Succes resources is a really big scam for people that believe in fairytales, i've been to millionaire mind intensive in the hague and you'll learn nothing new. They made a lot of talk about other events and courses that costs like 10 000 euro or even more. It's also way too long and there's only communication from 1 side, we can not interact with the speaker, wonder why... At the end we've got the chance to talk to the speaker but that was a trap, they tried to force the people to buy the courses instead of a personal talk.

People come to these events to uplift their lives and to find a pathway towards happiness and freedom. But money-hungry scavenging businesses like yours have a way of establishing how low, sad and pathetic people can be!
You are tarnishing Tony's and the Speaker's brand with all your lies and deceit! Tony promises a refund, even if you have participated the event (on the first day)..and you people have run off with our money even when you are unable to confirm a date for 3 years? "Event is not cancelled, but only postponed"? Have you not heard of business ethics?
I purchased multiple tickets in 2020 with a promise that I could get these refunded anytime (Yes, this is what I was promised on the phone by Michael. But when I did ask for a refund, I get an email later from someone else saying otherwise. Sadly Michael is not to be even found!!!).
The company seems to have closed shop and run away with our money. Even the smallest shop is opened after being locked down and you are keeping us locked out with an automated phone response/ standard email template?

Worst services ever! Never buy a ticket from this company because if some how the event can't be there you can say goodbye to your money. After 2 years still waiting to get my money back. Today finally some one who said she would send it to a manager.
So disappointed with this company and the way they treat customers! In 2019 I bought from Success Resources a titanium membership, I spent over $4000 in events that were mean to happen in 2020. I have wait 2 years because the pandemic, however these events still not happening and I want my money back. Well, this company was replying my emails until I asked for a refund, since I asked for a refund they open my emails and then ignore them, I haven't hear anything from them. I am already contacting lawyers to do a formal complaint because this is a total SCAM! selling products/services and then don't deliver them + ignoring customers! I can't believe this company organise self-development events and then act like this...so many people fighting for getting their money back, this is ridiculous. I hope Tony Robbins find another event company because I won't ever buy again from you again.

I bought the UPW Sydney tickets in 2020, which was postponed due to COVID, and postponed again in 2021 (like to many others).
This year I had my flight booked and discovered the event was silently being cancelled without any reason and without notifying any ticket holder.
I got in touch and they called me just to say "the event was cancelled and there's no refund".
The guy also said the company is based in Singapore (meaning: good luck on suing us), however my payment was made to "Success Resources Australia Pty Ltd". Let's see...
Whether I go for legal actions or not, it's very disappointing to see that this kind of thing still happens these days, and Tony Robbins is (somehow) part of this experience and don't care about it.

Bought a ticket for Train The Trainer in January 2020. The course should have taken place in September 2020 in Germany but because of covid it never took place and now my money is gone, a refund is impossible and they won't give me any kind of update on if the training will ever take place. But they act like it will because that way they can keep telling you it's not cancelled, it's postponed...
By now I'm no longer even interested in the training because my life and interests have developed over the past 2,5 years. But they don't care! I can't even imagine the amount of money they (in my opinion) stole from all those customers around the world... How are those thieves able to look at themselves in the mirror? This kind of behavior is really disgusting and I'm extremely surprised a company can get away with this.

I’m a HUGE fan of Tony Robbins. I’ve just attended my second virtual UPW event. Terrific. I love the parts with Tony live or rebroadcasts of previous events.
HOWEVER, Success Resources is a TERRIBLE company and these reviews just had me skip signing up for Business Mastery. Until Tony cancels his association with Success Resources and, ideally, starts his own ETHICAL company to set up his events, I won’t pay except for events that are starting immediately where the value will happen right then for which refunds won’t be needed.
AVOID this company! We made a huge mistake buying tickets from them for UPW with Tony Robbins which cost us almost $8000. The event was cancelled and money never refunded. The Success Resources would never reply the emails or phone calls. They replied once and been terribly rude. It is a Singapore base company and they must be banned trading in Australia robbing hundreds of people and get away with it.

