Bad things were the hair was feather like, almost like cotton candy The color didn't look like the pic. After dying it 2x and bleached, finally the color I thought it was. Keep it moisturized for the feather like condition. Like old folks hair. Won't buy again
I sent pictures of the wig in the condition it came in, they sent a picture from 2023 with a longer wig than the 12" I ordered saying it got messed up in the mail. I told them that was not my wig, I sent them the picture details of the photo they sent and they told me to buy another wig and they will give me a discount. I told them they had to make this right before I can trust them again. They said it will cost me 150 to send it back to them. I said no it won't if they send me the address to send it back. They gave every excuse.
This hair company is a big scammer . They post false advertisement and refuse to give your money back when not happy with service !! 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service! I purchased a wig from them in April & I did not realize they stole the picture of the wig from a hairstylist, so the color of the wig was completely different from what was shown. No problem, I had already read their return policy on their website prior to purchasing which CLEARLY has a money back guaranteed disclaimer. I literally emailed them the same day I got the wig to return the wig because I didn’t want to customize the color myself, because it would cause me more money. They DENIED my request even though their own website states your money is safe blah blah.. Mind you, you don’t even need a reason to return the wig it says. You can return just because you changed your mind! I had a valid reason & they denied me. Do not buy from them.
First off I will say I do love the wig but the customer service could be better! I’ve been trying to reach them for days to leave them a review and when they were finally able to reach me they assumed I wanted to leave them a review because I wanted a free wig which wasn’t the case. I was just trying to do a good thing because I really liked the wig and wanted others to see the quality of it? The hair is beautiful and I love the color. Also I bought a 26 inch and it gave a 30 inch so that’s good. Will probably buy again thanks!
I paid for 250 density and received look to be 100!! The hair is awful!!! And it’s impossible to get a refund!!! Do not shop here and believe these influencers that get the hair for free then lie to us!
I can not contact them to return my unit. The email address does not work. The wig unit is not what I expected. I have been trying to contact them to no avail. I think I have to file a complaint.
I ordered hair with Geeta hair,pod in full. FedEx delivered it to wrong address and my address was correct. FedEx agreed after I proved with my ring camera it wasn’t delivered. Contacted geeta hair they said they wouldn’t refund or send me a new wig. Geeta hair said to file a police report.I called police dept and was told it’s not stolen bc it was never delivered! Geeta hair didn’t care they refused and was very Sarcastic about the issue. Customer service is horrible!after reading the reviews I shouldn’t have spent the money anyway
The quality of hair is awful. The color and texture is horrible. They won't give me the return address, their website says to contact them and when you do they keep emailing you asking you why you want to return the hair, and won't give you the return address. This is a scam and fraud. Do anyone knows the return address? The wig is nothing like the photo on the website. The company is in China.
This communication from this company is atrocious. They did not have any information regarding a "customisation" process for blonde wigs so I had placed an order under the impression it would be shipped between 24 and 48 hours and i would receive it with a maximum of 7 days. To then reach out to them on WhatsApp after sending numerous messages and receiving no response for them to reply that there is a customisation process that takes 4-8 days then once that's complete my order will take a further 4-5 working days to reach me. Im so glad I screenshotted the evidence of this before they changed it on the website. I would never trust this company with my money again. Now my birthday holiday is ruined.
Placed an order on March 31st for a precut wig. I was told I will receive it in 5 to 7 days from purchase and I still haven’t received it. I reached out to the company and they claim it would be expedited a week ago and yet I still haven’t received it. Stay away from this company they are a fraud. I am contacting my bank to dispute this order as a scam . After finally receiving the wig it was nothing like the description. The shedding and density is horrific and poorly made, the color is horrible and it was supposed to come precut. I was told I could return it but it would cost 150 dollars just for duties and it would be months before I could get a refund. What type of company doesn’t stand behind their product. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out there are several complaints about this company. Please save your money and go elsewhere this company is a scam
