You can buy the same wigs for cheaper on Amazon. I placed my order on 28th of March and did not receive it until mid April. I understand some colours take longer to ship out so I waited however when it finally arrived it was a completely different colour to what I ordered. I ordered a cool ash blonde highlight wig but I received a warm toned honey/ginger colour. I have reached out to customer service and they said “we sent you the wig you ordered, if you style it properly it will look like the picture” From what I have seen from other reviews it seems this company tries to gaslight and bully people into not returning items which is why they ask you to email them for the returns process. That is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be forced into keeping an item I am not happy with. I look forward to the prompt response of Geeta hair with instructions on how to return my order and I hope I do not have to escalate this issue higher up. EDIT: They have responded saying if i use water and style the wig the colour will change from ginger to blonde. I have never come across such a terrible company. Which by the sells the same wigs as amazon and beautyforveverhair (a brand i would actually recommend). I will continue until my issue is resolved, as I said I will not be bullied into keeping a product i have stated multiple times i do not want. EDIT 18th April: still refusing to tell me the returns process, i have had to get klarna involved. I dont know how you can be comfortable being such an inconvenience to other peoples lives, I would feel shame working at this company. FINAL EDIT 19th April: This company is basically claiming to be poor and saying they cant afford to do refunds - not my problem. I wont be wasting my time trying to reason with people that are quite clearly intellectually slow. Luckily I selected pay 30 days later at checkout therefore I have not yet paid and will not be as my bank has agreed that this is ridiculous and the charge will be cancelled. I was trying to help you by returning your ugly product so maybe you can make a profit since you are poor but i guess you dont want to. I feel sorry for your other customers whos money you actually managed to take. I ordered this wig on April 2nd and received it in about a weeks time. However it was not the wig in the description or pictures. I received sometype of 'wet and wavy' curl that was flat and one dimensional. At first, I thought I just needed to wash it and add some curl boosters but after 3 attempts it stayed in its wet and wavy condition. I did receive a response from customer service and I was hopeful they would exchange the product out for what I paid for but after a few email exchanges they just started to gaslight me about washing the wig to bring out the curl. And now they keep erasing my one star review from the site. Very dissatisfied with my experience.
First thing I’m glad it arrived in few days that’s positive but the other thing,is the picture displayed on the website and physically are two different hair and density.I ordered a body wave and curly and they all seem full of density on the website but in reality it’s not,i had to be smart with the body wave and curl it up.As a company you gotta stay true to yourselves!!!
They really sent me the worst wig and did not do the extra services I paid for and I emailed them instantly after opening the package and it’s been a week and I have not gotten any emails back. They’re purposely ignoring me because they don’t want to accept my return when it’s their fault. Don’t order from here
Do not, I repeat, do not purchase hair from this company! Take your hard-earned money elsewhere. The quality is awful, and they engage in false advertising on their ads and website. They claim to offer customizations but will charge you extra for a wig that is already in stock, which looks completely different from what is shown online. What you see on their website is not what you will receive in your order.
I paid for cap customization, knot bleaching, and a pre-cut service. Instead, they told me to bleach the knots myself and suggested that I use the adjustable strap to make the cap smaller. It is incredibly rude to tell a customer, especially after they've just paid for customization services.
They offer return and exchange no questions asked on their site within 30 days money back guarantee but refuse to return my funds for sending me a bold wig or taking accountability. They are also paying for and creating fake reviews here. Everything they do is a scam! Pay attention before you give your money to these people!
The worse company I have ever dealt with! The wigs are horrid! Not only are the cheap NOT hd lace, not the density I ordered, NOT the full frontal upgrade I paid extra for! Their 30 gay no reason return policy, they refuse to honor! The wigs are unattended, unused! But they refuse to accept the return, I litetally emailed them 30 mins after receiving these trash wigs! It audio took almost a month to arrive and I have been arguing with them almost a month about RETURNING these unused wigs! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
what a disappointment !!! the hair is not how I ordered, and the company, instead of helping me out, was very defensive after so many emails. I will never order again!
My 22day old wig only worn 7/8 times has bald patches!
To be honest I actually love the hair it’s not the hair its the frontal after asking for a pluck and cut even though it was far from what would make me satisfied, I let it slide but now the frontal has bald patches I’ve been using wigs before wigs were a thing, i usually buy my wigs from Isee and Ashimary your competitors but decided to give you a try, those wigs are still wigging and this one has bald patches I don’t want a refund I just want a decent wog that doesn’t malt after 4 wears a frontal without bald patches from shedding after wearing only a few times.
