I have purchased 14 figures from OrzGK since last year (13 safely received, 1 still on pre-order). Having tried 7 different GK stores in total, I can confidently say OrzGK is on top of my list. They have fast communication, and most importantly, their shipping costs are transparent and very reasonable. Many other stores lure you in with low figure prices only to hit you with ridiculously inflated shipping fees, but OrzGK does an honest business.
All my orders arrived perfectly, except for one recent issue where a studio accidentally sent me two boxes of bases instead of the actual character figure (1/20 scaled size Pokemon Red figure). However, the customer service was excellent. Allen was incredibly helpful and patient, communicating with the studio and following up constantly until I safely received the correct replacement figure.

I had recently purchased a resin statue from OrzGK and although I was concerned at first the entire process was stress-free.
The Statue itself arrived undamaged. The packaging inside and out was incredibly secure, ensuring that all pieces were well protected during transit overseas.
Additionally, the team memeber who handled my order was phenomenal. Lucy not only answered all my questions as a new customer, but also never made me feel left "hanging" waiting for a response even with the time zone difference.
So, between the quality of the statue, the care that was put into packaging, and the teams customer service OrzGK has definitely earned me as a continuous customer.
Ordered 2 figurines from the website, both on pre-order, never had an issue with during any phase of the product, the assigned assistant mailed when the product was released and everything was delivered properly within the ETA given. I had a really good experience ordering to Canada using the sea shipping option.
The shipping was much more transparent than I expected. I was able to track the ocean freight vessel, the train portion, and the final delivery, and the package arrived within the estimated window — actually pretty early in that window.
Lucy from customer service was very helpful and responsive the whole time. Any time I had a question, she always got back to me within a day.
The packaging was also excellent. The figure arrived completely untouched, and even the box was in perfect condition. It honestly arrived in better condition than some items I’ve seen at local stores.

First time user. Figure came in perfect condition, however if you care about the figure box being in perfect condition, you might not get that. My figure came in a regular cardboard box with a lil extra tape. There wasnt much protecting it from dents, no corner protectors or padding. So be aware of that. Also my figure was a preorder n they said smth was messed up and I wasnt able to recieve my preorder bonus, which was pretty disappointing, It does make me nervous to order from them again considering there was barely any protection for shipping and my preorder was messed up.

OrzGK was absolutely incredible! I worked with Allen directly who helped me facilitate this shipment and was in touch with me for the entire order process for any questions or concerns I've had. I ordered one of the Love and Deepspace figures from Karma studios on preorder and shipping was an absolute breeze. I was provided step by step, had my questions answered and the figure turned out incredible and got here safely.

Anya is perfecto and flawless, 11/10 and its worth the 90 bucks.
Tipsy Yor Forger 302 bucks is I would say 10/10 (wouldve been 11/10 if she was able to attach herself to the sofa shes sitting on). Communication with Assistant Allen made everything possible. I recommend.

Ordered a large statue after seeing some reddit reviews saying the site was very trustworthy.
Everything went smoothly, Allen communicated very well throughout the process. Responses were given within the same 24 hours and everything was very thorough.
Multiple shipping options were given and the package arrived very secured. It was taped up very well and the statue arrived with no damage or defects.
I absolutely would trust them for future orders more than some other sites I've used in the past.
