First Time Ordering
First time ordering from here and I had a good experience. My order was handled by Lucy, who was very helpful and professional and made sure everything was good and that I received my order. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely order from them again.
Resine Figure Grail
I got a resine figure from them that was hard to come by, which was available with the option of Week Super Sale (displayed and in good condition). The sales support (Lucy) help me a lot to clarify questions about the figure and details of the shipping price to Chile. Great experience!

Good source for anime figures
I've received three figures from Orzgk over the past year: one we a pre-order that arrived on time, another was a "week super sale" (which is their term for looking on the secondary market for you, confusing name, but their purchasing guide explained it clearly), and the third was a pre-order that released 6 months early. All came well packaged and in mint condition. Website has a really solid selection, obviously not everything, and the catalog's filters (for source, maker, size, availability, price range, etc.) really helps me search through it. Customer service has also been great, they have four assistants who are assigned on a per customer basis (I got Lucy) to answer questions about orders and pricing (since some items have "contact for pricing"). Don't know if they use machine translation or are really fluent in English, but haven't had any problems communicating with them. Happy enough so far that I already have six other pre-orders with them.

I’ve purchased two Levi Ackerman figures from Attack on Titan the service was great the figures arrived well packaged and they arrived safely with no damages. Ella was helpful and clear when it came to the updates and the shipping process.

As a first time customer, I was sceptical at first. But after reading so much good reviews I had to give it a try. And it was awesome!They're legit, even though it might take a while to get to you (depending on where you live) it does arrive, I got my figure today and I'm very happy with it! My order did have a delay because I ordered right before the Spring Festival, which was obviously my own fault. But when I asked why it was taking so long, they kindly answered!

The order did take longer than I thought to come in, but it must be due to it being shipped from overseas, so I'm not going to complain about that. Any questions I had about my order or any other products on the site were answered clearly and quickly, which is great for a first time buyer, like me. The order came in pristine, which is another plus for this site. Overall, I will be from them again and hoping Allen is behind it once again.
False advertisement and subpar customers service
I have ordered 4 figures/statues. Two was cancelled, one of the two i have received have not matchet the pictures on their website. Customer's service does not reply to half of the messages I have sent.

My order was handled by Allen, Ordered a statue as a gift for someone and it arrived in perfect condition. Admittedly my order took longer than I thought it would have initially having placed it at the end of January, However this was due to a mix of holidays, And a failure on my part to follow-up on the order. I don't fault the company for the delay. They reached out several times to ensure things were fine. Support was flawless, And I would use this service again.

Initially I was kind of skeptical about this site, but put a pre-order in kept an eye on things for several months as the product went through its production phase. I was contacted through email about selecting shipping options when the product was finally ready. Allen made it a very clear and smooth process and I finally received my order yesterday! Reliable, trustworthy, and affordable.
Service was top tier and prices were good, upfront, and had no extra fees that were undisclosed. Item arrived in perfect condition and well packed to prevent damage. I opted for the slower land/sea shipping service since my item was 5ft/153cm and 75lbs/34kg. The customer service representative, Allen did an awesome job and responded to all of my questions within 12 hours of emailing and usually within a few hours.

Bad customer experience when problems occur
It is a reliable reseller and if the figure gets released and nothing bad happens you won't have any problems. BUT if a figure gets cancelled because the studio decided not to go into production this is when the problems begin. If you pay in full (not just deposit) and via paypal you will be punished because the refund they send back is subject to fees that paypal will take. So you end up losing 20-30 bucks on a cancelled figure and the support takes the easy route saying they are not responsible for paypals actions. I have spent several thousands last year and I expected a better service than this, at least give a voucher (just 20-30 bucks to cover the fee) for the next purchase when that happens. So learn from this, don't preorder and pay in full or you will lose money when figures get cancelled and ORZGK won't care about you as a loyal customer. The behavior of their "customer service" really spoiled my experience and I will use other sites in the future.
