Regarding your cancellation, our records indicate that your order was canceled prior to shipment. While our policy does not typically allow refunds for subscription orders, we made an exception and issued a refund less the $25 cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred in processing and preparing the order from our brand partners. We never want any member to feel that they have to "fight" for a resolution, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
