I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. However, we have to maintain certain security standards on our servers, in order to remain compliant. As time goes on encryption standards are updated and as such we have to disable the older, insecure ones. Apple determines which security standards their software/devices use and prevent older devices from receiving updates to fix this. So unfortunately, this truly is a case where we cannot provide support.
