I ordered a doll almost 2 months ago and have not received the doll. Tracking was shut off by the seller once it crossed the Canadien border. I have been emailing the company back and forth on a daily basis and I keep getting the same type of emails “please be patient, we are a trusted site, our dolls are made with care” etc…. I have asked for my money back numerous times and the company will not give me my money back even though I have not received the product. The company admits to “no doll is an exact replica of the photo of the chosen doll of purchase”. I am SOOOOOO angry right now, I actually went out of my way today. Spent even more money to buy my daughter, a reborn baby from a trusted company with all the supplies and accessories, which has cost me a lot of money. Witnessing my 6 year old daughter upset the past two months, looking out the window for the delivery truck to find out that it’s not even coming and the lack of care from customer service. This has been such a learning curve for me. This website is a total scam. DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!! They will take your money and run and If by chance you do get your package as I’ve read from numerous reviews, the doll will be nothing like the photos and you’ll be left with some creepy looking doll that you probably could’ve gotten better at Walmart for $25. If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. Do not buy from these. They send cheap, ugly, poor quality, creepy, plastic dolls nothing like ones in the pics on the website. Not even imitation ones as they look totally different and wearing different clothes. I complained and asked for a full refund of £108 which they advised I would receive once they had the doll returned (after I declined a 10%, then 20% and finally 25% refund). I paid £34 return fee (so now totalling £142) and sent to the address they told me to and have been advised I have sent it to the wrong address and will not get my refund. I double checked and the address I sent it to was the one they gave me. BIG SCAM!!!

I had to leave a review because I looked on this site for weeks comparing dolls for my daughter. I finally placed an order and then thought to check trust pilot. I had instant regret and worry when I looked at the reviews. However, overall I am happy with my experience. My delivery address was wrong, I contacted them and they replied within minutes and corrected it. Delivery took about 1.5 weeks from ordering. The doll doesn't look exactly like the pictures but, it does look realistic and for the price I paid i am happy with what I received. The doll I purchased is now showing at £200 if I had paid that, I must admit I wouldn't have been too happy but I got the doll for £70 and compared to dolls such a Baby Born etc, i think the doll I received is worth what I paid.

Absolute scam, my mother purchased a doll for my niece at a very expensive price (over $500AUD) and when it arrived it was completely different. Not at all the same product. Looked very cheap, horrible. Like many other people here, there was back and forth with the company and they offered a 10% refund, then 20%, then 25%, before going back to 10% refund and claiming the doll was the same. I was scammed. I ordered the doll on October 5th. It was $300 USD and for that amount I was expecting it to be good quality. The website claimed that the dolls ship within 3-7 days. When the doll had not shipped within the time frame I emailed the company and they told me that they were waiting on material. I followed up and asked how long it would take to get the materials to which they responded 5-10 days. I then asked if they were certain because if they weren't I would want a refund. The next email that came back was an email with the tracking number. I am unclear how they all of the sudden had the material. When the doll finally arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. In fact, I will go so far to say the doll is creepy looking. The doll looks like it couldn't have cost more than a few dollars to make... I asked for a refund and they offered me 10 percent. We went back and forth multiple times and they ultimately offered me 50% or I could send the doll back and get a refund. Shipping from Canada would cost a minimum of $200. Given, I did not receive what I ordered, I believe they should have sent a shipping label. My daughter is devastated by this. I hope someone is able to close this business down. I am reporting this through my credit card company and will definitely be spreading the word warning people of this scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this site! My niece fell in love with a doll we saw on the website and asked me to purchase it for her 8th birthday.
The doll arrived in a completely different outfit then advertised, I was so disappointed as the outfit was the main reason my niece chose this doll so I reached out to the customer service to confirm if I had been sent the wrong doll!
I was told I had received the correct order and the following paragraph: ‘Please note that the clothing shown in the first picture on our product page is for demonstration purposes only, and the clothing we ship is selected at random. Different outfits may also affect the appearance of the doll. If you are interested, we recommend purchasing additional clothing for your doll to dress it up and create a unique look.’
I asked where on the website it states this as I had not seen it but received no response to this question!
I then had to shop around to find a similar outfit so as not to disappoint my niece who had been waiting for this doll for months.
One positive with this company is that the customer service team do reply quickly and offered me a 10% refund as a gesture of good will.
