I ordered a blonde wig at the beginning of August. When it arrived, it was actually purple, not blonde. The quality was extremely cheap and I was very dissatisfied with what I ordered. I looked on their website for return info, it said to email them my order number and make sure the wig was not tampered with (it hadn’t even been tried on because I immediately noticed it was purple). I contacted them expressing that I wanted to ship the product back and request a refund. They proceeded to send multiple back and forth emails disputing why there was nothing wrong with the wig I received. I took pictures and sent them. I asked for a shipping address to return the wig three times and they refused to cooperate. I informed them I’d dispute the charge with my bank, which I did. I received my refund and then recently received a notice from my bank that they had disputed my dispute. They lied and said I never reached out to them nor gave them an order number to even look up my item. They said I never requested to send the wig back.
Well, I screenshot all of the emails (there’s 7) and I sent them to my bank as proof they’re lying.
This company is a scam. DO NOT make any purchases from them. They do not send what you purchased and they try to lie and fight you if you’re dissatisfied.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. If I could attach photos of my purple wig and also the screenshots of the emails, I would! I’d never make a purchase with this company again.
I ordered the 250 density wig with curtain bangs and I have had the hair for about a month and it does not tangle , curls were beautiful and hair is full. I will say that I ordered the package for the knots to be bleached and they were not but other then that customer service helped when I wanted to know why my order was taking long.
The wig color was as expected and so was the length. The unit held curls well and washed extremely well. My only complaint is I paid for the unit to be pre cut and pre plucked and the hairline still required more plucking. However, for the price the wig was amazing.
This hair company is an AWFUL company. They have a published "No Reason" Return Policy for 30 days after delivery, posted on the geetahair.com website EXCEPT THEY WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN. Geeta Hair will first try to convince you that you should keep their wig(s) and then they will just stop answering your emails/calls. I have requested that they process a refund for this wig that I do not want. I started communicating with them the same day I received the wig. They do not honor their own published polices. They really should have a no-star rating.
I ordered a wig that came nothing close to what was on the image showed. The bangs were weird, no layers. I actually mailed the company to ask if I could straighten the hair and told them the wig wasn't as shown. They totally ignored the part I said the wig wasn't the one and only answered that I could straighten it. Why put up an image of something you can't make just to sell something else? Honestly very disappointing

The hair is exactly as the advertised one. It is very thick and full, will be ordering from them. The only thing that was a problem was the shipping cause my order came late.

Ordered a wig that came nothing like advertised hair was so orange. Returns costed ridiculous prices but won’t grove me the address. They offered $10 compensation for a $300 wig. We have been back and forth emailing for about 2 weeks with no resolution. Will be reporting as companies cannot be able to do this. Actual thieves.
If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. There’s no words to describe my experience. I’m a victim of identity theft and I tried to get my money back. They claimed I signed for a package at an address I never lived at. They are liars and they out are out to get customers hard earned money. Product was not to my standards: I requested a refund on the same day as the product was received. Despite having a clear refund policy on their site they keep refusing to give me return instructions and their address to return the item. I have exchanged over 15 emails with them in the space of less than a week and they are still wasting my time. Offering me $10 dollars when I am fully entitled to return the item for a full refund. I am aware I have to pay shipping costs but they still won’t give the address to return the item so I can arrange this. Will keep your money at any cost. I have had to report this to my bank and Mastercard. The website policies are a lie. You’re better off buying from Isee Hair!!!!

Purchased a wig. Colors were horrible. When I tried to send wig back they refused to give me return address. They are difficult to deal with. They will send you a wig unlike what is advertised and make it difficult to return it. They told me it would cost me $150 in charges and $30 in shipping. I disputed with PayPal. They are likely to respond to this with fake sympathy. They send baby sized wig that does you fit my head. False advertisement as the hair appears to be close to synthetic. The frontal is thin. The hair smells and it brown. Asked to send it back or a refund they are doing all they can to stop me for over a week!!! I’m going to inform some bigger platforms I know. Do not buy from them! What they display is deceitful and the returns information is dishonest. I’ve never had such a tiny wig from any vendor.
Order a 350 wig color received a bright orange wig. When I contacted the company according to their guarantee satisfaction they told me nothing was wrong with product it was the lighting of my pic...etc... the color of the model on the websites was the same color that I received. They told me I would have to pay $150 China fee $30 stocking fee . Do not order from this site. They do not honor satisfaction guaranteed or refunds.

not all of it is going in the same direction, different lengths, short pieces all over. When you try to make a return you get a hard time for a reason. Jewish wigs are different more money much better product. Oh and the density on these wigs let's you know how cheap they are. Who sells tons of hair for cheap? Realistic density is 120 to 130, thick hair maybe 150 max. Most of the time we aren't offered a choice of density. The little caption from one donor is a joke. Look at all your favorite sites and see the similarities. Most of the hair is the same. This is a billion dollar industry who did offer real quality before purchasing increased. They are laughing at the foolishness, simply running games.
This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. Do not ever buy any wigs from them . Their customer service is horrible . They ignore you , if you email them unsatisfied with your hair , and they refuse to issue refunds . I will find this company wherever it is in china and sue . You’ve messed with the wrong one today
0 stars, I ordered a 5x5 hd wig. The wig was so thin and didn't look like the pictures. On the website they state that you can return the wig unworn. I asked the return the wig and they said no. They are falsely advertising returns on their website and it is false information. DO NOT ORDER YOUR WIG FROM HERE THE WIG IS TERRIBLE QUALITY. The worse hair company I have ever ordered from.
Terrible quality, tried to return, full of BS excuses sent pictures to show them all the issues they said it looked fine and the ORANGE hair was blonde... clearly ORANGE and felt like straw, declined my return and would not issue a refund told me the same silly thing about $150 shipping to China - DO NOT order from them ever - waist of money and time.
