Quick response and went above and beyond to help, like giving other options like a cancellation and refund when my order couldn’t be modified to change a blazer for another product model. Nicole was super helpful and prompt, managing to help me and solve issues in less than 24 hours. I have purchased from Goelia before and look forward to more!

Goelia has the most wonderful customer service
Goelia has the beautifully designed clothes that fit Asian’s body shape, their customer service is excellent. I purchased 6 items, when I requested to return 3 items, they immediately responded and let me know a few options about the return, I am amazed at their quick responses. . I purchased a couple of items earlier this year, all of them fit well and I received a lot of compliments. I will definitely purchase from Goelia again.

I have been shopping on Goelia website for a while now and have been very happy with their products and services so far. Their clothing is amazing and of very nice quality. The waiting time for the orders to arrive is reasonable (around 2 weeks in Canada) and customer support is very helpful and responsive as well.

I don’t know who Goelias buyers are but whoever they are they find the nicest in these parts. Honestly, Goelia sell beautiful things, the quality the fabric, the cut,. For years now, you can’t get that extra “edge”even in high end stores but you can shopping with Goelia.Just amazing🙂

I’m very happy with the customer service I received, especially from Angelina. After my first parcel was lost, she was incredibly patient and proactive in communicating with me to resolve the issue. Thanks to her efforts, the problem was finally solved, and I truly appreciate her dedication. As for the item itself, I’m extremely satisfied—it’s both stylish and comfortable, exactly as described. Highly recommend!
Excellent cashmere knit and customer service
This is the second cashmere knit I’ve purchased from Goelia. Two very similar items, but I liked the cashmere poncho so much that I decided to get the cashmere polo neck poncho as well. As expected, the polo neck is of high quality and very easy to wear. Because it has short sleeves, it’s a very useful, light, cute and chic layering piece that can be worn through all but the hottest months. Very soft and a beautiful natural colour. The original cashmere poncho in the sane natural colour can be styled in many ways which I love, but the polo neck version with side seams is also versatile. Now I’m very tempted to buy the third version which has a hood. Also, I had a minor issue with the first order, but the people from the customer service department were exceptionally responsive, polite, helpful. A pleasure to do business with Goelia.

Ordering from Goelia was straightforward, deliveries were quick and in great packaging and it was easy to return unwanted items. My only negative comment is that I had to pay for the items to be returned. It would have been nice to have free postage for returning items as well

Prompt service with great result
Goelia service department responded my request of refund with speed and efficiency. This gives me confidence of purchasing more products from Goelia.
They force you to pay express postage and wait for over 4 weeks
They force you to pay express postage, and then deliver the item after 4 weeks! They use the worse local curriers, even though the customer is forced to pay for a high price in postage. When one contacts the team, they cant help you because they rely on the worse currier companies. If you live in Australia DO NOT order from them! dont take your chances on dealing with this company where you are rolling the dice on whether the item will arrive or not!
