Pleasantly surprised and super happy with my item
I placed my order and then saw all of the negative reviews so panicked. However, I received my item, it is exactly as described and perfect for what I wanted it for. So happy with my purchase. Only downside was the delivery time which is why I have only 4 stars. I ordered in the middle of November and it finally arrived on 17th January. If you’re in no rush and happy to wait then it’s all good.
No its not speedy delivery, or fit for purpose
Partly chose this company as it advertises speedy delivery on the homepage. I was expected 1-2 weeks but took nearly 3 months which was quite disappointing. Also I'm based in UK and they've sent an LED lamp with a US so am stuck with a lamp that wasn't particularly cheap. Am still going through the process to resolve...
Item eventually arrived, good condition
Just wanted to make a review as I was previously very anxious whilst awaiting my order. I did eventually receive my order (more than the 50ish days quoted). But my item is as described and good condition. Hopefully appeases other peoples worries. I would attach pics but I can’t on trust pilot
Ordered a desk for $700 that is…
Ordered a desk for $700 that is literally so cheap looking and feeling. Some of the holes required for assembly weren’t drilled, pieces were missing. But ultimately looks like a $175 desk not a $750 desk. I’m gutted.
not good but not bad
i ordered the “reclaimed wood work desk with hutch, cupboard, single pedestal base, drawers external shelving, and easy installation” desk and honestly, i expected worse. it took around 2 months to come, but it said that when i ordered so that was fine. once i ordered it, i checked the reviews which i should’ve done first as all of them said negative things, such as things arriving broken or bad quality. the desk i ordered isn’t the BEST quality, but nothing was broken and its good enough for me to use. the drawers on the bottom part seem flimsy as they aren’t on rollers, but again, not a problem. a lot of reviews say this company is a scam, which i’m not sure of, but it you’re wanting something of excellent quality i’d recommend searching somewhere else :) overall not the worse desk ever! it has a lot of storage and looks good.

The desk arrived in 5 weeks , I paid AUD 200 include warranty, quality is poor ,ligth very simple, drawers does not have rail. I will give to my children is not good for an office. I tried to write a review in litfad Web don't allow me to post pictures and block me.

After reading all the negative views I was stressed that my cabinet of litfad,was going to be damaged and crap .I ordered my cabinet at the end of November the site did say upto 40 days delivery.The tracking system on line was helpful, Everything went well my cabinet arrived in December.The package was in good condition very well wrapped I took the cabinet which was flat packed. All the pieces were there plus more lots of fittings ,the cabinet was better quality then exspected I chose it because I liked the design I’ve been lucky compared to all those unhappy people I can’t say the company is a scam company maybe it’s who the furniture comes from mine was Cosovo they are well known and quality is what you pay for I’ve brought things on Amazon that have been rubbish.
Very long wait- poor finish quality
The bookcase took 2.5 months to arrive (1.5 months more than suggested at point of order). I chose the item because it is an interesting design but the quality of finish and extremely long wait (and no assembly instructions) make it not worth it. It wasn’t expensive but ikea is not expensive either and the finish quality is far better. There was some communication from the company when I pestered them about the whereabouts of my item but they didn’t seem to care, just told me to be patient. I 100% would NOT buy from them again.

Paid a lot of money for a desk with draw pedestel. The finished surface chips off at the slightest knock, so I now have white/cream marks on the top and draw fronts, and these will only get worse. Finish quality is very poor.

