I ordered a necklace in Feb took 6 weeks to get my order. The stone was way to big compared to what was on the picture so i decided to return. Customer service is awful! And on top of that the cost of return is not even worth it!. I only got 50% of my money back and it took another 6 weeks to get an email saying my return has been processed but no money in my account. Will go to a local jeweler instead.

Your interface with paypal made the purchase tedious and exhausting. There apparently were errors but they were not reported to me and there was never a notification of a timeout or any indication the purchase went through or not. I had to do multiple inquiries outside of your checkout process to find out what was happenng. Very poor experience for a prospective customer, makes me wonder what else will be a problem.

Never got my order…twice they failed to deliver it to me! Update* its now been 6 weeks and I’ve still not received my order, below in the response from Moon Magic, they say I had an incomplete address….not true, I verified it as accurate myself and with Moon Magic after DHL failed to deliver it. We can chalk that up to human error in the delivery person. OK, but then a few weeks later I get a text saying my delivery is out and should arrive soon. Nope! That was a delivery back to Moon Magic, so in the response below they say I show it as being delivered….yeah, TO YOU! Not to me, to their warehouse and then it’ll be shipped back to me in 4-6 weeks, what kind of business are you running? The moment I had a problem with this order, you should have just sent me a new order, that way I’d receive what I paid for already and YOU do the waiting for your product to be returned to you. You don’t put the burden on your customers. Your idiotic customer service has emailed me defending yourself rather than apologizing for your several failures at providing a small order for a multiple time customer. Now I’ll never buy another item from Moon Magic, this is ridiculous.
