I recently purchased a lamp from Kiki Lighting and had some questions about the product after delivery. The customer service team was very responsive and professional, working with me to resolve the issue quickly. They offered a solution that I found fair and accommodating, which made the overall experience positive despite some initial challenges. I appreciate their helpful support team and dedication to customer satisfaction.

After some mails everything could be fixed and the service was nice. Would buy there again but maybe asking some more details about the product first just to have everything clear.

Cheap, plastic lights with flimsy wiring

I ordered two Morandi ceiling lights and was sent a cheap plastic version of the picture on the website. The light part was flimsy with two small wires to attach to the mains. There was no bulb but a sort of LED lightboard and the glass shades were also poorly made. I don't think I would have found an electrician willing to fit them. Customer service was responsive and friendly, and gave me a part-refund. However I couldn't sell the lights on and ended up taking them to the dump, so an expensive lesson for me.

Nice designs in high quality!! Already bought different designs - latest two gregg polenta in different sizes. They were easy to install and are a real eye-catcher in combination with each other. More than happy about my product choice. :)

I just bought a beautiful lamp from this website. The quality seems great and it was very easy to assembled. The customer service was very reactive and comprehensive when i had questions about the product. I recommend this website and especially the branching bubble lamp.

No Return possible. They charge you a "20% restocking fee". I got multiple mails just to lengthen the whole process so they can avoid the return

Absolutely perfect!!!

I had been looking for this one special lamp that many online shops offered. They were all a bit dodgy and had miserable reviews. Many said it was cheap Chinese goods that had nothing to do with the original. Kikilightning had the best reviews, so I gave it a try. I was still suspicious. But: It was perfect! The customer service responded immediately in a friendly manner and gave me the tracking number, the whole process was transparent and easy to follow. The lamp arrived from China to Germany in 2.5 weeks, was cleanly and professionally packaged and - a dream!!! Good quality, exactly how I imagined it would be. Thank you Kiki Lightning!!!
