Literally stole from me. Terrible, buggy UI. Witholding paid features. You had your chance to be an honest business. I already attempted to contact customer service. My experience was terrible. They didn't listen to me at all. I showed them screenshots of the specific problem and they ignored them and still took my money without my permission. These people are thieves. I hope this review prevents at least one person from being taken advantage of by these criminals.

It's a basic ai with very restrictive capabilities. It's got advertisements telling its able to do more then it actually can but it's ability to keep consistent characters, able to flow properly is just meh. It's subscription model is actually pretty shit, I used it for a few days and felt excited about it to buy a 1 year sub only for it to immediately lower its quality, put less effort in generation, and when I do get inspired to buy more tokens it wants me to do a much higher yearly subscription rather then a monthly, or just buy some tokens quickly.. once my year is done on this ai I will not return, and I have stopped doing yearly subscriptions until I give it 2 weeks of test cause many of them do this shit.

The service is top notch.it is very expensive .the token idea seems good at first,and the price for the amount seems fair…but top quality videos can eat the tokens quickly,especially if you are not savvy with the prompts and it takes several(literally) to get that perfect product. I am a tattoo artist and use pollo.ai model to create all of my designs.i highly recommend using this service if you are a business owner that wants to create images or videos for your work.the price is a good business write off. I dont recommend it for”fun”…you will eat your tokens quickly on the video side of it,,as for images they are not “token eaters” and you can get several images created,even with multiple tries,well within your monthly allowance.

I decided to upgrade to their Ultra plan for $139 per month, due to the offer on unlimited generations for 365 days (provided still subscribed) on certain models, all of which I use on a regular occurance. It went well for one month, then a few hours after my renewal was processed, I went to create an animation and a number of model's had now been taken off the "unlimited" and Pollo.ai instructed me to pay an additional $80 (basically an upsell) to have access to those removed from the plan. I wrote a very friendly email, using basic English, due to the company being based in China and an email previously received, was very poorly written. Therefore, I made it very clear what my grievance was. They were quick to respond, however, didn't address any of my issues, instead replied with a nonsensical worded email, consisting of a few lines. I sent another email, however, received a similar reply. I continued to use the unlimited image generations on what models were still available, then yesterday cancelled my subscription. To make matter's worse, I logged into my account today, in order to download a previously made video and I am unable to download "without a watermark" a video, which I have basically paid for. Only once before, have I used an AI Generator website and didn't have access to previous generations, and no watermark. Here, with Pollo.ai, I will have to pay a minimum of $15 per month to access MY videos and images! I am beyond annoyed and up to this morning would have rated Pollo.ai 2 star's however, this latest let-down dropped another star. There are far, far better AI websites out there such as Open Art and KLING. Fortunately, I do have a majorit of my image and video renders already downloaded, because out of principle I wouldn't pay Pollo.ai another dime. Shop around is my recommendation, or at least check the company are willing and able to correspond with you, as a paid subscriber, in a professional manner, prior to signing up.

Deceptive “Unlimited” Marketing Undermined the Main Reason I Signed Up I subscribed to Pollo AI Ultra mainly because I wanted what was essentially a sandbox where I could freely learn and experiment with the different AI video tools without worrying about burning through credits while figuring out how everything worked. The offer appeared to advertise Kling V3 Omni as unlimited for 365 days. Restrictions on the other unlimited models were clearly listed, but I did not see a clear disclosure that the 365-day Omni unlimited access applied only to image generation and that Omni video would still consume credits. After subscribing, I discovered that even very short Kling V3 Omni video generations required credits. Support later confirmed that Omni video is not unlimited and that some of the character/voice consistency functionality I was trying to use was not available as I expected. That defeats a large part of the reason I signed up. I specifically wanted enough unlimited access to learn the tools properly, experiment, make mistakes, and understand which models worked best before spending credits on final generations. I requested a refund within their three-day refund period. I have also stopped using the account while waiting for a decision so I do not consume additional credits or resources, which means I am also losing time from the separate 10-day unlimited video period included with the plan. The platform itself has some impressive tools, but I found the way this offer was presented misleading and, in my view, deceptive. I will update this review if customer service resolves the issue fairly.

These programs run well for the people who made them. They don't realize that when we walk into their creation, we don't know our front from our back. When we first use it, we shouldn't have to pay to learn it. It's just generally that these software programs are so sophisticated that they're almost like me being a small plane pilot walking into a 747 and expecting to fly it.