After contacting them directly they proceed to tell me they’d ask the factory like that makes any difference only to come back and say the factory don’t know well duhh! the wig is on my head I sent pictures with the bald patches and they are telling me that I shouldn’t brush it dry or detangle please you can’t teach teach me how to use a wig I’m not stupid.
I hope this can be rectified as I would like to give you a good review.
Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a hair piece and they still have not sent hair. The person in correspondence keeps apologizing I really hope the reviews find themselves to you! Before purchasing from here the real reviews are the complaints.
The item did not look like the pictures on the website. It’s been 4 days of the customer service trying to force me to keep the poor quality item which I really would like to return. I have never experienced this before.
I ordered a unit and wasn’t pleased with it. Instead of just giving me my money back they are forcing me to keep it. This really makes me not want to ever do business with them and people should Be aware that the photos look nothing like the units on TikTok and IG they units come boxed mine came in a bag so it make me think that this unit could be from anywhere.
Company is trash! First time buyer and am not satisfied. First, shipment was delayed due to having to customized unit. Company reached a few days later to inform. I should've cancelled but patiently waited. Received order and immediately reached out to return and refund. All of a sudden, communication is difficult and stopped responding. Filed a dispute and now waiting on instructions to return. I guess they're trying to stall, hoping I won't make the return so they can dispute my claim. OH, BUT I AM!! lol. Shady company. After waiting a week for my wig to ship from
this company, I requested a cancellation (not a refund because they hadn't even processed the payment yet), but a cancellation because the wig would not make it here in time for a wedding that I was attending. They refused to cancel the order and said that it was "cost-effective" to purchase during a sale. Huh? I don't care about that, just cancel the order because I no longer need the wig! Needless to say, I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charges should the try to charge me for the wig anyway. Order number GT43598.
They don't honor their own cancellation or refund policy, which is why I will NEVER order from this company again. They even offered me a discount code AFTER I receive the wig! Keep it! You all will never get my money!
This company is a scam! As other people have said then send you a poor quality wig and refuse to accept returns after prolonging email exchanges.
I ordered 300% density 24" body wave 13 x 6 wig. What arrived was 12" 200% density. I emailed them within 30-60 minutes of the item being delivered with a picture advising them I'd like to return the unit. They responded telling me that they checked with the factory workers and I'd been sent the right item.
I refuted this and directed them back to the picture comparison, they told me the hair in the picture had been professionally styled. So I sent them a YouTube video of their 24" hair which was longer than bra strap length and they offered a $20 partial refund with $80 off a future purchase. Would would I ever future purchase????
The hair arrived on the 26th February 2025, I emailed them within 60 minutes of the hair arriving. It is now the 2nd March and I am yet to receive instructions for return and my refund.

If you want to return your wig--forget about it. They don't follow their own return policies and communication will go back and forth, I see some people on here have been doing it for months. Their tactics include: Claiming they don’t make enough profit as an excuse not to process a refund. Stalling for days with irrelevant excuses like “checking with the factory.” Ignoring direct refund requests. Trying to force customers into accepting partial refunds (you paid hundreds of dollars for a wig, guess what? They'll offer you $10 refund).
They use misleading marketing to make buyers believe refunds are guaranteed, when in reality, they make returns as difficult as possible. They will mess with you they will stall you, it's tactic to make you give up, this is illegal. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have reported them to the econsumer agency and encourage everyone to do the same. This unfair practice has to stop.
I hve been asking for return details for 4 days and they are refusing to provide me the return details…instead they are begging me to keep the wig as they don’t make “a lot of money” their customer service is appalling they are trying every way for me not to return the wig. Also apparently stating I have to pay a restock fee for the item when this is not stated on their policy. I am happy to bear all return costs but they are refusing to provide me return details and instead are begging me and giving a sob story. The hair quality is grim I haven’t even opened out the bag that’s how dissatisfied I am the HD lace is brown and the density of the hair certainly does not look 250%.

The curls the hair came with were beautiful and bouncy but I forgot to add the pre plucked and bleached option 😭.
I say that to say, the knots didn’t bleach very well, I had to bleach them twice.
The hair is nice for short term use but it’s definitely got synthetic fibres. I would shop from geeta hair again.
