Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the advanced robotic lawn mowers remarkably easy to set up and use, appreciating the efficient cutting performance and reliable daily operation across various lawns. Many people also highlight the exceptionally helpful customer support and remarkably smooth repair processes provided whenever technical issues occur. However, some customers also noted frustrating experiences regarding unexpected device breakdowns and completely unresponsive support teams during critical moments of need. Reviewers frequently reported severe mechanical failures, problematic software updates, and major difficulties getting timely replacement parts to fix their broken machines.

I bought a Luba 2 AWD 5000x in March 26 directly from Mammotion.com. Set-up was easy. There were always a few random failures and breakdown by the robot but otherwise i thought it was excellent. At least it was for about 3 months. It started to behave strangely after about 3 months. The summer was dry so not much mowing was needed. In August it started saying it was charging when it wasnt. It would also stop working randomly. Despite numerous resets, reboots and all the commonly stated solutions by September it was just not charging at all. The robot was connecting to the charger, all lights appearing correctly but staying at 0% charge. After going through all suggested solutions (they appear very used to breakdown), which i had already tried. Customer services requested my 'logs' to be downloaded. I did that immediately. After no response for a week i complained. They then said "it needed to be returned but may take some time as repairs were in high demand" but first they demanded my reciept and proof of purchase (which they sent me on the same email), and details of my address, which hadn't changed. 5 days after sending this they have just suggested i pack the robot in its "original packaging" and THEN they will send a courier to collect it - if i didnt have the enormous box it came in i was to make an alternative but would be responsible for any transit damage! The product claims to have a 3 year warrenty, it was less than 6 months old and cost over £2000. I would not reccommend buying their products on the basis of unreliability and terrible customer support.

We fully understand the significant inconvenience and frustration caused by the device being out of commission and the lengthy wait times. This falls far short of our commitment to providing an exceptional service experience, and we sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations during the troubleshooting and repair process. On behalf of the team, I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for the recent charging issues with your device, as well as the excessive time taken for troubleshooting and repairs. To make amends, our team is currently formulating a solution for you. We sincerely hope you will accept our apology and the proposed solution. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please reply directly to this email or the message in our support system; I will prioritize handling your case. Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued understanding and patience with Mammotion.

2 Years as an unpaid QA tester: Defective LUBA 2 & YUKA, firmware regressions, and bad-faith warranty evasion (Ticket: L2-901207590317326336)

