评价综述

AI 生成

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that customer support was completely unhelpful, making it extremely difficult to reach a real person when urgent problems arose. Reviewers also reported frustrating delivery delays, unreliable ride bookings, and unexpected extra fees and charges added by drivers during trips. Though some reviewers were not happy with major issues, a few other people felt that the application worked well for ordering food and booking rides during their travels. Consumers and passengers noted that certain drivers offered reliable transport, transparent pricing, and pleasant assistance throughout their journeys.

The merchant cancelled my ₱692 order…

The merchant cancelled my ₱692 order because the items were unavailable, yet the amount was still deducted or placed on hold on my debit card. Now I cannot use that money to order food elsewhere, even though the cancellation was not my fault. Customers should not have to wait up to three working days to regain access to their own money when the merchant cancels the order. The app should either confirm item availability before charging or release the funds immediately. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially when someone is relying on that money to place another order.

Leaving 1 star everywhere I can leave

Leaving 1 star everywhere I can find because the company is being an a** 1. booked grab for my mum. 2. driver drop off my mum at the venue around 9.31am-9.32am. 3. driver did not end trip on the spot. 4. my mum met up with my brother, they were going for cruise vacation. at 9.48am my brother booked grab, the same driver took the trip. 5. 9.48am driver then completed my trip resulted with an upcharge $5 for changing dropoff point. got the information that both trip was the same driver from my mum, and the guy had went nearby for breadfast. 6. messaged the driver at 10am but got ignore (10pm no reply), so i went ahead and complain to grab service. 7. upon grab so call investigation (probably base on gps info instead of directly asking the driver), says that dropoff point changed after booking so extra $5, accuse we're at fault and they are victim but they goodwill so they refund my $5. I'm sure that was because your driver ended the trip at different location instead. 8. told grab service about the whole situation. they don't seems apologetic at all, just say problem resolve because money refunded. 9. no, problem is not resolved. it's not about the $5 anymore, it's your system or maybe the driver sneaky, you need to own up your mistake. 10. i deleted grab the next day after receiving their replies, downloaded gojek/tada instead to try 11. tips, do not use card payment because the driver can sneaky add charges or grab can anyhow add charges w/o telling you and play the victim, act as if they are the nice guy and never own up to their short coming. 12. am NEVER going back to grab if gojek/tada works for me.

This was without question one of the worst transport experiences I have ever had...

This was without question one of the worst transport experiences I have ever had. What should have been a straightforward journey to my hotel in Bangkok took a total of three hours and fifteen minutes. During that time: * Five separate drivers accepted the booking and then cancelled, several of them at the last moment. * The price increased significantly while I was repeatedly forced to rebook. * One driver drove approximately 18 kilometres in the wrong direction, despite being given the hotel name, full address, map location and multiple screenshots showing exactly where I needed to go. * I eventually had to stop the journey and arrange another taxi while my phone had only 3% battery remaining. The hotel was not an unknown private address. It was a listed hotel in central Bangkok. Nevertheless, Grab repeatedly failed to match the correct location, and the drivers either could not find the pickup point, cancelled after accepting, or followed an obviously incorrect destination. I sent an absurd number of screenshots and written explanations showing both the correct hotel and its location, yet I was still driven to the wrong part of Bangkok. A passenger should not have to act as navigator, technical support and dispatcher simply to reach a hotel booked through a major transport platform. Grab cannot continue accepting payment from customers while taking so little responsibility for whether its drivers are capable of locating passengers and following the correct destination. There appears to be no meaningful quality control, no accountability for repeated cancellations and no effective assistance when the system sends a driver to the wrong place. I lost more than three hours, paid an inflated fare, was left nearly without a working phone in an unfamiliar city and ultimately had to solve the problem myself. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a complete failure of the service from beginning to end. I would strongly advise travellers not to rely on Grab when they need dependable transport in Bangkok.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. My order from Penang Chendul was delayed for almost an hour because the rider said he was waiting to collect another order from Hot Bird. These weren’t even orders from the same restaurant—they were from completely different places. Isn’t the rider supposed to collect my order and deliver it once it’s ready, instead of making me wait for another restaurant’s order?

