Beware their return policy! Got a ring for my wife for xmas, which she loved, but it was one size too small and I had to return for the proper size.
They said since I bought it during a sale (before xmas) and returned it when the sale was over (I submitted the form to return it ON xmas day an hour after she opened the gift) they would not honor the sale price for the exchanged ring and I had to pay the difference. Sale price for the ring was $99.38 total - had to then pay $6.09 to return it and $19.26 for the difference.
So to exchange it for the proper size I had to pay an extra $25.35, which I did because it was a xmas gift for my wife.
Pretty crappy exchange policy - feels like a way to recoup the sale price on any exchanges.

Spent 25 mins filling out stuff for the 10 % off code then finally got it and didn’t work… so I tried to add my phone to get the OTHER 10 % code and that again was not valid. I would like to have the 10 % refunded if possible please and thank you!

Want to give a higher rating, but the first time discount I was given was wasted because it was “used” before I even checked out. I had to edit my order and when I did the discount was taken off and not able to go back on.

I recently received an ad stating that if I subscribed, I would receive 10% off my first order. Seemed like a great deal, so I went ahead and signed up. But when I entered the promo code at checkout, I got a message saying the discount didn’t apply to my item.
Thinking I might have missed something, I double-checked the ad, expecting to find some fine print—but there was nothing. No exclusions, no disclaimers, just a straightforward promise of 10% off. Yet, somehow, the code didn’t work for my item.
This kind of bait-and-switch marketing is shameful. If you’re going to offer a discount, it should apply as advertised. Instead, this feels like a cheap tactic to get people to sign up under false pretenses. Very disappointing.

The first ring was perfect and I loved it so much I ordered another as a gift. The ring was not in the same perfect condition as the same ring I purchased earlier and I asked to just exchange it for a less sloppy looking one. Review team stated they see nothing wrong and I was made to pay to have the ring exchanged; return shipping and up charge because the price of the ring went up since I originally bought it. All this because they could not just do a 1:1 exchange for the exact same ring to not be messy fit with stones uneven and unaligned. I had to return my ring and buy the same ring a 3rd time to try and get a quality ring to match. I will update when I receive my exacted ring since this has been ongoing since December 2024 Christmas when I bought the ring as a present. So 11$ to exchange my ring is just crazy.

I originally bought the wrong sized ring and had to do a return. The return experience and ring itself was amazing and beautiful overall. But I had to dock two stars just because of how long it takes to ship things. I did my return on the ten and writing this now it's the 23rd. The past few days the only update I've seen is the order going from unfulfilled to a shipping lable being created. Again the rings are beautiful I just wish the shipping was a little better
