I love Offnova products! I especially love the 20oz tumblers. They sublimate extremely well and my customers love them. I have contacted Jamie several times for assistance with purchasing my timblers and Jamie has provided excellent customer servkce and professionalism. i'm trying to install and it asking for passcode. it not letting me see specks of printer or telling me how to get that passcode. i managed to print from my phone but my info is on computer.

I received my dtf ciss (without chip) with white Ink circulation for EPSON ET8550 L805 XP15000 and it was damage in shipping. Email support and Jamie ship out a replacement right away. My ciis works good now and looks good too.
absolutely loved my thermal printer but ended up losing the power cord so I went and spent the 24 bucks to get a new one after I arrived they only shipped me half of the item I've emailed them twice now and they have completely ghosted me can't even get my money back or the other part whatever you do don't lose your power cord or damage it if you do you're better off just buying a whole new printer or risk them sending you half then ghosting you

Offnova thermal label printer is a GAMECHANGER!! I sell EBay and would print using 8x11 paper. Cut out the label. Insert the label into a clear plastic envelope. Ugh! Wasted ink. Wasted paper. Most importantly, Wasted time and money. Not common to get both affordability and quality, but Offnova are both. Need customer support? My email was answered the very same day!! By a HUMAN!! TWICE! I'm not bloviatong, this is not hyperbole, OffNova is top tier.

Product is really good. It is fast, smooth, comes with the manual that guides you on every step and anwers the problem you might face. Initially I was to return the product but then as there was no warranty for it. but then i came to know that it comes with at least one year warrantly and customer support. Also, customer service is great, they respond you promptly and keep a good follow up. highly recommended. Lastly, the price is lower than on ebay, amazon, etc
I had and issue since I bought the printer, it wasn't moving the paper, it wasn't running thru, I emailed them and they send me a new one, I didn't have to pay and i didn't ask for a new one, they just send a new one, and it WORKS!!! Im so happy that they told me everything I had to do for my old one to work and send me a new one, Thanks to them now my small business is running perfect!
What great customer service! I had trouble printing a thermal printer with a chromebook and they didn't just walk me through, but kept me in check with follow up emails for me to keep trying with their suggestions that eventually let me print yesterday. My cord was not working, I reached out to the company and they sent me another one immediately. They followed up to make sure all was working afterwards.
The printer came secured, and beautifully packaged. At first i was a bit concerned about using the printer, although, the phone app was easy to download, i could not (with my usual blundering), find, the driver for my windows pc. I then contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly, and personally, (which is extremely unusual, for most products, in the marketplace), and , they got me up and running, in no time. This little printer, is now, the new favorite addition, to my workplace, and travel. highly recommend, it! THANKS
Grea little label printer. Was easy to set up and printed the sample perfectly. I had problems printing my own labels and contacted customer service. They responded right away and helped me solve the problem which was on my end. Works great now. Love it.
