! The clothing looked beautiful on the website but when the items arrived, they were cheaply made and ill-fitting. They looked nothing like what was on the website. Secondly, shipping is very slow and sporadic. There are items that I ordered over 2 months ago that still have not arrived and I've received no shipping updates. I've disputed the purchase through PayPal asking for a refund for the items I haven't received. But, if the items had arrived, they probably would have been cheaply made junk, anyway. This company is a sham - please don't waste your money!

I ordered a shirt around 20.12.2025 as a Christmas gift for my mother. After placing the order, I received no updates for over a week and was never given an order number, which made it impossible to track the shipment.
After about a week, I was informed that my order had been cancelled due to item unavailability and was offered a replacement. I chose a replacement item as instructed. Unfortunately, the same problem happened again: no updates, no order number, and no way to track the order.
I contacted customer service multiple times and only received automated responses. It wasn’t until 31.12.2025 that I finally received an email with an order number and a tracking link. While the package now appears to be in transit, updates are very slow and the entire process has taken far longer than expected.
Overall, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and poor customer support made this experience very frustrating. I would not recommend this store if you need reliable service or timely updates.

I have had a fabulous experience with this company. I received the garments I ordered within a few weeks of ordering. The garments are beautifully made and look the same as the garments pictured on the site. The garments i ordered are too big - my fault not the company. They have responded promptly and are sending me the smaller sizes at no cost - this is truly amazing, The garments that are too big due to style are being replaced with alternatives - again at no cost to me. I do not understand any of the reviews that are calling this a scam - it is totally untrue. I have had experiences with companies that are a scam and send garments that look totally different than on the company web site - this is NOT the case with Futario. I will definately be shopping with them again. Thank you for such an amazing and positive experience

I love how the fast support is given should there be issues faced. But I’m not happy that the sizes are not always accurate, resulting in having to try to exchange. And also for purchases made only to be told they are actually not available. A lot of the items shown now at the site might actually be out of stock! The company should ensure up to date site information! And not after purchase, then asked to choose a replacement.
There are several discount codes given, so how to accurately ensure the replacement is of same value?
Also, the prices of the items are quite high even though some pieces are beautiful. Definitely makes it harder to decide on a purchase.
