They are rebranding cheap products. I bought a ring that was supposed to be gold vermeil and within 2 weeks, the wrong lost all gold color.
I didn’t wear it during showers, swimming, or exercise.
The ring came super late and they didn’t want to accept a return after 2 weeks of receipt.
Avoid this store at all cost, it’s a scam. You’ll receive the product very late and your finger will turn green.

I receive my watch after long time waiting I'm satisfied about the product but the customer service was not good When I order they mailed me that the watch was out of stock and I have to wait for a month. So far it's 2 months and no one replied my emails back. But later on the flow up with me and they inform me that they already shipped my order

If you buy with them you are going to lose your money. I made an order that never arrived, then I asked for a refund and it didn't arrive in the end, they kept my money and never returned it. So they have this pre sale of the watch that has diamonds ! For $450 ! Original price was $695 thought that it was a good deal and paid it with Klarna ! Nope! It’s all a bait and switch ! And they will tell you it’s out of stock ! First they’ll send you an email that they are producing the product ! Nope! It’s a scam!! I’d have to dispute this to my credit card ! Mind you I tried canceling it to them when I read their reviews ! Nasty buggers!!
BEWARE! of Pascal Design they truly deserve zero stars. I purchased the Victorian watch ring in green and it was so late in arrival. It seems to me that they don’t have the item in stock when you order it. I tried to cancel my order as it was very late and had not arrived and they refused to make a refund to a credit card. Suddenly I received the ring but it was complete garbage and not at all like the photo. I think they sent me a first prototype sample from the factory they are working with. I contacted them again expressing my quality concerns. And again they offered no retribution just asked me to let them know how they could improve their ring. What a joke! I will not purchase further from this company. They have no integrity and do not stand behind their product. From the reviews on this site I see many people had the same or similar terrible experience.
I ordered back in January 27 2024. It is now May 7th. Updated review: it’s now May 13th and the watch finally got delivered. It was packaged well and it’s great quality. Their products are good. Shipping just takes a really long time. Looking at the other reviewers thinking their package was lost- it might just be taking months to deliver. That’s the reason I’ve updated this and took away one star.
I strongly advise caution when ordering from Pascal Design. After placing my order, I experienced significant issues with the shipping process. Despite multiple assurances that my items would be shipped soon, the company has continually prolonged the shipping days without providing a satisfactory explanation or resolution. And the reviews mentioning by “Ava”, how is Ava helpful? All she does is assuring that the “ order is actively in the production pipeline, and the dedicated team is exerting every effort to ensure its timely delivery”.
As of now, my items have not been shipped, and communication has been unhelpful and evasive. This experience leads me to believe that there might be fraudulent activities occurring, and I recommend others to be wary before making any purchases from this website.

After posting my initial review expressing dissatisfaction with Pascal Design due to significant shipping delays, the company reached out to me. They have since shipped my order and offered a 20% refund as compensation. While I appreciate this gesture and have received the items I originally ordered, I remain cautious. Therefore, I do not plan to make future purchases from Pascal Design. However, I acknowledge their effort to rectify the situation following my public feedback.

I already have claims and messages put in via PayPal to this company which they are ignoring completely. Not only is the customer service beyond poor, but the company is not sending anything out, still asking me to wait longer, and BRIBING me to remove my review on trustpilot in exchange for them to send my order by a certain date. That date also just happens to /conveniently/ be the deadline for them to resolve my issue on PayPal.
Customer service is terrible they supply little to no information about your order and continue to try to make you wait for information or wait for your money back.
This whole site is nothing but a SCAM.

The worst kind of service ever came across. They dont have any contact information where you can reach them.
I pre-ordered a watch for my fiancé for a special occasion and they never filled my order and they dint even send any email about the delay or anything.
They charged me for the watch and i have a confirmation saying that the watch will be delivered on so and so date but its been over a week and when i am looking for the status of my order it says the order is not even fulfilled yet. And when i tried to contact them via insta and email i got just 3 replies on Instagram and no reply in the email.
Hi, i ordered a watch on the 1st December and have not received the watch or any updates regarding the delivery date, i’ve emailed multiple times and they have not been very useful in providing an update. This is concerning as the watch was over £100. This will definitely be my last time ordering from this website!

Don’t waste your money. These charlatans are just scamming people out of their money and if they even exist it’s doubtful they ever intend to deliver. I placed an order in mid July, it’s now October and I still haven’t seen the watch I paid for. If I could give them a negative rating that would still be too high.

It’s been over 10 weeks and I still haven’t received my item or any communication despite several emails. Total scam. Regret not checking reviews. Going to look at legal action and getting them removed from google as a scam.

Still waiting for the refund of 85% pf 224$, that is to say 190,4$ (on my order #321154). They have received the return of the rings I was not interested in (they do not fit with my hand) end of June, we are end of August and still nothing! I will start some legal process to get my money back. Be cautious, these people are not trustworthy !