Let me start with the positive. The arc floor lamp that I purchased is very nice, good quality and reasonably priced. I have got to say it exceed my expectations. The negative part of this review is Litfad let themselves down by their delivery costs and lengthy time it takes to receive your item. I paid around £4.50, my assumption was that I was dealing with a uk company. In fact the product was shipped from China. The claim of a fast delivery on the website is misleading at best. I ordered the floor lamp on 27/09 and received 2 parcels (Litfad stated to speed up delivery) the first arrived around 20/11 and the second on 04/12, in total a 9 weeks & 3 days. In short, very happy with the arc floor lamp, completely dissatisfied with the delivery time.
Customer service is very slow. Issues resolved successfully
Bought a light. Stated it would be delivered in 3-5weeks. It turned up 2months later. Damaged. Took insurance so Litfad offered a replacement. However I didn’t want to wait another 2 months etc so asked for a refund. Litfad didn’t want to pay the return cost, so after a lot of communication it was agreed that they will offer a partial refund. Again after a lot of communication (daily emails) they finally processed the refund. It’s a nice light, it arrived damaged unfortunately. Customer service at Litfad is slow but they eventually resolved the issue.
Unbelievably slow
Order item Nov 4th, had email Nov 30th saying it had finally been despatched and I’d receive item Dec 22nd. Fingers crossed, make of that what you will. Not exactly rapid. Hopefully it works….got to live in hope.
I ordered 2 beds at a reasonable price
I ordered 2 beds at a reasonable price. The beds arrived really well packaged and in good condition. There were no instructions but they were surprisingly easy to put together. The bed sizes are Chinese so a bit off for English mattress sizes but the communication with the company was good so overall a pleasant experience. Just be prepared to wait as they did take a couple of months to arrive.
Dissatisfied Customer
We ordered our bookshelves on October 8th and the items were delivered on November 25th. When the website indicates "fast delivery," I would have expected much quicker. When the items arrived I knew we would have to assemble them, however all three bookshelves can with pieces only- NO DIRECTIONS. It took my husband and I 3 hours to put together 1 bookshelves since we were going in blind and had nothing except pieces to figure out how they go together. I reached out to the company and requested assembly directions to be emailed to me and as I was chatting and the representative found out what I wanted, they went silent and never came back to the conversation. The quality of the shelves were very nice so I'll give them that but I would not order from this company again. The 3 stars is only because I do like the quality of the shelves but their business model and customer service totally stinks.
Very poor quality
Very poor quality, even at half the price still not worth it. Came with no instructions for assembly and just a big bag of bits - screws, nails, all other fixings. Finish is Melamine board (shelving material) , not polyurethane finish. When hassled via chat for assembly instructions they sent the wrong ones. Partner is a carpenter so got it done but the average person wouldn't have any chance of assembling it. Draw slides didn't fit in the allocated holes and had to be redialed. Junk!
No worth the wait, better to order from local known shops provider
Please review delivery times before you order. Items come from China and it took 2 months to be delivered to main land UK. I gave them two starts as the item finally arrived with minor damage but quality is worse than local low cost providers with comparable prices.

I ordered a bar table. It was cheap, the quality was surprisingly good, arrived in good condition and took 5 mins to assemble. On the down side it took nearly 3 months to get to me. Their delivery policy is, I believe, deliberately misleading they talk of processing time on a standard basis of 5 to 8 days (or similar) but their model is clearly to aggregate orders then send a large sea shipment. If you are happy to wait, I'd say go for it. If you need your product in a sensible time frame forget about it
Not all bad.
I ordered a large, heavy, expensive garden bench. The website was very impressive. Bad communication re order at the beginning, led me to read trust pilot. Thought I’d made a big mistake but no, order updates came, info re ship docking in port and pending paperwork confirmed. Bench arrived within the time frame they gave me. Happy with the process and product. Quite a wait but it did come a long way! Maybe they’re getting better?!.
Nice surprise !!
I saw the reviews on trustpilot only after I ordered 400€ worth of furniture (a small table and 4 chairs), and I was sure I had been scammed and would never receive my order, or if I did it would be in a horrible state and quality. But to my own surprise, I received the items today and appart from one missing screw in one chair (which is not jeperdizing the solidity) and a small hook that you barely notice in the table (ikea doesn’t do better on that front tbh) everything is ok ! I was particularly worried about the glass top of the table but even that arrived in a perfect state. I still wouldn’t recommend ordering from the website because I think I was just lucky, and I definitely wouldn’t try my luck a second time around. But to all of you out there who are still waiting for your order : there is hope ! I ordered on September 7th and the delivery happened on nov 16th, so patience is in order, but the website was clear about the time frame from the beginning so it’s fine (It’s a long boat trip from China to France). I wish the best of luck to all of you guys who discover the trustpilot comments only after you placed the order. May the odds be ever in your favor ;)