I purchased the LUBA 2 directly upon release and backed the YUKA with Sweeper on Kickstarter. For over 2 years, I have squandered weeks of full working days debugging, uploading logs, and redrawing maps for two flagship mowers that never worked as advertised. Support ignored ticket history, trapped me in diagnostic loops, and delivered zero fixes—except an older LUBA 2 firmware rollback I had to fight months for, which was itself semi-broken. 3 FATAL DESIGN FLAWS ON YUKA: 1. Fleet Incompatibility: Side-by-side docking is impossible; LUBA 2 tries to dock in the YUKA base. 2. Destructive Wheels: Front caster wheels continuously seize, drag, and tear lawns to bare dirt. 3. Defective Sweeper: Algorithm ignores sweeper dimensions, causing constant collisions on every run. LUBA 2 DOCUMENTED ISSUES: * Broken Offline Mode (LoRa): Patched to death; mowers freeze if internet drops instead of running locally. * Destructive Steering: Aggressive zero-turns gouge deep ruts on damp turf; erratic spinning on signal loss. * Power Drain: Fails to auto-power off when stuck, draining battery to 0% (hauling 18kg by hand). * Obstacle Avoidance: Crashes into solid objects or halts in open lawn with false "trapped" errors; stops for tall grass on dock approach. * Drift & Vision: Boundaries drift 20-50cm; mower halts under light tree canopy despite 3D Vision. * Usability: Oversized safety buffers force heavy manual edge trimming; zero diagnostic transparency in logs; Bluetooth drops under 1m; no in-app firmware rollback. YUKA CRITICAL FAILURES: * Sweeper & Wheels: Delivered months late with colliding navigation; front casters lock up with debris. * Turf Gouging & Tracking: Asynchronous wheel speeds tear grass; repeats identical tracks into deep ruts. * Navigation: Random "freestyle" diagonal roaming and spinning; deck bottoms out on minor bumps. * Cut Quality & Drift: Misses wide strips of grass; virtual borders shift up to 1m; Bluetooth unusable under 1m. BAD-FAITH WARRANTY EVASION: After running down the clock for a year, Mammotion now claims the YUKA is "out of warranty" past July 13, 2026. Every single issue was documented and reported long before that date. Their only "solution" was an insulting 40% discount on another unfinished machine. CURRENT STATUS: Binding demands were issued on September 16, 2026 (Ticket: L2-901207590317326336) for a full refund and remediation damages. My 7-day deadline is ticking. Continued stalling leads directly to court litigation, ECC-Net filings, and full public video documentation. 19.10.2026 It took a while, but I'm glad we reached a point of agreement. To be honest, I couldn't even claim compensation for all the time lost and the damage the mower caused to my lawn, but I am happy to finalize the settlement Mammotion has agreed to. Let's close this case as soon as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thorough account of your experience. We have read every point you raised — regarding both your LUBA 2 and YUKA — and we want to sincerely acknowledge the frustration, time, and effort you have invested over the past two years. What you have described falls far short of the experience we strive to deliver, and for that, we are truly sorry. We understand that this is not a matter of a single inconvenience, but a prolonged series of unresolved issues that have eroded your trust. We take full responsibility for the shortcomings you have experienced, and we want you to know that your feedback is being treated with the highest level of seriousness. Regarding your LUBA 2 concerns: We hear your frustration with the offline mode instability, the steering behavior on damp turf, the battery drain when the unit gets stuck, the obstacle avoidance inconsistencies, the boundary drift, and the usability limitations including Bluetooth connectivity and the lack of in-app firmware rollback. Each of these points has been noted, and we recognize that the cumulative effect of these issues — especially when compounded by support interactions that felt repetitive rather than progressive — has been deeply disappointing. Regarding your YUKA concerns: We also acknowledge the issues you have raised about the sweeper collision behavior, the front caster wheel seizing, the turf gouging from asynchronous wheel speeds, the erratic navigation patterns, the cutting quality inconsistencies, the virtual border drift, and the Bluetooth connectivity problems. You placed your trust in us early on as a Kickstarter backer, and we deeply regret that the product experience has not matched the promise. Regarding fleet compatibility and docking: We understand your concern about the inability to dock LUBA 2 and YUKA side by side, and the frustration this causes in a multi-device setup. This feedback has been documented and escalated. Regarding your warranty and support experience: We take your concerns about warranty timing and the resolution process very seriously. We understand that you reported these issues well within your warranty period, and we are committed to ensuring that your case is handled fairly and comprehensively. The previous support experience you described — being caught in diagnostic loops without meaningful resolution — is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we apologize for the impact this has had. What we are doing now: Your case has been escalated and will be further handled by the after-sales department. The after-sales department will: Review your complete ticket history and all previously submitted logs and documentation, so you will not be asked to repeat diagnostics or re-explain issues you have already reported. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of all the issues you have raised across both devices. Reach out to you directly to discuss a resolution path that properly reflects the history and severity of your experience. We understand that trust must be rebuilt through action, not words. Our dedicated specialist will be in contact with you as a matter of priority. We again sincerely apologize for the experience you have had, and we are committed to making this right.

Was good, but untested software releases are a disaster…

October 26 update The company have responded, as you can see below. However this is the same response you get whenever you report a problem, upgrade latest version, send us the logs, etc. etc. This is all an AI generated pretence of support, covering up the fact that they don't test their software rigourously. There is no point in responding, however I will be sure to change my review to positive if next season the system becomes stable. September 26 It took some time for me to configure my Luba 2 for a fairly complex garden with trees and high hedges. I was happy for several months but after foolishly upgrading software when recommended to, I now have a very unreliable mower, which frequently stops and loses track of where it is. It leaves lots of "mohicans"which remain uncut. The frequent release of updates is very worrying, these are clearly not rigourously tested. There is no point in contacting support, they will just ask you to send them information which they will ignore and suggest you reboot your system and install more updates.

