I am a new customer to Geeta Hair. The communication was good. I had a question and they responded quickly. The Bob wig I received is beautiful but the coloring was wrong. I ordered a honey blonde wig but the coloring I received is deep reddish brown.
It's been 3 weeks and the hair still hasn't arrived but what's worse is that there is no way of tracking or it doesn't give you any updates so you don't know if it will arrive tomorrow or next week. Customer care is nonexistent
They are the worst!!! Stay away!! I have sent several emails but nothing, they keep buying time. They tell me to send more pictures and then go silent. Every time I finally get a response they request the same information or tell me to reach out their email. I have been emailing every day since I received the hair. I ordered a burgundy wig but received a Jessica rabbit wig instead that looks nothing like the pictures on their website at all. They have a good scam going, they will never provide a return address and when they ship it to you they don’t provide a return address on purpose so you can’t send it back. You can not find their address anywhere online so you are stuck. They will continuously request you email different information to different email accounts but never provide a return address. The best scam artists!!!

I ordered a wig from Geeta 10 days ago. The website says 2-3 days for shipping and 2-3 days for customization. That is a maximum of 6 days, yet it has been ten days and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Already this is bad business etiquette without even seeing the product!
I dont even want to give them one star. I'm out of $265. As other reviewers mentioned they try their best to persuade you to keep the wig when you ask for a return/refund. It's extremely annoying, unprofessional, and daunting. They explain that it costs $180 to return and send you a link to do so. I'm truly aggravated because of the amount of money lost but I will never purchase from them again. So unbelievable.
The wig is a different color and has a different part than what is pictured on the website. I requested a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the product. The website clearly states that if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can make a full refund within 30 days. I have received awful customer service and now made eight separate request for a return. Customer service continues to try to offer me a partial refund and make me keep the wig while I continue to tell them, I do not want the product. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.
Received November 5 2024 full 300%density 13x4 lace frontal 24 inches. The moment it was installed November 17 2024 this hair did not look or appear what Geeta hair advertises on their video website. The hair, after applying mousse to hair, all the curls went to a loose wave. I'm not very happy with the results. Never thought Geeta hair would use "bait and switch" practices. Beware of buying anything from China. You just don't know what you are buying as opposed to want they want you to have, while spending hundreds of dollars and not receiving any compensation whatsoever.
I ordered 2 wigs from Geetahair.com approximately 1 month ago. They arrived in approximately 2 weeks but they were not as pictured, too thin and silky. I contacted Geeta to request an exchange; however they refused reporting they sent exactly what I ordered & refuted the claims on quality of the product. After several emails and having to cite and request their return policy they told me I had to pay $180 to return due to China’s custom fees. I requested a way to pay with proof of custom costs. I never received the proof but was sent a link back to their site, which prompted me to pay $100. Despite claims on their website the truth is they do not allow refunds or exchanges.
Geetahair is the worse place to buy wigs. My first online purchase and I was disgusted. It says you can return items uncut and a refund. That is a lie, from the day I received wigs I been trying to contact them, they take several days to contact and when they do they have no interest in resolving the situation or refund me.They are liars and not trustworthy, the photos are not genuine, the wigs are of poor quality, disgusting not fit for purpose. Don’t buy from this company , we will not receive what you order and the quality is so bad . I let them chances to arrange this situation , the wig I receive has many cuts everywhere, so bad . And the quality is horrible. They will not let you return the wig even if they say in their website that you have 30 days
Was my first and last time purchasing from Geetahair it took them month to prepare and deliver and it was not the product that I ordered. Upon enquiry I'm told they sent me what I ordered I couldn't wait to return it and waited for 24days I really needed it coz I'm Blad and I'm not that confident to go out without hair 🥺 -No product care description was given. -I asked for size petite and I was told to write a note we will customize it only a strep was given. -freshly coloured wig I received the smell was so strong I'm on chemotherapy that smell made me sick. Its been a 11 days now now and still have that strong smell. -hair breaks a lot.dont have option but to keep it 😞😞.
This was my first time ordering from Geeta Hair. The pictures are very nice and reviews I saw were all good. I ordered 2 wigs they came in about 2 weeks but I didn’t like either of them. One is not at all as pictured and the other is way too thin. The hair is also poor quality. I contacted Geeta to initiate an exchange, but I am getting the run around. The customer service rep keeps telling me there is no problem with the hair as she’s checked with the factory workers and attempted to give me tips on styling. I have recited and even screenshot their return policy but they just continue arguing with me via email. Long story short they do not provide exchanges or refunds on their products despite the claims on their site.

I recently purchased two glue less wigs. The wigs was nothing like the wigs being advertised on their website. Trying to getting a refund is impossible so I had no choice but to take a loss. The wigs were not the true color I wanted and the wig looked very much like a wig. On the site the wigs are so much more natural looking. I will never purchase from this site again, and this why it's hard giving businesses your money because you don't know if they are a reputable company. Shipping took forever. They are scammers they take your money but don't want to give you a refund if your not satisfied! Run from this company as fast as you can. Be prepared to be shipped a skippy & cheap looking wig!
As someone who is new to wigs, I thought I looked into this company enough to trust them and their reviews but I was wrong! I do not like my wigs looking like wigs. 1. I paid extra for a pre cut- bleached knots, and 250 density hair. The only thing i received was the precut lace which was choppy. The knots had NOT been bleached at all. They were straight black, it literally looks like a screen door on my head. The wig was also very thin, like 150 density. 2. Shipping takes a long time, two weeks and that’s after I was hounding them about shipping it out. 3. I decided to just keep the wig and hold the L. I didn’t feel like dealing with the return. What’s crazy is I came onto trust pilot and read the reviews before ordering and I wish I had listen more to the negative reviews. 4. VERY IMPORTANT! The reviews on their website are not accurate, if you try leaving a poor review, they do not approve the rating. The only ones they approve are the 5 stars and maybe 4, this is why you see so many great reviews, because they won’t allow you to post your bad experience. I highly recommend celie hair. Their stuff is legit and the wigs come exactly as you ordered them.
I purchased a wig on 26/9/24, I am yet to hear anything back . I have sent several Messages yet no response. Website says shipping in 24-48 hours . PLEASE SEND THE HAIR OR REFUND ME . Money does not come easy , I have never purchased from them , I was under the opinion that it is a sister company to Amanda hair which I have bought from and did not give me any issues . I don’t know what this is Update : still not heard from them more than 2 weeks of purchasing the hair . Please do not purchase anything from this company
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Gettahair. The lace received was no where near what was advertised the quality of the hair was subpar and did not meet the high standards they claimed. Returning the item was frustrating and deliberately designed to prevent you by way of charging $180 to return. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR HAIR FROM HERE. I tried to return the wig and they will not let me. I was in contact with them as soon as the wig delivered and they continued to tell me why I needed to keep the wig. They are the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unless you’re willing to take a gamble on your hair, do not buy it from here! Cause once you do you’re stuck with it, whether you like it or not.
