When you search for trains in France their site comes up first, and when you click on it it is all looking official. This company helps to arrange your travel plans, but I would prefer to have the tickets in my cellphone and not to arrive to the station for getting them before boarding the train.

Be alert!! If you cancel you face a very high penalty. My flight from US to France was cancelled and so I was forced to cancel the train trip.
Absolutely terrible service. I booked first-class train tickets from Bratislava in advance for just a one-day trip. A few hours later, they emailed me saying first class was unavailable and I needed to change my tickets. I agreed and changed them. Then, a few hours later, they contacted me again saying those tickets were also unavailable and I had to change to another time that did not work for me at all. They completely ruined my plans. Customer service was awful. Both Anna and Nick were completely unhelpful, showing zero initiative, empathy, or understanding of the situation. Just generic responses with no real attempt to solve the problem. I absolutely do not recommend rail.ninja. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, use another service.

My in-laws booked tickets through Rail Ninja as they were directed to their site as the first hit on Google and so therefore thought it was the rail network’s page. This kind of practice should not be allowed. There is zero need to use a third party to book the same tickets you would book directly on the site. The money they charge is for zero added benefit. It is a complete scam.
Rail NInja is a 3rd party company that charges ridiculously high prices for train travel. I recently booked a ticket from Madrid to Barcelona and needed to cancel because of a change in plans. This is well over a month in advance and have now been informed that $150 will be kept as a “service fee”. This is not clearly indicated when purchasing a “flexible” fare, refundable ticket! Do not recommend engaging in any business with this company. Book directly with the railroad for a better experience with reasonable pricing.
All was transparent throughout the information gathering, how to choose a route, how to choose seating options and when we would learn the specific seats we had reserved. No glitches, and we look forward to a fantastic and comfortable ride.
