2 times that my activity disappears from my page by adding a photo!!!! It's abused! You pay a subscription and you don't get any support for 1 month! It's terrible to charge for non-existent services! Help me !!!
Response in August : We cannot restore the kudos on the activity. It looks like the activity was restored after experiencing the issue, and there is no further troubleshooting I can do to restore the Kudos and comments lost. I apologize for this inconvenience.
Where are the IT specialists at Strava? Where are the developers and database managers?
It's unacceptable to simply respond with “it's not possible” when it's clearly technically possible!
刚成立的时候还不错，是骑行爱好者们搞起来的，但现在他们只顾着增收，完全不顾道路安全。他们居然允许那些极其危险、不顾他人的路段被设置在和行人共用的步道上、海边长廊上、还有视线受阻的狭窄小巷里。我多次举报这些路段，但那个为了刷 KOM 纪录而创建它们的人投诉了我，结果我被禁止举报任何路段了。已经发生过多起死亡和严重事故了，允许这些危险路段存在，明显说明他们根本不在乎骑行安全！
之前升级加订阅费的时候，他们说能识别出那些明显是开车刷的 KOM 纪录。结果屁都没发生，本地就有好多明显是开车刷的愚蠢 KOM 纪录，比如在一英里10%坡度的坡道上平均油耗40 mpg。
