Just missing the Novelship tag for the shoes, and the shoes look in great condition despite looking like it had hot glue on the bottom, but other than that, everything else is good

The purchase experience is fine and smooth like other websites. However I find the authentication process took almost 2 weeks before deliver to me. Hopefully in future authentication will be faster.

I recently bought my Jordan 1 high OG ‘pollen’ from Novelship. I did not receive the authentication tag. Instead, I got a weird sticker instead. This made me wonder if my sneakers were even authenticated well? Not only that, the thank you card from Novelship is also missing which makes me wonder whether Novelship even puts in effort for their customers to have the best experience. Not only that, when contacted, Novelship takes so long to reply customers.

Bought a pair of satin red for my friend but there was no any novelship tag where it was written that because of Covid they couldn’t place the tag. The next day my friend received another Jordan and surprisingly there was a tag of novelship. Not a big issue but someone to whom I gifted thought was a replica where I felt really bad about it.

My order was delayed as I saw from shipping tracker that when the courier company arrived at the collection centre, item was "not ready for collection". Shipper who arranged for the courier should have prepared the item for collection instead of causing a failed attempt which delays the process

Received a defective pair of Nike dunks at premium price
Absolutely disappointing and this will be my last purchase with Novelship. Purchased Nike panda dunks at premium (double retail price) only to receive a defective pair that should never pass QC. Large glue stains everywhere, and both the toe boxes were damaged/deformed, looked like one side got hit by something sharp. If someone actually did a QC/authentication check, they would not have let this pair pass.
Reached out to CS support using the app (there is no contact number) with multiple photos of the defect shoes and no reply or response from them. Really wanted to support a Singapore company but this is just a horrible experience.

Website and app need to update its acceptable range of the goods that's authenticated. Bought 2 pair of shoe from Novel, the 2nd pair quality is kinda out of satisfactory due to stitching and the delivery failed to delivered(don't know why) in the end i went down to collect myself as i don't wanna wait for another 2-5 days. The support team responded quiet fast though. Overall is good but definitely a whole lot to improve.

I mean it is quite a popular sneaker store. But no matter what there’s still no legit certified authenticity proof by just stating it is certified authentic. You gotta state/track exactly where it is sold from, or where was it’s originality from (etc retail store whatsoever) but clearly there wasn’t. I noticed some defects as well but I’m not a fussy buyer so it’s alright however please make sure it’s clean before shipping over a pair of new sneakers because it’s disappointing to see even slight visible stains knowing that it is a new sneaker. Not enough protective packaging as well cause the shoebox was not in a really good condition. Hence 3 stars.
