I ordered the 30-inch Body Wave Lace Frontal Wig (Upgrade 7x5 Lace / 30 / 250%) weeks ago for my friend’s wedding, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. The wig was advertised as 250% density, but it is much thinner — more like 180% at best. I’ve purchased fuller wigs before, so I immediately noticed the difference.
Not only was the quality not as described, but I also reached out to customer service with photos and never received a reply. Because of this, I had to make last-minute changes for the wedding, which was really stressful and frustrating.
For the price and the promises made, I expected much better quality and communication. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their product accuracy and customer service
The wig had big chunky highlights that were not pictured… I asked to return without trying the wig, and have been given the runaround for over a week now. They are trying to offer me a $20 refund for a $250 wig and not giving me instructions for return.
Also the lace quality looked very bad. I am not pleased.

★☆☆☆☆ Horrible return experience — avoid if you want peace of mind
I’ve been trying to return a wig I received that did not match the description or quality advertised. I followed all instructions, requested the return address multiple times, and chose the option for a full refund as offered in their policy.
Instead of helping me return it, they stalled for weeks, ignored my return request, and kept offering partial compensation and discount codes I didn’t want. They STILL won’t provide a return address, making it impossible to send the product back.
This has been an exhausting process and a complete waste of my time. I had to escalate it to PayPal because the seller refused to follow through.
Buy at your own risk — customer service is unprofessional and evasive.

They are liars and do not give full refunds. My wig is ugly, feels like plastic and not the inch i ordered. They have a "contact for return address " policy that they do not honor. Their website says they offer full refund yet they are offering me $50 and a gift card. They also refuse to give me the return address but instead ask me why am i not satisfied with a $50 refund and a gift card for a $400 wig. Dont play in my face. Absolutely not!

Got my wig some months back but installed it this weekend. I felt like a princess and then the comments were so applauding. It is literally the best wig I have as of now. It's worth every penny, full, soft, length is perfect, pre-bleached and I will be back🥰💯

Great quality. Little to no shedding. Length the exact match. I’ve had multiple ppl apply this wig on and give good feedback, it doesn’t shed, tangle or anything. Also, is able to be straighten out!! I definitely wouldn’t go to anyone else from now on.

My God, what a waste of money. I have recently bought two wigs from here and I regret wasting my money!!!!. They sent something else!!!!! The blonde wig looked like something from a barbie doll's hair and it was shinny like a synthetic wig! I am so upset with what they sold for me. The other wig looked different from the picture.

Unfortunately, the wig does not match the pictures in real life. I am aware that it may look different due to lighting/angles/styling however it does not match at all. The top is not blended and it is a much darker colour which creates a very harsh contrast, the rest of the hair is not blended either and it does not look like highlights rather big blocks of colour. I have tried to contact Geeta hair for a refund four times now. I have tried to leave a review on their website however they have deleted it. I would appreciate if somebody could get in touch thank you.

SCAMMERS. Hair does not look like what is advertised. It has a horrible smell. Any attempts at getting a refund are futile. Customer service refused to refund me, I lodged a dispute through paypal and now GeetaHair are refusing to complete the customs declaration to receive the returned package as they do not want to pay duties. they also asked me to falsify the amount, stating I spent $12 on a package worth $1,350. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company - I ordered a 22 inch wig and when it came it looked shorter than 22 inches so I measured it and it was 18 inches. I have emailed customer service multiple times with pictures and I have still not had a response from them.
This company will send you an incorrect item and refuse to take a return. They play the game of offering you 1/8 of the cost refund and a coupon on your next order. What a scam!
Don’t waste your time unless you’re just willing to keep whatever they send you.
Unfortunately I went on here way too late. Someone was talking about checking their reviews on TIKTOK and that’s what you really should do! If you’re fine with what people say on TIKTOK go ahead and order (the unpaid reviews that is). Would give 0 stars of I could. Absolute HORROR wig, way shorter, color completely off. I paid 300$ to receive a 20$ product - maybe even less. Sad and dissapointing.
Don’t get me started on the shipping time - took way longer than 24-48hours.