mammotion.com 回复2026-10-12

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the recent software update on your Luba 2. We understand how disheartening it is to see a previously well-configured mower become unreliable, especially after investing significant effort into mapping a complex garden with trees and hedges. Your concerns about untested releases and the resulting "mohicans" (uncut patches) due to positioning loss are being taken seriously. Please know that your experience does not reflect the standard we strive for, and we regret that our support process felt dismissive in the past. To address this properly, we would like to take a different approach: 1. Technical Review: Our engineering team is ready to analyze your specific case. If you are willing, please share your latest device logs via the app. This will help us determine whether the issue stems from the new algorithm’s interaction with your garden’s unique layout or a specific firmware bug. 2. Stability Priority: We acknowledge your concern about frequent updates. For your case, we will prioritize restoring stable operation over pushing new features, and we will provide clear guidance before recommending any future changes. 3. Dedicated Follow-up: A senior support specialist will be assigned to monitor your ticket until the mowing performance returns to the reliable state you experienced previously. We value your patience and your investment in Mammotion. While we cannot undo the disruption, we are committed to making this right through focused technical support rather than generic troubleshooting steps. Please reply to this email at your convenience, and we will begin the diagnostic process immediately. Warm regards, Mammotion Support Team

Have a Yuka mower and its not a fully…

Have a Yuka mower and its not a fully developed product. The customers (me) are the beta testers and software updates are pushed every other day. It forgets the mapping of the yard, it falls into holes and other things that are marked as no-go. I would say it cuts the work in half going from a manual mower to this. Buy from a reputable brand instead!

We’ve Received Your Feedback: Sincere Apologies and Next Steps Regarding Your YUKA Experience Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. On behalf of the entire team, I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for the extremely frustrating experience you have encountered while using the YUKA robot mower. 0 stars

0 stars — Avoid Mammotion I bought a Mammotion Luba 3000 AWD for almost £3,000, expecting a reliable robot mower for my 560m² garden and to save me time. When it works, it’s brilliant. Unfortunately, mine rarely does. It continually deletes the map, refuses to charge, and has even shut down for days or, most recently, weeks, after simply being cleaned. What’s made this even worse is Mammotion’s customer service. I’ve spent countless hours dealing with them and Amazon, with nothing but delays and excuses. Mammotion eventually asked me to return the mower for inspection. I agreed, expecting the issue to finally be resolved — and since then, communication has stopped completely. Almost £3,000 spent and countless hours wasted, with no working mower and no satisfactory support. Think very carefully before spending your money with this company. Mr T Crumlish

MAMMOTION LUBA mini (800) AWD - Unreliable, Intermittent Gremlins

I purchased my MAMMOTION LUBA mini (800) AWD on 25th February 2026. I was excited to experience the latest technology from China without perimeter wires. I have owned multiple Husqvarna units over the previous 12-years proving to be trouble free, requiring minimal oversight with limited maintenance. I still own and operate a Husqvarna 315X now ‘retired’ to a smaller piece of lawn. The only negative of this 1st generation technology was permitter wires. Initial Mammotion experiences were positive: • Sales / purchasing experience • Delivery experience • Installing the unit – very sturdy, well-built unit • Configuring the unit – the app experience was good Then I started to experience issues, unfortunately all intermittent: • Fails to continue / finish scheduled jobs despite successful dock and charge • Occasionally the robot mower will run out of charge returning to base station - the robot mower seems to underestimate the amount of reserve power required to get back to the base station. This is despite is working 99% of the time. Mammotion support, whilst always polite: • Continually ask for the same information time after time • Have failed to interrogate the log files submitted multiple times • Have had the unit back for ‘investigation’ for the last couple of weeks • When I chase, I receive apologies that their currently in ‘currently peak repair season’ Overall, I have lost confidence in this device from Mammotion. All I want is a reliable, low maintenance robot mower experience, like that of Husqvarna (I have no affiliation to Husqvarna). I am now left without a robot mower; I have requested multiple times for either a replacement unit or refund their choice which they consistently chose to ignore. 6-months in, I can only conclude the software whilst certainly advanced and clever, remains buggy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in such detail. We genuinely appreciate the patience you've shown over the past six months, and we're truly sorry that your experience with the LUBA mini has fallen short of what you — and we — expected. We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with intermittent issues like unfinished scheduled jobs and the occasional failure to return to the charging station in time. These are not the kind of reliable, hands-free experience you signed up for, and we completely understand why your confidence in the device has been shaken. We also want to sincerely apologise for the support experience you've had — having to repeat the same information, feeling that your log submissions weren't properly reviewed, and being left waiting weeks without meaningful updates on your unit's investigation. That's not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we're sorry for the runaround. Regarding your request for a replacement or refund, we hear you clearly, and we're sorry this has not been properly addressed until now. We understand you are already in contact with our after-sales team and that your case is currently being worked on. Please rest assured that your concerns have been fully noted, and the team is actively reviewing your situation to reach a fair resolution. If there's anything further you'd like to share or if you feel the process has stalled, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can help keep things moving. We know trust is hard to rebuild once it's been worn down, but we'd welcome the chance to make this right.

