I purchased the Geo Signature ring in gold for my husband in early October. While I had read mixed reviews about delivery times, I was pleasantly surprised when the ring arrived much earlier than expected. The packaging was exquisite, adding an extra touch of elegance and making the purchase feel truly special.
To ensure the perfect fit, we had purchased a ring sizer from Amazon at a very affordable price, and the sizing turned out to be absolutely perfect.
However, we did experience some issues with tarnishing on the ring. I contacted customer service, and their response exceeded expectations. Ava, from the customer service team, promptly offered a range of solutions, including a replacement ring with a special coating designed to enhance its durability. Although we have not yet received the replacement, we are confident it will meet the same high standards as the original.
Additionally, three of my friends have also purchased jewelry from this brand and absolutely love their pieces. The exceptional customer service, especially Ava’s professionalism and efficiency, deserves more than five stars. Thank you for turning this experience into a positive one.

I purchased a watch from Pascal on November 23, expecting it to arrive in 10 days as promised. Unfortunately, as of December 26, I still haven’t received it. This delay ruined my plans, as the watch was intended to be a Christmas present.
I tried to be patient, but the missed deadline is very disappointing. I discovered today that the company is in China. If you’re shopping for a gift or time-sensitive purchase, be cautious. I hope Pascal improves its shipping and customer service moving forward.

Update: order arrived 2 1/2 weeks after shipping estimate. Company is listed in the United States but item shipped from China. Earrings are very poor quality and are not properly assembled so that one earring faces forward but the other faces backward and does not show the stones. Unwearable. I truly wish I had never found this company and ordered from them.
Ordered for Christmas weeks ago, and now it says it will not arrive in time and actually hasn't even shipped. Worried this is a scam that won't even send the order after reading negative reviews on here.

They are legit, and the jewelry you purchase comes neatly packaged and you get "paperwork"with the watches.
The only and I mean the only downside is the amount of time the shipping takes, also they give the customer a watch adjuster tool also
Worst customer service I left three emails called the company three times and left messages on social media. No one has replied. I needed to cancel an order due to the Company being based overseas and not in the United States like they advertise! Scam company! Buyer beware!

Very unprofessional and misleading company. I bought 2 items and I wanted to return 1 and they were only offering a 30% refund. No where in the return policy states that you would only receive a partial refund. when asked why that was the case, 2 employees by the name of KIM and AVA would not give me an answer. I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND and it was declined. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this place. You can find better products from another place.

I ordered a Ring in October and it said it had been delivered
When I checked delivery address it went to a number from 12 door away from me and they even stated nothing was delivered
I contacted Pascal with no luck and will now try to refund my item.
This is ridiculous as I clearly stated my address on the delivery details.

Pascal responded with "our bracelet is actually 3.5mm thick as the knobs at the end (which is less than 2% of the bracelet) fulfils that requirement". This is an outrageous claim as the core part of the bracelet is actually less than 2.5mm (2.3mm) thick (from the diagram they emailed me) and they claimed it to be 3.5mm as 2% of the bracelet is that thick. Straight up intentionally misleading the audience, straight scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. And they had the audacity to say I misunderstood their dimensions, straight up BS.

They are scammers. I’ve been waiting for my watch for over a month and any time I emailed them they come with the same excuse. I’ve requested for a refund but yet to receive it. Now I have to take the legal route to get my money back.

Full transparency here, I bought their Retro Elegance Diamond Open Bangle. The first problem i encountered was the thickness of the gold plating. According to North America standard, gold plating has to be 2.5 microns thick to be qualified as vermeil, but pascal only plates the product in 0.5 microns. I confronted them about it and they said they will accommodate and plate it in according to NA standard. Second problem which is the biggest problem, their website advertised the bracelet to be 3.5mm thick in width, but when i received it it was only 2.5mm thick. WHAT?? AVOID AT ALL COST, you will find way better products at etsy with better price points. They are just dropshippers from China as the shipping tracking ID is literally from China and they claim to be a california based company. I have provided photo evidence to pascal customer service and requested to return the product for a full refund and now they have completely ghosted me. AND NOTE, ALL THEIR 5 STARS REVIEW ARE BOTTED. ITS SO EASY TO TELL!!!!!

So after waiting almost 2 months for my order to finally come in even though I paid for insurance and $20 for a speedy delivery when the product finally arrived it is garbage and the only reason they sent it is because I contacted Klarna And told them it had not arrived yet. Now I have the choice of being out $200 or keeping a garbage product and another three or four months to even hear back about getting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on my review: Pascal has reached out to me NOT about my order or the issues I have experienced, but about my review. They offered nothing more than a basic apology, but asked that I remove my review. How wonderful that they will not call me back, not email me back and lie to me about my order, but they will reach out and ask me to remove the negative review. Be wary and avoid them at all costs.

If you plan to purchase something from this company and something goes wrong, be prepared to deal with it on your own. The customer service staff are unprofessional, forgetful, won’t follow through on promises or deadlines, and you’ll have to contact them again and again through their website since they won’t respond to your email. If you think they’ll follow up with you as they promised, think again. If you think your item will ship when they tell you, think again. I never even received my product and this was by far the worst customer service interaction I have ever had.
I recently surprised my boyfriend a promise ring from Pascal. The diamonds sparkle like crazy and the metal is perfect, the craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. The only downside was waiting almost three weeks for it, but worth!
