Reviewers had a great experience with this company. People frequently mention that the frames are incredibly stylish, come in a massive variety, and offer outstanding quality for the price. Additionally, buyers are consistently impressed by the exceptionally helpful customer support team, who provide quick and effective solutions whenever assistance is needed. Some reviewers were not happy with extended shipping delays, noting that packages can take a very long time to arrive from overseas. A few people also experienced frustrating issues with missing deliveries or receiving incorrect item details that required extra effort to resolve properly in the end.

They did offer to install my prescription but I think that will be a waste of money because I'm not sure these frames will last. very flimsy.
Great service! My package got lost in shipment. Jollynova was quick to respond to my complaint and assisted with locating my package. Once it was determined that it was really lost, they promptly sent me a replacement item.
I ordered a pair of glasses, but the nose supports didn't fit right. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a second pair with better support completely free of charge. They care about customers satisfaction. Highly recommend
Wonderful products. All questions answered promptly. Very friendly reps and very effective and efficient. Product was received promptly. Daniel is great. I will continue to order from Jollynova. I am a happy customer.
The customer service is the best. All messages were answered promptly and efficiently. I really appreciate the attention and the great service. This is my second time buying from them—four pairs of glasses in total—and I will definitely keep buying from them every year.
Jollynova has excellent customer service. Had a problem with a frame, they corrected it within days and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. So grateful for their excellent customer service. Also love so many pairs of frames. Thanks Jollynova!!!!!
The lenses have always been perfect. I’ve ordered quite a few frames, a few I didn’t like, but the majority of the time they’re outstanding. I will definitely keep going back to Jollynova
Wow! I was truly suprised when my glasses arrived. Beautiful and amazing quality. Now my wife wants to order also!
Customer service is very professional in servicing their customers. I will definitely order again after thier help with my last order.
Kinda was skeptical at first but great quality of lenses and frames for very affordable price. Delivery was very fast - about a week.
Always a good experience ordering . Customer service is very helpful and products are excellent.
The frames I ordered without lenses were too big I asked to return and I got a weird “we’ll give you 20% back if you buy another pair” offer Just let your customers return frames with no hassle. Or warn in big letters: “before you hit order, please be warned there are no returns”
Just got my new glasses and they are amazing! The team answered all my emails, and the frame selection is huge—especially if you love retro styles. Totally worth the wait!
I returned the first pair I ordered due to no fault of Jollynova, the glasses I’d chosen, though high quality, were not right for me. Their customer service made it easy for me to return the glasses and exchange them for a different pair. The communication was great throughout the process, and the pair I received is absolutely perfect. Their glasses are made from high quality materials, and are of excellent design and craftsmanship, which is rare for glasses at this price point. I cannot recommend Jollynova more highly.
Great company, had some issues with defective frames and they went above and beyond to get the issue solved, very happy with the replacements, very happy with how they handled the situation.
Let I first say customer service is alive and well ! Thanks Daniel at jollynova
