All my friends and family are amazed by it. I have it on display and looks great.. I got the first edition so the chrome plate is a bit much but I noticed they made adjustments, making me want to upgrade or trade in lol..

Bought the iron man cosplay joint kit, and honestly very disappointed about the product quality, i paid $350 and i can t use it at all, knees and elbows rubber are way too thick and doesn t allow any movement, the neck piece is way too big and floppy ,doesn t look like the picture, for that price i was expecting something at least usable, a waste!
It’s not a scam, it just took forever. I ordered in May of last year I believe and I got it in February of this year. It was very high quality and exactly what I wanted so BE PATIENT. They communicated great.

I thought the Iron Man Mask was made of Iron or some metal, but turned out it was made of plastic. It is a prop. I figured out. Very well painted one. Works pretty well but didn’t fit my head as I have a big one. Then, the present went to my 5 years old son. The only complaint goes to the time line. Mine took almost 8 months to arrive. After I send a bunch of email asking when it will arrive, finally got it. Thanks

We ordered the ironman helmet and it is awesome.Better than I thought it was going to be.the only downfall was it took a year to receive it due to probably covd. My son just loves it and it's definitely worth the wait
I had the most worst experience ever. There was zero communication and my emails went unanswered. It took a year, a year, to get my item.
I apologize for the bad communications before as we were suddenly investigated in November last year. We were not allowed to use the communication tools in that month. So a lot customers couldn't find us. Meantime, our mailbox expired that caused some emails couldn't reach. Anyway, everything is now fixed. Product is awesome and as advertised. Took 6 months to get and communication is definitely lacking. For some reason they changed their email address and I stopped getting emails from them. I took away two stars for communication and how long it took. When I ordered it said three months but took six. Probably would have taken longer but I filed a complaint with PayPal.
They aren't a scam, I promise. It can be really stressful when things keep getting pushed back but you will get your order, it'll just take longer.
Love the Iron Man helmet, great quality but slightly tight on my 12 year olds head. Ordered this as a gift in early July 2021 and received the package in April 2022.
I ordered several items and was very pleased with the quality of the shield, hammer and helmet. Just wish the helmet was a few inches longer. But overall amazing products and worth the wait. I'll be ordering more items soon
I had ordered this helmet back at the end of June. I had done a little research, and had heard good things, but was still nervous. A few months later, I found out a friend of mine had ordered the same helmet, and she gave rave reviews. She confirmed that it takes time to receive, but worth the wait! So I knew the quality was good, just had to be patient. Nine months later, the helmet arrived, and it's everything I expected, and more!!!!! Absolutely love it!!!!!! Have recommended Joetoys to everyone I know!!!!!

Absolutely awesome iron man Mark 5 helmet! Took over a year to arrive but I know covid played a huge role in that causing them to shut down for a while and causing other issues. Every time I emailed checking in they replied and stayed in touch. Will buy from again as they have other items I'm interested in.
