We do send renewal reminder emails prior to orders being processed, and members are able to manage their subscription — including canceling — directly through their account on our website before the renewal is charged. Our Member Services team is also available five days a week to assist with managing accounts or answering any questions. In your case, since you mentioned you planned to refuse the box, we also offered a coupon code for the amount paid so you could use the amount in our Unboxed store. Our team is working with you within the parameters of our policies while still trying to provide a helpful resolution. If there’s anything further we can assist with, our team is always happy to help.
