That said, the sodium in our meals can vary greatly. As everything comes packaged individually - and as salt is typically added throughout the prepping process - the sodium amount is extremely customizable. Our Customer Advocates have direct access to our Culinary Team if you are ever curious on which steps you could take to help reduce the sodium in a specific recipe. We are very sorry for any confusion regarding the weekly nature of our service -- While our boxes are scheduled on a weekly cadence given the nature of our subscription, our customers enjoy the ability to skip any upcoming deliveries as they'd like as soon as they sign-up! Our systems will only ever confirm those boxes that are left as scheduled at the time of our deadline so customers can plan ahead to fit them into their schedules as they'd like!
