Stated that my goods was in stock at a low price, so I ordered. For many days my order was "in processing". So I mailed them at support but no reply.
Then they got back to me and wanted to cancel my order because the goods was out of stock. Even though it was "in stock" when I ordered, and was still "in stock" when they emailed me to tell me it was "out of stock".
After a bunch of emails back and forth they refunded me, even though the goods were still "in stock", with the explanation it was "out of stock".
My theory: The low price was too low, and they didn't want to sell it to me. It was some kind of mistake. Well, admit it then.
Will never buy from this site. I advice people to stay away.
Edit: As expected questions at gshopper.com replied to my review. Well, I've already been in contact with that account as described above.
Edit #2: As you can see, the positive reviews of gshopper are worded the same. They use some kind of bot to try and bolster their grade. I have reported this to trustpilot.

I placed an order and it took three weeks to receive it. Two items were shipped.
One of the items which was sweatpants, looked nothing like what they showed on the website!
They were black and the material looked like what sweatpants should be.
I got a gray pair and the material was cheaply made!
I reached out in an email and private messaged also tried to find a phone number with no response so I could ship it back for a refund.
I am happy I used PayPal to file a dispute.
Pay Pal got right back that it was in my favor and thank goodness now my money is getting credited back on my credit card.

I placed an order for a product on 30/12/2023 and received a confirmation email immediately however after 4 follow up email from myself they are yet to provide an update on the status of the order. Their customer service is extremely poor and i have no confidence they will actually deliver my product. I will be lodging a complaint and refund request with PayPal so hopefully they will stop supporting them.
EDIT UPDATE - 12/02 after getting notified from Trustpilot they finally contacted me and asked me to email them with the details of the order which is hilarious since they never pick up their emails. They also advised my item was being shipped and provided a tracking number to a tracking site all in Chinese and hasn't been updated since 15/01 but apparently i did received a bonus of a free iPad Pro. What a joke I have never been so scared to click on a link in my life and absolutely will not be doing so. I just want what i ordered 6 weeks ago.

I bought a xiaomi 12, 128gb. Which I cancelled because i wanted to upgrade to a 256gb version.
They made me pay the difference in order to receive the 256 version.
Now finally my order has arrived and they have sent me the wrong model. The 128 version even though i paid extra.

I purchased 3 "sweatshirts" from Gshopper and I am extremely disappointed with all three. There are pictures of each item on the website, but what I received is a cheap imitation of what is shown online. The website description said cotton blend. It's obviously a very cheap synthetic and looks nothing like the online picture. It actually looks like something I would have made in my first attempt at sewing when I was a child! Not good. I took pictures, but this site doesn't seem to allow them. I'm stuck with them because the shipping cost to return them is more than half what I paid and in some cases more than what I paid!
