Bracelet broke within 2 weeks

Bracelet broke within 2 weeks, weren’t willing to provide full or half a refund. The clasp broke and then eventually snapped.

Poor workmanship

Poor workmanship. On top of the ring the edge is uneven and there are even scratches on the face of the metal. The box is also cracked.

Received a necklace from their lab grown diamond collection but there were some small scratches on the gold on the back, which was really disappointing. They offered to cover shipping for the return and ship out a new one, which is great if you are in the US. Except it was shipped in the US and brought over to the UK. They offered to cover shipping back to the US but needed me to investigate pricing and wouldn't cover any insurance. This whole back and forth took about a month with the support team. I appreciate that the situation was a bit unique but given that they do ship to the UK, I was surprised they couldn't offer a better solution. In the end, given how expensive it was, it really wasn't worth all the hassle so have decided to keep the damaged item. Would have been nice if they'd offered me some partial refund or something. So you could purchase if you're based in the US. I wouldn't bother if you aren't. UPDATE: They did reach out and offer an explanation of why it was difficult logistically and a small refund which I appreciated so updating the rating to 3 stars instead of 2.

No Gift Message

Beautiful jewelry! I ordered a necklace as a gift for my granddaughter but there was no opportunity to include a gift message. Very frustrating considering I paid extra for gift box and card!

Ring broke very quickly

I purchased a ring from them. It did arrive within a reasonable amount of time and looked as expected. I wore it to go out for four months and the band cracked randomly. When I say randomly I mean nothing happened to it that should cause it to break. I cared for it exactly as you should. I reached out to customer service who did respond quickly but informed me that this was considered "normal wear and tear" and was not covered by the warranty and encouraged me to purchase something else during their 50% off sale. I'm very disappointed in the quality and that they don't stand by their product. For a company that claims to be eco-conscious producing products with such a short life span is even more disappointing. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from them again and wouldn't recommend them after seeing others have had similar experiences with the company.

Moonstone stud earrings

The stud earrings were easy to order, however fulfillment time for the order is longer than would be expected. I can't comment on quality yet- they haven't even shipped a week after ordering.

Just broke after a few month.

Got the nice moon magic bracelet for my wife. 4 month later the chain connection broke apart without any accidental force. Company did not take responsibility to saturate it, just offered to buy a new one for the half price. Nice bracelet, just seems poor workmanship. Will never buy anything from this company.

I have had to return a ring I purchased…

I have had to return a ring I purchased through them three times. The first two times, they were great. This time, I wanted to exchange the ring for a similar style, so I didn't have to do the return process again. The problem was with the craftsmanship of the ring and the placement of the prongs. They weren't in the ideal place for the stone to stay secure. When I requested to exchange the ring for a different style, I was informed I would have to pay the $70 difference. Mind you, I paid $600 for my wife's wedding set as it was. Regardless of the how many times I've been through this with them, or how much my wife was afraid to wear the ring due to losing the stone, I still had to pay a difference. That's great wonderful service. Don't purchase the raw stone jewelry. Their craftsmanship needs work.

My order was $75 then u charged my card $80.25. Then a Xtra charge came up for $5.25 more on my card. When I only authorized $75, plus suppose to be free shipping. What's up with the extra charges.

Looks very different from image advertised

I am a little confused. The only thing that looks like the necklace in the image is the chain. The stone is cut very differently with hard edges and almost doesn't look like an opal, more like moonstone. It is smaller than what is pictured in the image as well. The shipping was fine but I'm trying to decide if I will be returning this item or not. I know every stone is different but confused why it doesn't even look like the same necklace.

My husband purchased a lovely moonstone bracelet for me for Christmas 2022. It broke two weeks ago. I wrote them asking for a refund and sent a photo. They were very polite but refused to refund the item because it was past the refund period. Keeping in mind it was 3 months old, and the string that held the beads together snapped. They offered 50% off another one, and that they would cover shipping to the UK but I will not invest again here. I hate leaving reviews, but this refund policy (or warranty period) is not sufficient for the quality.
