The handles on these pans are also designed to remain securely attached and are not intended to be detachable. That said, we understand that these features may not suit every customer’s preferences. Regarding the sticking you’ve experienced, HexClad cookware is designed to provide non-stick performance, but proper preheating, seasoning, and cooking techniques can make a significant difference. We recommend using low to medium heat, allowing the pan to preheat gradually, and using a small amount of oil or butter when cooking. If food is still sticking significantly when following these guidelines, we’d definitely like to take a closer look.