Pathetic customer service, useless AI assistant, non-working procedures

Customer service is pathetic. Don’t get me wrong, if you need a ride, Grab will get you where you want. But if there’s a problem… now that’s where things get complicated. First of all, be very careful when you select the custom tip option, especially in countries with a lot of zeroes in their money, like Vietnam or Indonesia. When you press quickly zero three times, the app adds one from itself. I tested it 3 times - no exception. That’s why I paid 10x the tip I wanted, confirmed it without checking, the UI didn’t ask for confirmation why would I want to leave 300% tip - and made a driver very happy. So happy that he stopped answering my messages, the AI assistant also didn’t help with a solution at all, in the end I had to use the “report lost item” feature to tell them about the 10x larger tip and that I expect a refund of 90% of it, and I’m waiting for customer service a third day now to even answer me - even though the system promised me an answer in 2 hours. This is definitely not the company that once had a customer phone number and you could report any kind of problem.

I never received my food order and they didn't refund me.

I never received my food order. I missed a call from the driver. I called back as soon as i saw the missed call. He marked it as delivered. When I called him he said he couldn't find my condo and was on the highway. I contacted grab and they said the driver said he delivered it so they wouldn't give me a refund. The driver lied I lost most money and I am going to delete the app. Worst customer service ever.

Am a delivery partner and also a user

Am a delivery partner and also a user. For those who thinks delivery partners deliberately delay delivery, it's not the case. Grab will give orders to delivery personnel that are too far for their categories. E.g: more than 1.5-2km to walkers, more than 4-5km for cyclists. Or they will assign group orders in opposite directions, requiring detours. They also make it hard for delivery man to contact customer service or reassign orders without delay or getting penalties. Also, grab have a premium tier/account for a reason. If you're not paying for premium/faster delivery, your very likely to get walkers, who are make to walk 1-2km to deliver your food. Grab doesn't care if your Sundae or milkshake melts. As for food ordering wise, it has been a smooth experience thus far. Just need to be prepared and order at least 30mins in advance.

Grab Executive feels a like a trip in INDIA

Grab Executive feels like a trip in India. Driver texted first with ETA but then skipped the building entry point and took a route through the back alley and “arrived” but his car location was next to a cafe at end corner of the building. Driver honked like a maniac and everyone eating the nearby cafes were disturbed by Grab Executive honking antics.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE PAID TO LIE

BEWARE!!! This Dajjal satanic app has One sided rating system. Apparently Grab is hiding customer rating sections..they're letting abusive scammer drivers to rate their passengers now, exploit the system and bully their passengers. It's not safe to use Grab. Their so called customer service are paid to lie. Their fake 5 star rating on appstore are REPETITIVE LIES

Grab has gotten significantly worse.

Grab has gotten significantly worse in the last couple of months. 1. Drivers taking 30-1hr to pick up food (never mind deliver it!) Food comes cold and rancid - so you end up paying for barely edible unpleasant food with no recourse except a 15baht voucher. Thanks, guys...as if that even vaguely makes it better. 2. MULTIPLE drivers not delivering the food they pick up. - One guy TOOK MY FOOD HOME. Marked it as delivered. Once we got in contact with Grab because it was not, in fact, delivered, and they presumably contacted him - he sent us a bunch of lies. - Another driver accepted an order and never went to pick it up. Did not cancel because I guess it counts against them, just didn't go. When we messaged her she started complaining to us that it was too far and blaming us for ordering. NICE! - A Grab mart delivery was incorrect. We put "no substitutes" and he chose to substitute for things we did not want by his own accord. When we said we didn't want it, he started going crazy on our doorstep and refusing to contact the store. He literally would not leave until we took the items. Basically forcing us to pay for things we actively did not order and didn't want. 3. Grab drivers accepting rides and then complaining about distance, asking for more money. 4. And this is a Grab issue, not a driver issue: charging extra for Priority service. A driver took 30-40 minutes to pick up my Priority order. I got through to customer service who confirmed that even priority orders get batched together. That means that you pay extra for the driver to stop off in various places before pick up - which, because of how little they're paid, they're going to stack as many orders before picking up a Priority one, because they technically have to deliver that one first. This is NOT what is advertised. Charging premium for a service that claims to be something it isn't is unethical. Grab never used to be like this. I think that because they have the monopoly in Thailand, they take advantage of customers and don't bother providing a proper service. Every other time I use Grab here there's an issue. And they don't seem to care at all. They just say "we'll take that as feedback" and the service just gets worse and worse. While I do feel bad for Grab drivers because they don't get paid as much as they should, that doesn't mean I'm okay with them taking my food home, trying to ask for more money, misbehaving on my doorstep, or Grab allowing them loopholes that means I pay a decent chunk of change for cold food and bad service.

