Great Customer Service! Honest Company! Purchased a pair of glasses from Jollynova, great looking glasses, however when I received them, they were damaged (probably due to the mail). After contacting Jollynova and explaining what occurred, they contacted me quickly to fix the problem. After verifying by video what happened, they quickly contacted me again. Jollynova customer service gentleman, Daniel, got right on it and offered to replace them with a similar pair or a different pair should I desire! They were glad to help! The new pair is now being processed, and I have since purchase another pair of their unique eyeglasses and believe I may even purchase a third pair.

Scam site. They charge high prices for prescription glasses, but the product delivered is garbage flat costume plastic, with lenses too opaque to even see through. I'm out almost $200 and I had to throw their junk straight into the trash.
Ordered a pair of the wren retro gun gold (prescription). They arrived and looked great, but the left lens rattled a bit in the frame when cleaning the lens. Seemed loose. I contacted customer service and a very conscientious and knowledgeable rep named Daniel listened (and Heard) the problem. They shipped me a brand new pair that arrived within a week (super fast). Problem solved. Great styles, great customer service, Great company. Thanks, Daniel!

Not happy with the return policy. There's so many things that can happen during the return process. I want to return a pair of frames that I purchased from them. They mentioned customs could confiscate the frame and a few other dubious reasons to not trust in the return process. This was option one. They had an option two in which they will give you a $15 credit towards another pair of glasses. They even suggest that you accept the second option. I will never use this company again. Dissatisfied customer, that's me!
I ordered glasses on May 6 and paid in full, and it’s now May 19 with no shipping confirmation, tracking update, or communication about my order at all. At this point, I’m honestly concerned whether the order is even being processed.
I’d personally steer clear of this company based on my experience so far. If I ever actually receive the glasses, we’ll see if my opinion changes.

The prescription is horrendous; Perhaps fine for Sunglasses..
Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The frames are well made enough as far as I can tell. BUT...the prescription is beyond useless. progressive lenses with the reader portion covering 5/6 of the lens! Furthermore I cannot even use them strictly as readers, because they are out of alignment and double vision.
That said, the frames Dead Straight, have no facial curvature whatsoever. That is a style choice to be aware of, not a complaint. These may be fine for recreational casual sunglasses, but DO NOT order a prescription.
Based on prior reviews, I didn't bother applying for a refund.
I have bought (now) seven or eight pairs of glasses from Jollynova.
Not only is the price overwhelmingly good, but the product being made is A-1 quality!
I get complimented often whenever I wear their glasses.
Something did happen last month when I ordered another pair of glasses:
I sent the wrong prescription in and when I told them what I did, they were understanding and helped me out quickly and economically.
They are my "Go To" glasses shop now and in the future.
First off, Yes it's from China but so is any other frame these days. This is just straight from the source. The frame quality is superb.
If you don't like waiting up to a month, don't bother.
The customer service is excellent! I ordered glasses with medium prescription and cylinder. I chose the lowest index so the edges of the glasses came out having a super fish bowl effect. I contacted customer service and they offered to send new ones. I told them I didn't quite like the frame either so I got to pick new ones and they even paid the difference.
The new pair however was worse because the glass size was bigger, the effect was worse. They told me it's because of the thinness. So they offered me to send another pair with slightly lower index and they gave me a 10% refund. I got the glasses and they are perfect!
So moral of the story is, understand the limits of your prescription as there is no warning with higher index choices. They do have a page which has good guidance but I didn't find that until after.

AWFUL customer service, cheap frames, and terrible lens quality.
From the beginning, this order was a mess. There was an accidental duplicate order that had to be refunded, and I had to repeatedly email customer service just to get a receipt. They also never sent any order tracking information or shipping updates.
When the glasses finally arrived unexpectedly, neither pair matched existing prescriptions correctly. I literally could not see through one lens at all. On top of that, one pair of frames arrived scratched and covered with visible adhesive marks on the gold accents.
When I contacted the company about a return/refund, they tried to blame me for entering the prescription incorrectly and only offered to “split the cost” of replacement lenses if I had a local optometrist swap them out myself.
I sent them a screenshot proving the prescription information was entered correctly, but they have completely stopped responding. They also never addressed the damaged frames.
Now I’m out nearly $350 for two pairs of unusable glasses. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible quality overall.
