Great product, have a few Powmr units and all work well. Haven't used this one yet and am really using it as a mppt solar controller as the input voltage will take a few hundred volts, much better than most controllers. Bonus I get 240v output as well
Bought a 5.5KW hybrid inverter from PowMR. It failed after 6 months use. I submitted a support ticket with photo and video through their website, nobody has responded since the initial generic auto response email.
Absolutely useless!

Received a POWMR inverter opened package and sent email about a bad smell. This purchase 11/24.24 has a 2 year warranty. No response, so continued replacing older unit with exact requirements as this unit except 220 split phase. Unit would just error code about changing error, would not charge. so emailed seller POWMR, They sent me to tech support, worked with them for months telling me do this and sen videos, do that send videos. for months. Finally the sent firmware to repair issue . that fixed that issue. Mind you the 30 day window has now passed for Ebays supposed warranty claims and the supposed 10 day return. They wouldn't honor return and avoided that, before 10 day issue said send video.Next the unit is rated at 6500Watts, all unit would do is error new codes. turned off unit let sit now turn on with 3x100 watt lite bulbs for a total of 300watts max. versus unit rating of 6500watts. I runs for about 60 seconds error codes pops up and shuts down. So i send more videos and more emails now it's a year and still no positive out come. I have all emails and most of videos due to space constraints. Still have no resolutions. almost a thousand dollars for unit and don't know how many man hours in responses. the last response was to another person who is responsible for response. Still nothing after 2 years of compliance responses. I Still send reminders to Corporate and the say its out of his hands, its in some one else's. as of 11/26, and as lately may of 2026. Sounds like a total ripe off and no support from Ebay either. After June 26 still nothing from powMr.us. I sent you that information the same day? Well I installed 6 smaller units and done Solar for almost 50 yrs. I pray non of the smaller units don't die because I know it will be a lost cause. The evidence is here.

I ordered the POW-SunSmart 12.5KP (Order #PowMr8880) and had a terrible experience with their customer service. My package was lost and instead of providing real solutions, their support team was unhelpful and failed to take responsibility. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers, and the issue was never properly resolved. A company that cannot handle shipping problems or take care of their customers does not deserve your trust or your money. I would not recommend purchasing from PowMr if you expect any kind of reliable after-sales support.

LoopOrdered a new 10000 watt inverta . Received a used inverter with 12 hours and all factory settings changed. Tried to contact customer support they are no good never reply . Do not buy NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT HORRIBLE COMPANY . I have contacted powmr customer service 6 times in last 3 days they have my info . No 1 answers back . What a joke asking for my email . WORST SOLAR COMPANY AROUND DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRETE IT . Just go to there web site and see if ya get anyone to answer chats . I have 3 started with no replies. After reply from below . The distribitor has not contacted me back . They are not sending a new unit . They dont care .I am still not getting any customer support. Ghosted by all parties . Buy anything but powmr. They will ghost you . Very Dissatisfied . Ok the Distributor and I went back and forth on this . At last minute they offered a partial refund and I stopped the return. It was at the end of 90 day return window. Only to get ghosted after that .Needless to say I didn'tget what they offered. The rep from powmr sent 1 email I sent him 11 with no reply . I received my order from Germany in 7-10 days. Unfortunately, the inverter I got is not the type that I ordered. I ordered POW-HVM1.5K-24V but I got POW-HVM1K-12V. I bought it for 129USD. I wrote them to support email address, no answer. I reached them through PayPal. To get the replacement, they want me to ship it back to China! It would cost me another ~63USD, that I have to pay and I am not going to get back. Now I have an inverter that I can not use. Never ever buy from them anything!

3 weeks after I first contacted them at official support email, finally someone sent me a postal label. Currently the product is on it's way back to a German address. I got a promise that after they receiving it, I will be get the replacement. I hope so..

Finally I received the inverter that I ordered. Their support system needs improvements to satisfy the customers. Also, the one-email-a-week response speed is not enough nowadays..

Absolutely NO tech support. If you ever get a response they ask for all sorts of data then never reply.
I have contacted them for three problems with five MPPT controllers. I cannot paste copies of the multiple email wherein they requested serial numbers of the units, receipts, photos of my solar panel serial numbers, battery labels, constantly questioning WHY I had a question for them. The problems are:
#1 MPPT parallel charging DOES NOT WORK.
#2 Though manual says battery charge parameters can be "User Defined"the units are deciding what boost and float levels will be.
#3 i only wanted to know the maximum AWG size if cable the units would accept but fir all three questions above after many requests from PwrMr there was No Final Response.
PwrMr just contacted me via "the backdoor" as they called it to get my name and "reference number", (which I nor you will ever receive). I will amend this review IF I ever get contacted by them. TrustPilot would be more trustworthy if they checked out some of these businesses themselves rather than implying that if I didn't respond to the PwrMr support team bogus request for "more information" that my complaint is not valid. This is theur style, just keep asking for the same information until you guve up. We will see I will give it another few weeks.

Surge and parallel works well, but you cant set the voltage for recovery to turn back on after the unit turns off because of low voltage. The settings dont work to turn off at 48v and turn on at 52v battery. It only gives you up to 50secs of delay so the inverter just turns on and off every 50 seconds till the batteries stay above your minimum voltage.
The powmr 5kw 100ah battery that I ordered was out of
stock at the time of ordering it.I decided to order it anyway and wait for the delivery until it came back into stock.I was very impressed by the up to date information on the possible arrival into stock and the expected delivery date to me.As it turned out it was delivered on time,in good condition and i cannot wait to get it working
Customer service is laughable, I genuinely don't know how this company is still in business. Product quality is absolute bottom of the barrel, the worst of the worst.
Was abount to buy, but found evidence of warranty fraud. Be careful
`I was planning to purchase the PowMr 6.2kW PRO inverter, but after doing some research, I found a disturbing video showing a major technical failure (Fault 08) and even worse customer support.
It is clear that the company (PowMr Factory Store) is trying to cheat a customer by claiming a valid warranty (Order 30444796156401754) has expired. Seeing that their official "support" engineers actually bricked the device with a bad firmware update (Fault 32) and then demanded 50% more money for a replacement is a huge red flag.
I will not risk my money with a brand that lies about delivery dates and forces customers to do dangerous repairs. Disappointing service. I'm choosing another brand.`

Serious Warranty Failure and Unsafe Support Instructions
The issue was finally resolved after communication with the seller and AliExpress support.
Refund was received and the seller stayed in contact during the process.
The situation with the firmware update was unfortunate, but I appreciate that the case was closed and a solution was reached.
Nice and high quality for it's money, but I had to turn fans around and add 2 more on top for exhaust. Air goes from bottom to top in nature.
Besides that - all good!
Ref 200ah LiFePo4 51.2v Battery.
Received battery and installed, all functions were normal. BMS setup was slightly involved, as the manual instructions for 'cable' (battery to inverter), were not clear.
Reaching out to POWMr, tech support provided link to 'build' proper Cat6 cable and then BMS started functioning.
Balancing battery is a slow process, since BMS parameters appear fixed, with no ability to alter, e.g.; charging volts, charging amps.
Quality products,reliable seller
I bought an mppt 100A and a low frequency inverter RELAB10KWE.So far everything works properly and they seem to be of a good construction quality.
Seller responded well and they arrived on time and safe.I hope I will return for more in the future as I happen to be a semipro pv installer.