I spoke to Andrew Edmond at Success Resources in Sydney, Australia about seeking a refund for the cancelled UPW event scheduled for 2020. He delivered a well-rehearsed patter repeating himself three times explaining how there would be no event in 2022 and that dates for 2023 were sometime between May and September. I listened and explained this was unacceptable, and that under Australian Consumer law that I was entitled to a refund of the two UPW tickets I held. He said that there was no provision to make a refund, and when I asked who I could escalate it to I was directed to Richard Tam in Singapore. Asking if there was no-one senior to him in Australia, he said no. I asked him if he knew Michael Burnett (the Australian CEO) and he said he didn’t, and that he was not at Success anymore. What is going on there? Are we all destined to lose our money to promotors that cannot communicate or plan – to date there is nothing further on their website. I think it is time for Tony Robbins and the Success Resources team to ‘STEP UP’ and ‘Make their move’ before they frustrate all of us. BTW I have previously attended DWD, UPXx2, and the entire university course, so I think my soap box criticism here is fair. Googling the problem, I see that it is not just me that is frustrated, and that 9 News has waded in, with Tony pledging we will all get our money back. But... this was five months ago that Tony said he would sort this!!
For the due to Covid canceled UPW event in Birmingham, worth about 1'000.- CHF, I'm still waiting for the refund of my payment.

I just learned that another participant from Switzerland had to contact her lawyer for the same inconvenience.
I hope you guys react now and do the necessary, refunding me.
That way, you don't mess up with your reputation and your credibility on behalf of your clients and I stop any further procedure with my lawyer and we on both sides save time, energy, and money. Right ?

We need to get organised. Thee are hundreds of us all waiting to get the Tony Robbins UPW we paid for or our money back. The fact the pandemic killed off the 2020 event is not my prime concern. What is making me VERY ANGRY is the lack of any kind of service culture. I have now resorted to emailing every day in the vain effort to get some sort of an answer. I also fear that having had my money since 2020 and having had their income slashed it's all gone on their running expenses. One more thing - I am wondering how aware Tony Robbins is of the culture of the company that is promoting him. I am very quickly falling out of love with the Robbins brand. I return to my opening point - how do we organise ourselves as a fighting force as one by one we are getting nowhere. Maybe a visit to Success Resources at 2, Saint Clare House, 30-33 Minories, London EC3N 1DD is in order. Any ideas welcome so keep this thread open as a starter for 10.
They refuse to give a refund. I have send numerous emails and they dont react. The event was scheduled in 2019 and now in 2022 i dont need this event anymore. It is impossible to get in contact with them.

This story is related to Success Resources and the offer claims that have been made concerning their "refund policy".
I attended their Millionaire Mindset Intensive in Barcelona, March 6-8, 2020.
I paid a deposit of 2.354€ for their "Quantum Leap" program which included four (4) four live trainings focused around building wealth. The total program was priced at just over 9.000€.
Due to the pandemic, they cancelled all of there events, while still requesting that remaining (3) three payments be made as they will reschedule the events as soon as possible.
I made the second payment of 2.274€ in April 2020.
With no end in sight to the pandemic and no news on when they would reschedule the events, I requested a refund via email on Jan. 5, 2021 for the 4.628€ I paid.
It was denied stating:
**Direct from their email**
"This is happening due to an Act of God / Force Majeure Event, not our company fault.
Those are not cancellations but postponements so no refunds will be issued at this point."
I sent additional email requests for a refund on:

- Oct. 9, 2021
I called requesting a refund on:
- May 10, 2021
- March 23, 2022
It's been over two (2) since myself, and several others, has paid with no refund in sight or any interest is resolving this.
At this point in time, I am not interested in their events 1) for lack of service and poor handling of this situation. 2) these events are NO LONGER relevant to me. My life and priorities have changed and I no longer need/want these services.
While they have my money, and the money of others, they have NOT spent that money on the intended use, so no doubt money money is generating interest for them and not myself, nor have I received the training to generate additionally money in this VERY challenging time.

I bought an earlybird ticket in 2019 for the 2020 Date With Destiny Gold Coast event for Tony Robbins which never went ahead - being from NZ it’s a bigger commitment when coming from overseas. I decided to see if it would run in 2021 which it didn’t. It’s now 2022 and I emailed these guys twice to 2 different contact emails (end of 2021) to ask for a refund and have rung them too but no response. Utterly disgusting that they promise refunds yet are happy to keep advertising events and taking people’s money but won’t respond to genuine claims. Avoid these guys like the plague! Wouldn’t be surprised if they go under and take people’s refunds with them.
Paid close to $20k for 3 platinum tickets for Tony Robbins DWD in April 2020 on the Gold Coast. I was abused by a staff member over the phone in April 2021 when I first requested a refund and they have not replied to any of my emails since. I have spent WAY more than this with Success Resources prior to covid but will never do business with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Richard Tan's opening speech at all events is "I love your money" everyone laughs but I don't think any one is laughing now!!
