Spent £2500 on a ticket, told I was entitled to a full refund by the American company and now the UK company are ignoring me so I’ve had to waste my time passing this onto a debt collector! ABSOLUTELY disgusting behaviour, I really hope Tony stops using these people to sell his tickets in the UK! Freud at its best!
Avoid at all cost! Events are cancelled now 3 times, and customers should be refunded. But the company just ignore emails and they justify not refunding. Inmy case they told me 'because the course is for self-development I should not be claiming a refund that I should remember why I booked it in the first place' This behaviour is very unethical. People's circumstances changed due to COVID and since I have not received the service I paid for, I am in my rights to request a refund. There are a lot of complaints about the way this company operates. Don't fall in the trap.
I echo what most people have said. This greedy tony robbins is continuing to sell UPW online but refuses to refund customers who bought the live show last year. I bought 3 tickets so losing a decent amount of money at a time when most people are in Financial hardship. This dude is suppose to HELP people improve their life and he has single handedly put people is a difficult position. Greed at it's best!!!

Worst experience I’ve had with a company! Brought tickets for Tony Robbins live event in October 2020, the event was cancelled due to COVID, been rescheduled three times over the last year. Asked for a refund to be told that we are not entitled because the event hasn’t been cancelled but rescheduled. The response I got when I asked when is the new date is laughable, sometime in 2022 as we are not allowed to hold events in 2021. So no actual date is booked they can basically hold onto my money. Honestly read the terms and conditions before you go anywhere near this company. We are currently seeking advice to somehow get our money back.
Would give it a 0 if there was an option. The Success Resources have definitely damaged the name for Tony Robbins now after rescheduling the live event 3 times and now another live event cancelled and replaced with virtual and still refusing to refund people. Phone lines disconnected, no response to emails.. They can’t play with people’s hard earned money, make themselves wealthy from us? Something needs to be done about this scam company before anyone else loses thousands of pounds.
A truly awful experience with Success Resources. I would strongly encourage people avoid any dealings with them. Bought tickets to UPW and spent 9 months trying to get a refund as date was changed twice. Emails were ignored or met with generic responses. We were then told we were being given a bonus of a virtual ticket and an in person ticket, but were they instead tried to up sell is onto another virtual event on the dates the in person events were meant to be. Filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the States as I couldn't get anywhere with Success Resources in UK. Tony's team in America finally got me in touch with someone from Success Resources who called me but I am still not being offered a refund. Critical posts are deleted on social media and emails ignored.
Finally got my refund for UPW 2020. Same story as many below, 12 months of persistent e-mails and web chats. I’ll never book a course through success resources again.
They are good at making promises, but they are scamming, underdelivering and overpromising. I've lost almost 20K in the span of two years. They overcharged me for various of their events including Tony Robbins events. Now that the physical events cannot continue they have not reached out to provide an alternative or money back, but I've already paid in full. I wanted to give them one more chance since they already screwed me over once, when they charged me 4x the amount for a Business Mastery ticket while everyone around me paid a fraction for exactly the same. Avoid like the plague! Please save your hard earned money dear reader, I wish I had done my research before pouring my life savings into low value courses and seminars full of unethical hard selling and useless, outdated information.
Scammers.I absolutely agree with the recent reviews. Paid thousands £. They took the money from of clients, cancelled the events and just ignore all requests for refund! I think in this hard moment that is almost anti human to do so. While tony robins is selling his online video crap ever day. Pathetic life coaching. Free bulletproof advice Do what you need to do and Do not do what you do not need to do. Drink more water, walk in every day and eat healthy food. Go to sleep early and don’t useless online coaching crap (like Toby Robbins). Read books. Sleep 8h at night. Repeat every day.
I have bought a crypto course. I was really unsatisfied with it. During the presentation Marcus De Maria cleared stated that in case somebody was not happy with the training will get full refund. When I asked (2 weeks after just to have the time to look the website and participate to the introduction presentation) everybody refused (both success resources and investment-mastery). what a delusion. Somebody has to stop this way to make business.
I was sold the UPW Tony Robbins Course via Success Resources. I am still fighting to get back my £879 that was taken from me in Nov 2019 for a course sold to me by Success Resources. They are refusing to give me a refund and have offered me "choices" which do not suit me. 1) Virtual event in June and a physical course in 2022! 2) My £879 to spend on their other products and services! They use all kinds of techniques to get you to sign on the dotted line. I was made to feel immense urgency by feeling that there are only a few places left and that I may not even get a place! They made me feel indecisive and I feel like it was a form of peer pressure if I didn't go to the back of the room and sign! I feel that they used more words like "Must" "Should" Could" "Do it Now" Attending a virtual event is nothing compared to the fire walk and being in the atmosphere of people and the chance to make friends and network and sit in my priority "Ruby" tier seating plan. But, I refuse to wait until 2022 to maybe attend this physical event as this is an unreasonable request asking me to wait 2 years while they keep my money. I wonder if Tony Robbins even knows what's going on with his branding using S u c c e s s R e s o u r c e s to represent him! I don't think he would be very happy knowing he hasn't given "value" to me and his other customers, in fact we are being made to feel forced to accept an experience and a date that we do not want and did not sign these kinda Terms and Conditions. This is the problem with the world today with big corporations. The humble person is the only one that suffers, but without "us" there would be no famous Tony Robbins!!!
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I finally got a refund for Tony Robbins tickets after 11 months. Thanks to ECC European Consumer Cente Stop trying to deal with Success Resources go straight to your local consumer rights organisation. They are trying to bully consumers out of there money and rights. It took almost a year but I got my money back.
I have also purchased a ticket and Success Resources is not refunding it. I am going to law suit them and whomever feels like moving this to court together please contact me.
Disgusting company. I cant get a refund for a in person event I booked tickets for that they can't deliver. They are literally stealing money from people
BEWARE - DODGY COMPANY!! SRA is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Turned off phones and refused to refund money for an event that was canceled. Say all correspondence must be via email ...then respond with cut and paste responses, refusing to refund money. After many emails and contacting the parent company, SRA agreed to refund money in, “up to 7 days” ...then emailed me 10 days later and asked for 30 days ...it’s now been 7 weeks and they have said they hope a refund will be in another 30 working days” ...the arrogance of this company is astounding and the staff are incredibly rude. BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! COMPLETELY DODGY.
After 6 months battling to get a reimbursement and finally being promised the refund in 30 business days. The company stopped responding and 30 business days have passed and money no where to be seen.
Daylight robbery. I paid for a course in July, received confirmation and never heard anything further. Numerous emails later it appears their customer service is non-existent and they still have my money. Thieving b'stads.
NEVER buy anything from them. Once they have taken your money that is it. Their events are all about brain-washing and selling more products to you.
Zero care for the customer After 6 long months trying to get back the £2300 I invested in a face 2 face ticket for UPW, I finally got the money yesterday. This company changed the event to a virtual one and tried to say I was getting value. It changed the online terms and conditions several times meaning they aligned to every action they took. Every email was met, after very long delays with a generic and patronising response. It was only after a complaint to the BBB in the US which alerted Robbins Research to the behaviour of this firm, did I finally get a refund offer and even then had to wait 18 days for the money back. Robbins research behaved professionally and with empathy and it's thanks to them the refund is taking place. I would recommend lodging a complaint with BBB if you are trying to get refunds like hundreds of others.