Worst customer service experiences I have ever had

I ordered and paid for a Mammotion LUBA Mini 2 AWD 1500 directly from Mammotion. Instead, Mammotion delivered a completely different machine, a YUKA Mini 2. You would think that when a company sends the wrong product, fixing it would be straightforward. It wasn’t. What followed was an unbelievable amount of emails, chasing, escalation and contradictory information. I was passed between countless people and departments, repeatedly having to explain the same situation again and again. At various points I was told different things about return labels, the return process, the replacement and what was happening with my order. I was promised a prepaid return label that didn’t arrive, had to chase repeatedly for updates, and even received contradictory emails within minutes of each other. I escalated the issue through multiple levels of Mammotion, including UK sales, their EMEA team and more senior contacts. Despite all of this, getting a clear answer to a very simple problem was incredibly difficult. All Mammotion had to do was: 1. Acknowledge they had sent me the wrong machine. 2. Arrange for their machine to be returned. 3. Send me the machine I had actually paid for. Instead, after so much chasing and such poor communication, I completely lost confidence in the company and eventually decided I no longer wanted the LUBA at all. I asked for a full refund. Even returning the incorrectly supplied machine and getting my money back required further chasing. I have now finally received the refund. The frustrating thing is that I was genuinely excited about buying the LUBA. This wasn’t a complaint about the mower itself. Mammotion managed to lose a customer entirely because of the way they handled a simple fulfilment mistake. Mistakes happen. Companies occasionally send the wrong product. What matters is how they respond when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, Mammotion’s after-sales support was extraordinarily difficult to deal with. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying directly from Mammotion to read other customers’ experiences with their support and returns process before spending this amount of money. I certainly wouldn’t buy from Mammotion again.

mammotion.com 回复2026-10-19

Thank you for sharing your experience so openly. We’ve read every word carefully, and we want to offer our most sincere apology. Receiving the wrong product was already a significant failure on our part, but what followed — the conflicting information, the repeated handoffs between teams, the missing return label, and the need to chase us at every step — made an already frustrating situation far worse. You should never have had to escalate through multiple levels just to get a clear answer to something as straightforward as a fulfilment error. The fact that this process eroded your trust to the point where you no longer wanted to continue with us is something we take very seriously, and we are truly sorry. You were genuinely excited about the LUBA, and we failed to honour that enthusiasm with the service you deserved. We take full responsibility for how this was handled, and your feedback will be shared internally to ensure we learn from it. If you’re open to it, we’d be glad to arrange for our after-sales team to follow up with you directly — not to pressure you, but simply to listen and see if there’s anything we can do to make things right.

Serious quirks and design faults.

Serious quirks and design faults. I have the luba mammotion 2. It constantly gets stuck, fails to dock, and needs to be rescued. I might get a few days straight of not needing to rescue it before it gets stuck again, very annoying. The other issue is the fundamental design flaw on the front wheels, it just skids on the grass half the time, and hits the same spots the same way skidding over and over eventually creating visible grass dead spots in specific areas. The getting stuck thing can probably be fixed with software updates. The wheels are a hardware flaw I wish I had known about. There's too many other good options coming to market for this to rate highly.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback regarding the Luba 2. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the frequent stuck incidents, docking failures, and front wheel skidding you have experienced. We fully understand how disruptive this has been to your lawn care routine, and we take your concerns about both software performance and hardware design very seriously. With your permission, we would like to arrange for our after-sales support team to conduct a dedicated follow-up on your case. A specialist will review your specific situation and contact you directly to discuss appropriate next steps. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us improve. We look forward to your response. Warm regards, Mammotion Support Team

