An innovative company with excellent customer support
I purchased an original Heatbit back in 2021 and I recently bought the new Heatbit Maxi. It's amazing to see how far the product has advanced in the past few years. The Heatbit Maxi has beautiful industrial design, is built like a tank and works reliably. The app shows me exactly how much power I'm consuming, how much the power is costing me, and exactly how much Bitcoin I'm earning. Impressive onboarding experience that is perfect for non-nerds. Customer service has been stellar too. If you are interested in exploring how you can heat your home and earn Bitcoin, I can think of no easier way. I placed an order towards the end of October and was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery when it approached to 6 weeks Mark I got another notification saying that it would probably be another 4 weeks for delivery. A couple of weeks into that I got a request for more money for shipping and now I still have not received the product and the company has asked for reviews but has not provided any shipping tracking or useful information. That's not to say that it might not be on the way but at this point I still don't know what's going on. And I have not received anything.
The customer service is absolutely wonderful! The app makes managing my Trio very easy!

I ordered two Heatbit units (a Trio and a Maxi) and never received either product despite months of waiting. After being strung along with promises that delivery was "just around the corner" for 4 months straight, I finally requested a refund in late October.
It's now been nearly 2 months since they confirmed my refund was processed, and I still haven't received my money back. The payment was made via Bitpay/Bitcoin, and they keep sending me broken links that lead to error pages when I try to complete the refund process.
Their support team is polite but ultimately ineffective - lots of "warm regards" but zero results. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually delivers products and processes refunds properly.
Timeline: Ordered in early summer 2025, refund requested October 21st, still waiting for my money as of December 22nd.

My first encounter with Heatbit was in 2023 when I gambled on promising company with an idea they were still testing. Purchased my first Trio (then called Heatbit Mini ). It took some time to go from testing to delivery but when it arrived it stacked SATS and heated our Condo all winter.
Our Second unit followed soon after and the next winter we never turned on our central heat and collected SATS. This Winter the MAXI arrived and I happy to say I'm keeping it and sharing the heating with others in my family. Yes, and stacking SATS. Ezequiel, Siranush, Alisa S, Gaia, Lucia and the rest of the team had been great in the moments where the there was an issue and ALWAYS helps get the problem solved or addressed. This season they have come out with a few more Heatbit options and Im hoping that Ill have funds and use case to get some of them. Im not a tester and I've paid for all my devices, Im just a fan. My wife semi-fan likes that they are air purifiers as well. (that stack SATS).
These devices have seen some criticism and I can only speak from my experience - Id have more of them and just might as I find just how to deploy them.

I have been using Heatbit for a few weeks now and both functions (air purifying and heating) work perfectly. The heat from mining alone is enough to keep our office warm and every once in a while we turn the purifyer on and in a couple of hours the polutant levels are down to near zero.

Have been running my heatbit treo for a week now. Easy to set up, works great, no downtime. My savings on electricity is at 70% rigth now, running only miner and not heat coil. I live in Sweden and have a need for heating in the cold season. I also have cats so the air filter function is also great for me, air quality have inproved and you can monitor it in the app. So far I have one but i ordered three more. My savings and improved air quality makes this a great choice for me. And will grow my longtime btc portfolio. Only questions i have is about how to order new filters, but that is a question for another day, the app say it is still at 99%.

The device looks great and worked immediately out of the box. Put simply ... if you are going to use a fan heater or space heater in your home ... why not choose the one that mines SATs and offsets the cost of heating. Makes total sense to me !

First of all, I love my heatbit. Really love it, like a new pet in my house. If you feel about yours like me, you could even give it a cute name in the app.
I've pre-ordered the Heatbit in September 2023 with a nice reduction. For pre orders. The timing for production was delayed, so they offered the early orders to do as if we already had the heater at home and let it mine for the cold season (approx 6months). And I can confirm that I received 349000 sats! That's really cool of them. But as you read this, don't get greedy this was special for those who had to wait for two harsh and cold winters until their Heatbit arrived.
Finally this November 2025 it arrived.
After being worried if it was legit or not, I truly can confirm the excitement about this wonderful machine. With 10TH/s using 400W, it is a powerful miner and heater for a small apartment like mine. I've ordered the Trio. If you want more power, I see that now they also have a Maxi model.
The noise level is like a fan, I've measured 25db from 2m distance, 30db from 1m and 50db right on top of the fan (by using an simple app, don't take this for absolute data). Just to say that it is not too noisy for a living room.
The additional HEPA filter, not only gives me a calm mind to avoid the dust inside the miner, but it cleans your room and also comes with sensors that tell you about pollution levels like particles, VOC and CO2. This additional information is in the app, where you can also get online data from your area to compare with your indoor air quality. I wouldn't buy it only for the air purifier function, it's just a nice addition.
Buy it for what it is, a heater and miner. The heating coil can give you additional power if you need to heat your room quickly. You can also use the thermostat to set the target temperature in °C or °F.
Now the important part. Buy a home miner, it's essential to decentralise mining and secure the bitcoin network. This Heatbit is a very elegant option and indeed much fun to use. Even if, like me, the electricity cost are too high to get much out of it, it is exciting to get a few sats every 30-60 min or so. It grows sats by sats, fresh from the oven, pure bitcoin as you want them to be.
So I really recommend you to buy a Heatbit. But also look into running your own node and learn about bitcoin. It will give to humanity the first sound money that truly belongs to you and increases in value.

I purchased 2 pieces of heatbits.They simply work as expected. Easy setup.Smooth operation.Nice app.What I would recommend however is to add remote control feature to the device also when in heating mode
