Care instructions are included with our products to provide the proper guidance and we sincerely apologize if they were missing from your package. While HexClad cookware is designed to be durable and easy to use, we do recommend following the appropriate initial care and seasoning guidance to help optimize the pan’s performance. Regarding the egg residue, we’re also sorry to hear that cleaning has been so difficult. We would not recommend using steel wool or harsh abrasive equipment on the pan, as this can potentially damage the cookware. For stubborn residue, we recommend allowing the pan to soak in warm, soapy water before gently cleaning it with a non-abrasive sponge or soft cleaning tool. Avoiding high heat and allowing the pan to cool before cleaning can also help prevent food from becoming more difficult to remove. For us to better assist you and address your concerns promptly, we have already initiated a request to gather the necessary details regarding your order. In the meantime, could you please provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) along with images of the affected product?