Repeated problems with no customer support

First the charging dock was broken and the mower wouldn't line up and autodock. Customer support made me upload half a dozen videos and logs before they believed me and sent a new charging dock. By this time the return window was closed. Now a few weeks later the mower just randomly stops mid mow and turns off. No error message, no notification. You must then pick it up and carry it back to the charging dock and manually place it in there to turn back on. AI customer support says no returns, no refunds, but if I find a box and ship it to them they might be able to replace it with a different version since mine is out of stock. I have the LUBA 3 AWD 1500, purchased in June 2026. They have taken my review down on Amazon and Mammotion.com already. I’ve spent at least 20 hours dealing with customer support so far and I’m pretty sure it is just AI chatbots the whole time as I have to answer the same exact questions every single time.

mammotion.com 回复2026-10-19

We've read through everything you shared, and we want to start by saying we're truly sorry for the experience you've had. The charging dock trouble, the mower stopping unexpectedly, the long back-and-forth with support — we can only imagine how frustrating all of this has been, especially after investing so much of your time into it. You shouldn't have to spend 20 hours going in circles, repeating the same information over and over. That's not the kind of experience anyone should have, and we're sorry it played out that way. We also hear your concern about the reviews — that's certainly not something we'd want you to go through. We know the last thing you probably want right now is to explain everything from scratch to yet another person. So here's what we'd like to offer: if you're open to it, we can have our after-sales team reach out to you directly. They'll have the full context of your case so you won't need to repeat yourself, and they'll be able to look into everything that's happened and explore what options might be available for you. No pressure at all — just know that we're here whenever you're ready, and we'd genuinely like the chance to make things right. Thank you for your patience, and again, we're sorry for all the frustration.

Negative experience

I purchased the mammotion robot in 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since 2025, I have had repeated problems with the robot. In 2026, the problems became even worse: incorrect parts were sent to the wrong address, the replacement part was also incorrect, and the robot eventually had to be sent to service again. It stayed in service from approximately mid-July to mid-August, practically the entire summer. When it was returned, some of the accessories we had sent with it were missing. After assembling it again, we discovered that it still does not work. This has already been the third or fourth major issue with the product. During the summer, while the robot was in service, we had to pay someone to mow our lawn because the product was unusable. Despite all this, you have refused to refund us and instead offered a €100 cheque. This is completely unacceptable. We purchased a product that has repeatedly failed, has spent a significant amount of time in service, and still does not work. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and we expect a full refund.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us in such detail. I've read through everything you've described, and I genuinely understand how frustrating this entire journey must have been — from the recurring issues with the robot, to the parts mix-ups and delivery problems, to having the unit away for service during the peak of summer, and then finding it still not working properly upon return with accessories missing. That's a lot to deal with, and I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused you and your family. We also completely understand your frustration regarding the compensation offer. Having to arrange and pay for alternative lawn care while waiting for a resolution only adds to the burden, and I appreciate you being honest about how you feel — your feedback is important to us. We could escalate your case to our after-sales team for a thorough review. They will have full visibility of your service history and will be able to look into all the concerns you've raised — including the missing accessories, the ongoing functionality issue, and your request regarding the refund — as a complete case. If you're open to it, we'd like to arrange this follow-up so that a dedicated team can get back to you with a proper resolution. Please let us know if you'd like us to proceed, and we'll make sure your case receives the attention it deserves.

I spend more time sorting the mower out…

I spend more time sorting the mower out than it does working. Waste of money. Constantly dies emergency stops in the middle of the lawn with no objects around it and needs sorting. Dies this every minute or so, so have had to go back to old fashioned mowing. Customer services don’t help at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Please accept our deepest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve encountered with your mower. We hear you clearly: spending more time managing the device than enjoying a well-mowed lawn is unacceptable, and we are truly sorry that we have let you down. We also sincerely regret that your previous interactions with our support team did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is a vital reminder of where we must do better, both in product reliability and in how we care for our customers. Please know that your concerns have been escalated internally, and we are treating this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. We value you as a customer and are committed to making things right. A senior member of our support team will be in touch with you shortly to listen further and discuss how we can best support you moving forward.

