Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that our terms and conditions which states that an oversized fee will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