Driver shouted aggressively at partners with 2 3yo kids

Driver was rude and refused to let us on even though we order a six seater (3 adults and two kids) after we arrived at the airport in vietnam. The reason was he said each of our bag counts as 1 person and we had two bags. When we said we had order d a six seater he started shouting at us in front of two 3 year olds

GRAB POWERLESS TO ENFORCE DISCIPLINE AMONG DRIVERS.

CAS-100063752941. Grab DRIVER WAS AGRESSIVE WHEN I COMPLAINED that his CAR was VERY VERY DIRTY. I've ASTHMA so had to cancel. . DRIVER THREW MY BAGS OUT OF HIS CAR. MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BUT NOT RESOLVED. As usual Grab responded in a ineffective manner. They promised a STRIKE AGAINST DRIVER. This DOES NOT ASSIST ME at all FOR 10 YEARS I CONTINUE TO SUFFER DIRTY CARS AND BAD ATTITUDE. EVEN WORSE , YOUR HELP CENTRE ASKS ME IF DRIVER USES VULGAR LANGUAGE ? ARE DIRTY CAR AND BAD ATTITUDE NOT ENOUGH? Are vulgar words a benchmark for finally taking driver to task? APART FROM STRIKING DRIVERS WHAT OTHER METHODS DO YOU USE TO STOP BAD BEHAVIOUR.? U ARE POWERLESS. U DO NOT HAVE POWER TO ENFORCE DISCIPLINE. UNTIL GRAB HAS COMPETITORS WHO PERFORM BETTER THAN THEM THIS WILL CONTINUE ANOTHER 10 YEARS . SADLY ,I AM 76 YEARS OLD AND WILL DIE BEFORE THEY CHANGE AND CONTROL DIRTY CARS AND UNDERPERFORMING DRIVERS. Mrs.Lena Tan

★☆☆☆☆ I purchased the Grab Travel Pass expecting to receive better prices and exclusive discounts. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. To test whether the Travel Pass was actually providing any benefit, I compared the price of the same airport ride at the same time on my account and on my friend’s account. Surprisingly, my fare was consistently higher, despite me paying for a program that is supposed to offer savings. This was not a one-time occurrence. I have noticed the same pattern multiple times, both for rides and food delivery orders. What exactly is the advantage of paying for a discount program if the final prices on my account are often more expensive than on an account without those benefits? As a customer, this feels misleading and extremely frustrating. The platform promotes savings, but my experience suggests that the advertised discounts do not necessarily translate into lower prices. In practice, I have ended up paying more than someone using a regular account. I believe Grab should be more transparent about how prices and discounts are calculated. Until there is greater clarity, I cannot recommend purchasing the Travel Pass. Based on my experience, it simply did not deliver the value it promised.

Grab in SG and mal are deceitful…

Grab in SG and mal are deceitful despicable. Always promote as free delivery when you check out not free, then free vouchers but none of the 14 vouchers I've can be claimed for grab food or ride!!! I took fr gelang patah to JB town = rm88 discounted from 90++ after 30mins wait. wow! Now I never travel and have phobia to top that they monopolize by buying over competitors leaving you no choice. At least in JB. If raining it's unreachable for the poorer, leaving them to get wet. Evil evil

Order #404: Dinner Not Found

5 stars for creativity. I’ve never seen a Help Center so committed to not helping. Food didn’t arrive, the rider’s number was about as useful as a decorative telephone, and every attempt to get support led absolutely nowhere. It’s truly remarkable that such a large corporation has perfected the art of making customers feel helpless while calling it “customer care.” A refund might return the money, but it won’t erase the feeling of being cheated, ignored, and completely abandoned by the system. Bravo GRAB!! 👏👏👏