The most incompetent support reps I've ever talked fo

The mower itself has been fantastic for the last 3 years until it all of a sudden stopped charging 9 weeks ago. So I reached out to support and the entire process has been shockingly horrible. The first issue was that they confidently recommended that the charging adapter was faulty so they charged me $180 to buy a replacement. That arrived and I swapped it out and it didn't fix the issue so I reached out to let them know. You know what they said? They said that the charging adapter was faulty so I should buy a replacement for $180. I thought for sure someone just didn't read our correspondence so I pointed out that I already bought a new adapter and that didn't fix it. But instead of responding with an apology, they tried to explain how the issue is definitely with the charging adapter and I have an old model of charger and need a new one for $180. Complete and utter incompetence! Then they said I had to ship the mower in for an inspection. At this point I didn't trust them but had no other options so I sent packaged it up and sent it in. Over the weeks that followed they shared how there were delays in processing the inspection and then they finally said they did a thorough inspection and have provided a "detailed quote". This quote they attached was NOT detailed and simply had line items saying what needs to be replaced, and if not only included the drive board module (the likely culprit) but also replacement of the 2 batteries which have shown me no indication of being faulty (they charged fine and ran for long stretches before the mower stopped charging completely) so naturally unexpressed my concern about the batteries being in the invoice and asked for an explanation of what the inspection techs did that lead them to think that the batteries need to be replaced too. That was 10 days ago and I have multiple emails back and forth where they say they "understand" but can't provide more details but they've passed my request along to the appropriate team. Then they finally emailed saying they've "attached the detailed inspection and damage assessment report for your repair case for your reference, which explains each item listed on the invoice," and you know what was attached? The same itemized invoice they already attached 10 days earlier that has NO explanations for what needs to be repaired. When I challenged them on this, they didn't acknowledge what they did but simply gave a templated response like they did before. Before this incident I was happily recommending Mammotion to friends and family but after this I will NOT be doing so anymore. Get a robot mower that you can take to a local repair shop where you can actually talk to a repair tech!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us in such detail. We've read through everything carefully, and we truly understand how frustrating this entire journey has been — from the initial troubleshooting that didn't resolve the charging issue, to the repeated adapter recommendation, the wait during the inspection process, and the lack of clear explanation around the repair quote, especially regarding the batteries. We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. The communication gaps, the delays, and the insufficient detail in the documentation you received are not what we want any of our customers to go through, and we're sorry we fell short in your case. Your question about why the batteries were included in the quote is completely reasonable, and you deserve a clear, transparent answer rather than a generic response. We understand why the back-and-forth without meaningful follow-up has been disappointing, especially after supporting our product for three years and previously recommending us to others. We also understand that our after-sales team has since reached out with a proposed resolution. If you have any remaining questions or concerns about that proposal, please don't hesitate to let them know directly — they're ready to continue working with you until everything is fully addressed. We value the trust you've placed in us over the years, and we hope to have the chance to make things right.

"Absolutely disastrous service

"Absolutely disastrous customer service. After a warranty dispute, Mammotion agreed to upgrade me to a LUBA 3 AWD 5000. They sent me an invoice for €330.87, which I paid immediately. As soon as they took my money, they claimed the mower was 'out of stock' and placed me on indefinite backorder. The worst part? The exact same mower is currently listed as 'In Stock' on their official webshops for new customers. I have been passed between 12 different customer service agents who only reply with automated templates, refusing to transfer a unit from their retail stock to fulfill their paid agreement. They have my money and my original mower. Avoid this company at all costs."

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this entire process has caused you — we understand how disappointing this must have been, and we truly appreciate your patience. We want to acknowledge that the experience you described falls short of what we strive to deliver. Regarding the upgrade to the LUBA 3 AWD 5000 and the stock status after your payment, it appears there may have been a disconnect between our warehouse allocation system and the inventory displayed on our webshops. The stock shown online reflects general retail availability, which operates on a separate allocation channel from units reserved for warranty and upgrade fulfillment. This likely led to the confusing situation where the product appeared available while your order was placed on backorder — and we understand how that must have looked from your perspective. We also want to sincerely apologize for the experience with our support team. Being transferred between multiple agents and receiving templated responses is not the level of care we aim to provide. We recognize that the lack of proactive updates on your order status, combined with insufficient follow-up from our logistics side, created a sense of being left in the dark — and for that, we are truly sorry. Please know that your case has our attention, and we are looking into it internally to ensure it is handled properly. We value you as a customer and are committed to making this right. Thank you again for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address this.

