I am testing your AI so that I can increase the quality of my Characters I have drawn and decrease the time it takes to make a finished product and I am far from impressed.
I have included specific instructions in my prompt so that the character’s proportions do not change. It failed to follow instructions and I don’t have confidence that it can handle what I have in mind.
If it could handle one character I would have paid for a subscription, but I cannot risk money on a program that can’t follow basic instructions.

Getting your money back is practically impossible. I requested cancellation and a refund without using the credits, yet instead of simply processing it, they keep sending ridiculous partial-refund offers and emails that feel like they are mocking the customer.
First they refuse a proper refund, then offer a small percentage back while trying to justify keeping the rest with vague references to “handling fees.” This is completely unacceptable.
A service should not make cancellation and refunds deliberately difficult. The whole experience feels like a deceptive business model designed to keep customers’ money rather than resolve legitimate refund requests.

Hi everyone, WARNING!!!! Watch out for Pollo AI and their terms of service. You can not save purchased credits from one month to the next. I dont usually create ai on my holiday so i canelled the subscription during august. I hade over 2000 purchased credits in july which i looked forward using in august and begin a new monthy subscription. But all the 2000 credits were gone. 50$ Its real cheap and ugly trick to fool the customers. I mean there are sooo many others to choose from so one thing should be to keep customers who come back. For you Pollo Ai i hope it was worth it. Gonna share this review on a lot of different platforms.
