I am retired. Price is important. There are so many styles to choose from; I think anyone would find a few that work. The glasses fit perfectly. I am amazed and happy each time I buy glasses from Jollynova.
Jollynova are my go to for Glasses, reading, sunglasses. Their quality is superb and unique, I get a lot of compliments and I own a several Jollynova glasses. The customer service is very good and answer to any questions and resolve any issues that you may have, in a prompt and efficient manner. I highly recommend Them.
Absolutely horrible experience with Jolly Nova.
I purchased a multiple-item order because they offered several unique frames that I couldn’t easily find elsewhere. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare.
The only communication I received was an initial order confirmation and, later, a notification that the order had shipped. After waiting a month, I contacted them to ask about the status of my order and received no response. At 45 days, I contacted them again, only to be told that the order had supposedly been delivered.
That was news to me—I had never received the package.
They provided a tracking number that directed me to a website in Mandarin, which did little to clarify where my package actually was. They then sent a so-called “confirmation of delivery,” which consisted of what appeared to be a questionable document showing no specific delivery address—only the city and state.
After I requested a refund for the items I never received and filed a dispute through my bank, Jolly Nova suddenly produced photos showing the package had allegedly been left on my porch, in plain view and easily accessible to anyone passing by.
Guess what? IT WAS STOLEN.
Leaving a package unattended and exposed does not change the fact that I never received it.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Jolly Nova. The communication was poor, the tracking information was questionable, and the way the package was allegedly delivered was completely unacceptable.
DO NOT ORDER FROM JOLLY NOVA. Stick with reputable domestic companies that provide reliable shipping and customer service.
I have been a fan and customer of Jollynova for a while now. I like their sunglasses and readers. If you have to wear readers, why not wear something fun and colorful?!?! I always get random people asking me where I got them from. They are fun, good quality and price wise they are a great value. You can always find a bunch on sale even. Most recently, I ordered 3 readers. One came with a progressive lense that I just didn't care for.... I emailed them and Daniel, the customer rep replied instantly. He told me to pick out another pair and he would send to me. This all happened super fast and without even the slightest inconvenience. Another reason Jollynova is my go to for glasses, I know they will alway do right by me! If you haven't tried a pair their glasses, I think you should. I'm very confident you'll be pleased like me!
So I did a review and it was a one star and they made it right and refunded me my money I do want to order from them again I just hope I have a better experience because I would like to order again but they didn't make it right grateful for that I had to get back on here and add that I've been on several websites and this one has the coolest glasses especially the ones that I like I love the style of glasses that they have better than a lot of good websites on here I think they're the best with the designs of their glasses so I'm definitely going to try again on a different pair and hope it works out but they definitely have the best design glasses on all the websites to me

Ordered almost a month ago and still not here. Plus if they are not well made and what I can see well with, prescription, can’t say even for the savings I would purchase from again. I can and have gone to glassesusa and had my glasses in under a week.
The speed of processing and shipping out my clip-on sunglasses was surprisingly fast. Upon receipt I immediately noticed the great quality of the materials of the clip-on. Delivery was fast. The lenses were correct. The lenses from an eyeglass company were wrong. I took my new jollynova glasses to them and they saw their mistake by comparing the 2 glasses and they sent for a corrected pair.
Encountered a problem with the first order, but the entire customer service staff was very helpful in correcting the issue 100%. I wouldn't hesitate using them again as my glasses provider. Thank you, Jolly Nova!
So I did get my glasses they're not what I paid for they're supposed to turn dark in the sun to protect my eyes they didn't and they hurt the side of my head around my ear I still have a headache after wearing them for 2 days I can't wear the glasses. I asked him to send me a return label they respond back sending me a address to China which you know is impossible to send them back without paying more than you pay for the glasses really I'm advising nobody to buy from them they're a scam they harassed me for days to buy the glasses that are in my cart because they're going to run out I mean constantly sending me emails and I'm asking him not to because I already had issues with the delivery not only the delivery harassing me about glasses and I haven't even got the glasses that I ordered people please be careful about ordering glasses from these people once you order one pair they're going to harass you about the other pair that you have in your cart and you haven't got the first pair they're horrible people horrible company I should have known better cuz they come from China learn my lesson definitely contacting my bank tomorrow but if you know like I know you won't order from them the glasses are freaking scammed from the get-go they are not the whole prescription that I put on there they're supposed to turn dark outside to protect my eyes they're not even doing that and then then they sent him out 30% off and then they give me the address to send them back which are you serious right now you kidding yeah I'm done
So I ordered one pair of glasses still waiting for my order in the meantime between time I put another pair in my cart why do these people keep harassing me to make another order before I get the first order and threaten me that they're going to run out of my hair that I have in a cart I've asked him several times to leave me alone I'll order them when I get the first pair but they keep sending me emails they sent me a email threatening me every single day for 5 days are you kidding me I'm done once I get this pair I'm done I referred several people to order glasses I definitely will be encouraging them and let them know do not order from these people they're bullies. And I want them to leave me the hell alone
I order a pair of reading glasses and they were great, the fit the looks was exactly what I was looking for . The delivery was great right to my door . I liked them so much I will probably get sunglasses !