À fuir : un robot jetable au bout de 2 ans ! / Disposable robot after 2 years!

My Luba 2 AWD (bought for ~2500€) just passed its 2-year warranty mark and started dying randomly at 23% battery. Support initially estimated a 288€ battery replacement. However, the real shock came with the official diagnostic: an 815€ repair quote! Why? Because on top of the battery, the service center claims the Main Board, the Drive Board, and both Cutting Motors all need to be replaced. A 2500€ robot that requires its entire brain and motors to be replaced after only 2 years proves a disastrous lack of reliability and extremely poor component quality. I refused to pay a third of the robot's price just to keep it alive for another 2 years and told them to recycle it. Save your money and buy a reliable brand with local physical stores.

Now the worst on the market!

Now one of the worst vendors / product on the market due to resent updates. Robot driver out of area, stop mowing random and Mammotion States it works as intended. Just look at all the FaceBook groups - do not buy!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us — we truly appreciate you taking the time, even when things haven't been going smoothly. We're sorry to hear that the recent updates have caused frustration, and that the robot's behavior around boundaries and mowing consistency hasn't met your expectations. We also understand how discouraging it can be when the response you received felt dismissive of what you're experiencing on the ground. Your feedback matters to us, and we take it seriously. We'd like to make this right. If you're open to it, we can have our after-sales team take a closer look at your specific situation and follow up with you directly. Just know the option is there whenever you're ready. Thanks again for your patience, and we hope to have the chance to turn this around for you.

I have had the Luba AWD for almost 1…

I have had the Luba AWD for almost 1 year. I liked it at first, but it quickly became apparent that the designers did not consider how much the wheels and turning tear up a lawn. I have tried to get help from customer service (which is not in the US and manned by people who probably never mowed, don't have a lawn and probably don't have a car). These things matter as it drives like a tank. Just like a tank, it destroys the lawns. It's in 3 point turn mode but it still turns on the spot and then moves. That's still destructive. It often does 180 degree turns on the spot. Also, I have it mow an area that is 1/4 the size it is supposed to be set up for and it still requires 3 charges to mow that area. It often freezes and I have to go to it to manually get it going again, thus mowing takes forever. It often does not properly align to recharge, requiring multiple attempts and sometimes I have to manually go out there and line it up. If the front wheels would turn left and right, it would greatly reduce it's destructive nature. I have tried to get past the overseas support, but they won't let me contact anyone else. They keep me on a chat for 30 min or more with 0 results. I'm going to see if I can still return it to the company I purchased it from and buy a different brand. This company shows NO desire to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us in such detail. We truly appreciate your honesty, and we're sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating — that's certainly not what we want for any of our customers. We understand your concerns regarding the turning behavior and its impact on your lawn, the battery runtime not meeting your expectations, the occasional freezing during mowing sessions, and the charging alignment issues. We also hear you on the support experience — being on long chats without resolution is not the standard we aim for, and we're sorry that's what you've been dealing with. Your feedback is important to us, and we'd like the opportunity to make things right. If you're open to it, we can have our after-sales team reach out to you directly for a more in-depth follow-up. They'll be able to look into your specific situation and explore what options may be available for you. Again, we're sorry for the frustration this has caused, and we hope you'll give us a chance to assist you further.

Worst customer service

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My lawn mower broke down in March, and it took the company two months just to respond and tell me to ship it to their address. They have now had it for almost two and a half months, and it still has not been repaired. All I receive are repetitive emails saying the repair queue is long and that they will fix it as soon as possible. Their only alternative was to return the lawn mower without repairing it—which is completely useless to me. After months of delays, poor communication, and no resolution, I would not recommend this company or any of its products to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you have gone through over the past several months. We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait so long for a response, and then to have your mower with us for an extended period without a satisfactory resolution. The communication you received during this time clearly fell short of what you deserved, and we are truly sorry for that. We also recognize that the option of returning the mower without completing the repair was not the outcome you expected, and we completely understand why that felt unacceptable after such a long wait. Your feedback is incredibly important to us. We are escalating your case internally so that we can review what happened and take meaningful steps to ensure a better experience going forward — not just for you, but for all our customers. We genuinely value your patience throughout this process, and we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. If there is anything further we can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
