This is a scam. I ordered a ring that was supposed to be gold — it started peeling and losing its color after just a few days. No response from customer service so far. If you don't reply, I’m reporting your website for fraud and false advertising to European consumer protection authorities and opening a chargeback with my bank. People, be careful — don’t buy from here.
EDIT: May 16, the customer service contacted me asking to remove my trustpilot review so they can proceed to refund.

I bought the watch and try to return right away cause it took 3 weeks and I bought other watch.
Sent emails 4 times already and they keep delaying and don’t process the return.
Looks like i threw $300 for this crap.
I bought a vermeil gold-plated ring with green VVS diamonds…
Shipping took 3 weeks.
After just 2 days, the gold is coming off.
No returns allowed.
Customer service is nonexistent — absolute crap.
Awful. Didn’t respond to my request for assistance after placing an order where my discount code didn’t apply. Product is junk and photos are deceiving. Try to return it and they delay the process and offer discounts to get you to keep it. Now to return you pay a fee + shipping and customs fees to send back to China. Packaging is nicer than the product warrants.
Havent even had my ring for a month, and the “gold vermeil” is already tarnished

Dont ever make a mistake to order from these scammers. Watch is plastic and painted , it was smelling awful after it came. It is not stainless steel or any steel at all! It is almost impossible to get full refund, in the site it is written american address but this shit came of china! If i knew is is chinese shit i wouldnt order at all. The quality of the product doesnt cost more than 10-15 usd with the whole packaging !

I had originally rated this brand a 1 star and left a negative review. Although I was not happy with the necklace I received, Pascal’s customer service was great. They gave me more details about the product I had ordered and also offered to exchange it for a new product. When I decided to go with a refund instead, they happily obliged and gave me my refund as soon as the return shipment was received. The process was quick and painless and they promptly responded to all of my emails.
Very very horrible customer service. They delivered my order to the wrong house and then immediately rushed another order. However, that was sent to someone else with them explaining they’re busy and it’s due to holidays. I waited many months to get my order and made many calls to them. I dont recommend this company at all. My rings all faded from gold to silver within a month. I paid around $600 for 3 rings and I feel very screwed over.
This company is a fraud! I've ordered 2 watches through this page about 1 month ago and the shipment never arrived. They didn't offer me a 100% refund either, so I lost the money. Nowadays, the customer services don't answer my emails.
Customer service and refund process is a nightmare
I received the watch sometime ago and sadly did not like it, since this time I have tried getting in touch with the customer service team whose support is abysmal, they have asked me countless times for reasons as why I want a refund, they have asked me to provide pictures of the watch which I have done, and despite all this and my numerous emails, nobody has actually told me how to start the return process, all I want is my money back yet they haven’t actually helped me at all to get it. Okay this is part is an update, I received a call from Kim who was very helpful and apologetic for the issues I was having, and she provided me with a refund, so despite the problems I have had with the return process I am pleased with the overall outcome, and I will say lastly that though I wanted a refund the watch itself is lovely so thank you Kim for your help.
I ordered a watch from Pascal two months ago, and I still haven’t received it. According to their website, they take around 22-24 days for order placement and 10-15 days for delivery, which is around 35-40 days, and I was waiting patiently, but it is almost 50 days now. I haven't seen this much waiting time in delivery ever.
At first, they seemed like a legitimate company, claiming to be from the USA, but after placing the order, I discovered that the product was actually being shipped from China. This was never mentioned on their website. And I have wasted more than $150 here, so be Careful.
I have no idea if I will ever receive my watch, and at this point, I highly doubt it. Pascal appears to be a fraudulent company, and I strongly advise against ordering from them. If you are considering a purchase, stay away—you may never see your money or your products.
I have never had such a bad experience buying online. I made my purchase on December 1st, it was supposed to be delivered on December 16th. There was some problem with the delivery and the They returned it to origin (China). Since then I have sent them many emails and they respond after a week with answers that do not provide any solution to my problem. I have requested a refund Of my money and they have simply ignored me. The next step is to report them to the competent authorities.

First they take forever to respond and when they finally did they offered me a 20% refund and to gift it to a friend? Like what? No I’d just like to return it. Then when I replied saying no thanks I just want to return it they replied asking me to make sure I was exchanging it for the correct size before proceeding with an exchange. They are making it near impossible to return! Do not buy from them!!!
Aftee having an issue with a watch I bought not being able to resize . Pascal reached out to me after the review and send me another watch already re sized. Can not complain about their customer service as they did right by me. As for the watch itself good quality been wearing it for a couple days feels light on wrist. Will be buying a couple more watches.
Stay away from buying from this company I purchased a gift for Christmas it did not arrive until almost a month later, after Christmas and the item was too big. I have been trying to return it since the beginning of the year for a refund and I have been told by the company to give it to a friend, or keep it (with no refund ). But I can purchase another item with 20% discount. Stay away !!!
Initially I had a personal problem myself with the fee of the order so I asked them for a refund.Even tho there was a small delay it all got sorted pretty quickly and I am officially waiting for my full refund for which I am grateful.Also looking forward to grabbing the oval bubble watch in the future.So as of now - great work by their customer support even tho because of the time difference it may feel a bit slow but it’s normal considering it.
Beware, they do not offer free returns and they show themselves as United States company but actually they are based in China. If you want to return anything you will need to post it back yourself to China and also bare the shipping costs and if for any reason the parcel gets lost you will lose your refund as well. There website does not mention anywhere that the return shipment will be to China. I would say think thousand times before ordering.

Im surprised by the amount of shipping complaints Im reading; my order arrived in a week. The sale price was decent so I bought a ring watch that was described as 18k vermeil gold but when it arrived it felt so cheap... I know its just a thicker gold plating but its just SO lightweight and slightly dull, Im a bit skeptical. I cant believe that its made of what its advertised to be.. Quality is ok [for this particular product] but would most likely only purchase on a good sale
I ordered an item as a gift led to believe the price was in Canadian dollars. After the purchase was finished I received an email that showed it in US dollars which made it quite almost 38% more expensive. I immediately contacted customer service and canceled the order. They assured me they would cancel it and refund my credit card. They even followed up to ask why and agreed that the price was too expensive in Canadian dollars. I followed up with a few more emails but never received the refund. Almost a month and a half later today the item arrived. after a few more emails asking for my refund they finally called and apologized and issued the refund and told me to keep the item that have been shipped in error. It took a while but I am happy with the outcome.
